Great place for us to stay & visit with local grandparents before our cruise. Loved the big fluffy towels & all the board games. Owner was very communicative & helpful. The screened in porch was a perfect place to relax in.

We enjoyed being centrally located to a number of near by towns. Melbourne, New Smyrna, and of course Cocoa beach, village and town. We were able to witness 7 space launches, along with a visit to Kennedy Space Center. (A bucket list item). La Cita was a close by destination for golf. Seven Lakes and Sand Point were wonderful for walks or bike rides. Too many good eating places to mention.

Clean and comfortable cottage home that was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms and a comfortable king size bed. Washer and dryer were a big plus. We enjoyed visiting the Kennedy Space Center, the beach and the Cape Canaveral National Seashore Park which were all close by. The host was friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to returning someday.

Was perfect for our one night stay prior to our cruise. Will definitely book again if needed!

Great stay! Hosts were kind and accommodating! Can tell they make an effort to make their guests feel like home! Walking distance to see launch! Saw the Heavy! Very cool! 🚀

We visited with daughter, son in law and 2 granddaughters for a 2 day visit to Kennedy Space Center. While we made it work, it is probably best for 4 people rather than 6. It would help if at least one of the den sofas was an actual pull out vs. just putting sheets on the sofa itself. Didn’t realize that the second bathroom was outside the main house through the screened in porch. Again, it was fine and everything had been renovated and was very nice. There was a mix up with the date and time of our check in, causing us to have to check in late. But the host Shawn was apologetic, contacting us as soon as the mix up was discovered and worked hard and diligently to get us in the cottage only 2.5 hours late. He also was VERY gracious in refunding us one day’s worth of rental fee for the mix up — while that was not necessary, it was much appreciated! Overall, we had a very good time and were very pleased with the accommodations, hospitality, and location. We would stay again, especially if it were just my wife and I.
