Clean and comfortable cottage home that was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms and a comfortable king size bed. Washer and dryer were a big plus. We enjoyed visiting the Kennedy Space Center, the beach and the Cape Canaveral National Seashore Park which were all close by. The host was friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to returning someday.

We visited with daughter, son in law and 2 granddaughters for a 2 day visit to Kennedy Space Center. While we made it work, it is probably best for 4 people rather than 6. It would help if at least one of the den sofas was an actual pull out vs. just putting sheets on the sofa itself. Didn’t realize that the second bathroom was outside the main house through the screened in porch. Again, it was fine and everything had been renovated and was very nice.
There was a mix up with the date and time of our check in, causing us to have to check in late. But the host Shawn was apologetic, contacting us as soon as the mix up was discovered and worked hard and diligently to get us in the cottage only 2.5 hours late. He also was VERY gracious in refunding us one day’s worth of rental fee for the mix up — while that was not necessary, it was much appreciated!
Overall, we had a very good time and were very pleased with the accommodations, hospitality, and location. We would stay again, especially if it were just my wife and I.

Our two couples stayed here one night pre-cruise. The cost of staying here for four people was MUCH more affordable than the cost of two hotel rooms at Port Canaveral. The house is SO cute and homey. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the little porch. Shawn and Anne were great hosts - super-responsive to my questions, including recommending an awesome pizza restaurant for take-out that evening.

For our group of 6 we were very comfortable and and the location was great! The house was super clean and the host was very accommodating for our requests. I would highly recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay at this home during our Titusville trip for my Sister's wedding. Close to all of the Wedding locations and the beaches (Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, New Smyrna Beach). Easy access to home even though we arrived late/early in the morning. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would stay again, thank you!!!

We stayed here with our 4 kids, ages from 1-10, and it was a great experience. Plenty of towels, dishes, and games the kids could play together. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling!

This rental is everything we needed for our stay in Titusville while taking care of our father who lives right down the street. The house is clean, comfortable and owners are super friendly and responsive. Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms, fully stocked and decorated so cute. Only regret I didn’t find it sooner when I was in Titusville earlier this year! Thanks!

Sean and Anne were spectacular hosts! The property was gorgeous, clean, convenient to our work site and a reasonable price.

Cute, quiet, clean
This cottage is adorable and very clean. We loved the fresh cut flowers on the table and all of the extra little touches that made our stay enjoyable. The communication with our host was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet, but not too far from the main roads. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

Exactly what we needed
Communication has been stellar. The owners care about your experience and it shows. So grateful to have found this rental during our AAU Volleyball tournament & practices in the area for our daughters.
The rental is well appointed and comfortable. Zero issues and zero complaints. Only praise. I highly recommend booking if you’re looking to stay in Titusville! We will be back!

Perfect Set up for my trip!
Property was adorable and beautiful! There were a lot of little touches I appreciated like packets of condiments and shower products. Helps so much when you've just traveled in from out of state! Met Shawn and he was so so nice!! Also they provided beach toys and towels! This was huge for me as I traveled with my 4yr old.

Perfect location for exploring Kennedy Space Center
I stayed here for a few days with my 15 year old son and we spent the time visiting the space center. It was the perfect location. Not only is it a quick trip to KSC, but the house is just 2 blocks from the beach and you can see the launch pads from there. We were lucky enough to be there when Artemis was on the pad.
The cottage was the perfect size for us - we each had our own room, but it would be great for a family of 4 as well, especially having twin beds in the second room. Most helpful was having a wall full of local menus, as we arrived somewhat late in the evening and had no idea where we could grab a bit to eat. I also liked having a little laundry bag in the bathroom, which also made it easy to carry our laundry out to the washer/dryer.
Owners were easy to communicate with and super responsive in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have been better
The place was immaculate, with beautiful gardens. So much thought and consideration went into everything, and the owners were incredibly nice and great communicators. We would definitely stay here again.

We were stopping in the area to visit the Kennedy Space Center and wanted something different than a hotel. We found the house to very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Our host Shawn greeted us pleasantly when we arrived, and was attentive to our questions and needs. A simple home away from home.

Perfect location for viewing the rocket launch. When we were staying the launch was delayed until 12:40am. We were able to get some rest and make it to the park at the end of the street for viewing!
House was clean and stocked with items we needed for our weekend. Short drive to boat launches and Kennedy Space Center.

Wildlife Refuge Cottage
We recently spent 5 days in this Titusville cottage, and it couldn’t have been more convenient to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. Black Point drive was fifteen minutes away, an easy drive up Route One and across the causeway. The cottage itself was neat as a pin and very comfortable. All in all, a very pleasant stay!
