This was the perfect time of year to be on 30-A as most folks left on Monday, as they had children in school, so we experienced uncrowded beaches, easily walking into our favorite restaurants for immediate seating, and beautiful perfect weather and ocean temps! We have de used THIS is our favorite time of year to vacation together, and are already planning to return next year! This condo was perfect for our needs- we are 4 older (😘) ladies who are life long friends, so it was perfect for us to sit on the balcony, in the morning and drink our coffee. The unit came with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, -perfect for us to lounge on the beach all day!! The condo is furnished with everything we needed!

The condo was ready early the day of check in. It’s central on 30A so you can get to places by walking or riding a bike quickly. Only issues we had with the condo was the shower handle in the master is broken and there were some stains on the furniture.

We had a great stay on our first trip to the 30A area. The location was ideal right on the beach and a short walk to the restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach. Our unit looked directly out on the Gulf of Mexico and was very well appointed with very comfortable beds, TVs in every room, and upgraded appliances. The included two beach chair sets (four chairs/two umbrellas) that were set up each day was really nice. Our only complaint was the lack of a ceiling fan out on the patio even though it was wired for one. The Hospitality app used by the property manager to communicate details such as check-in/check-out, door codes, amenities, etc was very helpful and worked well. We hope to be back again.

Everything was very nice. It was tough getting in to the condo due to parking lot work. Probably the only big disappointment is the check in time. 5:00 check in is too late considering check out is 10:00 a.m. Quite a bit to pay for getting in and sleeping for the night.

From kitchen utensils to low water pressure and the numerous roaches we saw, not too happy! Cheap paper products, bare bones kitchen! Virtually zero utensils! But the filthy rugs were the worst!! Yuck! But VRBO, no complaints whatsoever!

The two bedroom condo pictures don’t provide the true space. We were pleasantly surprised on the space and lighting and view. Plenty of space for two boys and our family.

Great place and spotlessly clean

We did a family girl’s vacation for my mom’s 80th birthday. Perfect location! Right on the beach and across the street from great shops and restaurants. The beach service was fantastic. The condo came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella which was set up on the beach for us every day. The beach attendant quickly set up 4 more chairs and 2 more umbrellas on the beach to accommodate our group. Bicycles are also included. The condo is updated, very clean, plenty of bath towels and the staff was very responsive. The area is very clean and safe as everything is gated. Lots of fun beach towns where people are riding bikes, running or walking. Very casual atmosphere where you can wear your swimsuit coverup everywhere. Everyone was very friendly! Great for families of all ages. We can’t wait to go back!

Shops including Starbucks and an Italiam bistro called Lola's right across the street that was wonderful! Also sweets and a chicken salad chick. Highly recommend the farmer's market down the street in Rosemary Beach on Sunday's and bike rides were fun down to Alys Beach and beyond.

The access to the balcony from the master bedroom and living room felt luxurious. The owners thought of everything from an ice machine in the kitchen for those drinks to the beach, to the women's make-up mirror in the master bathroom. So many nice convenient surprises. There is plenty of room in this condo. The access to shops and restaurants are walking distance. There is a private section on the beach for just High Pointe visitors/owners. I don't believe we will stay any place else in the future.

A four day trip to the Emerald Coast to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! Sunny Florida was extremely cold and windy but the condo of 32 West was inviting , warm and extremely comfortable! Everything was exactly as described, not one disappointment!

This was an exceptional place. From the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed. The lights were dimmed, soft music was playing, and everything was so clean. As the pictures show, the condo overlooks the ocean. Hearing the waves at night with our bedroom balcony door open, was an amazing experience. The condo building itself was very nice. Super private and quiet - couldn’t hear any neighbors and it felt like we were in our own little house. The condo pool and hot tub were great for our kids. A really wonderful property that I hope we come back to soon.
