We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cape cod home!! The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. We loved how close it was to the beach and the brewster store! We would definitely recommend this home highly!

The house was spacious and well equipped to handle 7 adults and one toddler. The screened in porch was a bonus for having a nice morning cup of coffee or relaxing glass of wine! Loved the proximity to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. My grandson loved his wagon rides in the hood. Would highly recommend this home for a beach vacation!

My brothers family and I stayed here for a week (4 adults 5 children). This clean, updated, fully stocked house made our trip truly special. This house made my 10th trip to Brewster one of the best yet. Great kitchen for cooking, super comfortable beds, and proximity to very nice bay side beaches were just some of the perks. Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful setting for our family week over the 4th of July. We loved our time together and this house was perfect for our gathering. We enjoyed the set up of the rooms with plenty of space to spread out. We liked the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room. The couch could fit all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed meals on deck and the backyard for games of bocce and croquet. The outdoor shower was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the use of the bikes to get to the nearby beaches. We would love to return to this house for future gatherings.

The house fit our family of 9 perfectly. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. The rooms are spacious and the decor is very pretty. We had no problems with anything at all during our stay, except that the day we were to leave came way too soon! The house is located in Brewster, which is a wonderful town with many great restaurants, shops and adventures, for everyone in our group from ages 6 to 62 to enjoy. The house is very close to several nice beaches and phenomenal fishing for stripers on the flats. We were a short drive from a kayak tour we took of the marsh (the gray seals were abundant and amazing to paddle around) in Eastham. We also took the drive to Provincetown for a whale watching trip and to stroll around. Our family saw 14 humpbacks while on the boat that day. It was fantastic. Now I can plainly see why this rental and it’s owners consistently receive 5 Star reviews. We made an excellent choice for our family vacation. Thank you!

Nicely decorated, well stocked-, loads of towels and an amazing outdoor hot/cold shower that provided hot water for 10 showers. The grill was large but OLD and instructions are worn off , an update would be a nice addition. Furniture and beds were comfy, 4 tweens enjoyed the lower level space , away from the grownups . Great TV’s . The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. A great location! Owners have paid attention to the details. The beaches are walkable but we dropped off and took a bike for a driver to return for pickups as it was a HOT week and walk back pushing the beach cart was slightly uphill .

We had a great stay at Sea Salt Cottage. The house is charming and very comfortable. Although it can sleep up to 10, it was the perfect size for our group of five adults (two couples and a single) and a toddler. The three upstairs bedrooms are all close together, so parents can be near their young children. The downstairs studio provides lots of space, with two beds and a seating area for group activities. The house was clean; the beds were comfortable; the showers were good; the appliances were easy to use (although we didn’t try the grill); the kitchen was very well-equipped; and the open floor plan offers flexibility. Having a screened-in porch, in addition to a deck, was nice when it was hot out and was especially welcome when we had some rain. It’s a short and pleasant walk to Saints Landing Beach, which is lovely (we were there during the week, early in the season, so we had it to ourselves). We’ve stayed in a number of Cape towns over the years, and Brewster is a short drive from a lot of our favorite spots. We hope to return to this house on future Cape trips – it’s a great choice to house three generations of our family!

We had a wonderful weekend. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedding was very good and the location was walking distance to one of the Brewster beaches.

Really a great house for our group of seven - lots of room to spread out. The little kids loved to play downstairs and out of our hair. Quiet - almost silent neighborhood. Appointed nicely - quality furnishings and linens and tableware were more than adequate. Owner was responsive to issues. If visiting after peak season, make sure to have a plan for restaurants - reservations are advisable. But if you want to eat in, you'll find everything you'll need. Would definitely stay again!

Our family had the best time on the Cape and the Sea Salt Cottage was incredible! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 10 and we can't wait to stay there again! Thank you Lindsay and Jose!! This house was amazing! Everything we needed to enjoy a nice fun weekend! Super close to beaches, restaurants, etc. House was exceptionally clean, stocked with enough towels and bedding and everything we needed. 5 stars all the way!!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Brewster! The house is awesome - nicely decorated, extremely comfortable, and a great location. The beach is an easy bike or walk. We were two families and had plenty of room to spread out. The owners communicated early and often and we had all the information we needed. Check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend this house!!!

Everything was perfect, easy and clear directions and instructions, well-appointed clean and neat house that was very relaxing---it has everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend.

This rental met all of our needs. It was very close to the beach, and was kept very well. All slept comfortably and there was ample communal space for meals, board games and relaxing. The owners were very responsive and the place had a very welcoming feel. We just focused on finding fun activities and knew that we had a great place to stay as we came and went. The outdoor shower, enclosed patio space, use of bikes/chairs and beach cart alongside the audio system and air conditioning were nice touches—-

The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large family. The screen porch and large deck were terrific. The brand new outdoor shower was an added bonus. The walk to either Manti or Saints Landing beach is manageable but feels a little long at the end of a sunny beach day. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to many options - bike trail, Brewster Scoops,...

This house was just perfect for ever-growing family! 4 large beautiful bedrooms, 3 full baths, laundry, outdoor shower, deck and enclosed porch. So close to 2-3 bayside beaches. My family absolutely loved the entire experience! We want to come back next year!!!

This is a great house in a terrific location. If you are looking for that cape getaway you will be very happy here. The house has plenty of room and is a 10 minute walk to beaches. We'd gladly stay there again!

The house has enough living space, it was bright and updated. The enclosed porch was great we sat enjoyed the sunny mornings, close to beaches, although we went in Spring and 2 days of great weather. I would come back in the summer to enjoy the beaches.

Firstly the communicating with the hosts was great. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond to questions. Secondly the house is much better than it looks in the pics. It is very very spacious and very family friendly. Everything was clean and all basic stuff was provided. Will definitely want to visit again.

We had an awesome stay at this Brewster Gem! Jose and Lindsay are so easy to work with. The house is updated, centrally located, and is in walking distance to the beach. It has everything you need for a beach getaway. We had two families and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We loved the open floor plan. Highly recommend!

This was a fantastic place to stay for our family vacation. We stayed here last year for the first time, and this year was just as perfect. The place was cleaned spotless when we arrived, which made us feel comfortable during this pandemic. We were so happy that we were still able to have the week here with everything going on this year. We love this house and the owners are fantastic. Highly recommend!
