Indoor pool was great for kids after a couple days of rain hampered trips to the beach

Easy access to lake and town

This is a great 2 bedroom condo, located right on the lake. Very comfortable beds and new recliner in the living area. The television never really worked, when trying to watch NETFLIX, it kept going into buffer mode. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and even though we reported the issue as soon as we checked in, they were never repaired during our 2 day visit. The kitchen had 2 wine glasses, with a 4 person occupancy, there should be at least 4 glasses.

The first floor is great, because it was such a close walk to the pool and my kids loved that! The pool is warm and the hot tub is great! The condo was very clean and reasonably priced. Check in was challenging because we were given the wrong code for the door. 20 minutes on hold before anyone answered, then finally got to talk to the property manager who gave us new codes and we got it. The whole process of getting in took about an hour, which was frustrating. There aren't a lot of kitchen supplies, but there was enough to be adequate. The TV does not connect to the internet for streaming and we had to reboot the TV to get the cable to work. There weren't very many blankets, so I would recommend bringing some of your own to sleep with. The recliner is broken and the bbq didn't work well. The backdoor is difficult to shut, but my husband got it figured out. Overall we did have a lovely time and the price us hard to beat!

The Chelan area and people in the community are very nice. The unit however, was lacking basic necessities to support 4, much less 6 guests. Doors were in disrepair, fireplace did not work, 3 unpatched wine glasses, 3 coffee cups, no extra linens, used dish pad, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, 3 patio chairs and no tv in the king bedroom. Customer support gave us the run around and maintenance resolution was average.

The unit itself is nice and spacious but there were a few issues that didn’t make this a great getaway. The recliner is broken or at least doesn’t work properly. The BBQ condition is horrible. Lighting is the kitchen is non existence. The TV in the master bedroom is not working. The dirt and food scraps under the beds was disgusting.Tried to speak with them (email, phone) but just got some empty promises. In the end I gave up and decided it’s not worth my time. If they could manage to solve these issues this place would be great. Not much of a view to the lake but you do see the mountains and have a nice patio and you get great access to a nice pool and hot tub on the same level. Parking was excellent. Not much of a view to the lake but you do see the mountains and have a nice patio and you get great access to a nice pool and hot tub on the same level. Parking was excellent. The use of very long access code to get in anywhere in the building was a bit annoying...

I would probably stay in a different unit in the same location next time

Nice patio access and BBQ, 2 full baths is great with the kids...not a great view but good ground floor access for easy loading and access.

So many activities nearby & very convenient loading/unloading area!

Overall it was a great place to stay. Upon arrival the place was very well cleaned. The location was also great. There were some maintenance that needed to be done on a wall or floor but nothing major. The walls were sound proof which was great for more privacy between neighbors.

clean , comfortable, just need more bedding etc for the hide a bed , sheets too small no way to blow up mattress, no one to call for additional needs

Having a kitchen to cook, pool, and hot tub.

Near town, water, & wineries. Easy access to room via shared code. Extensive kitchen area. Clean, simple design with two bathrooms (two bedroom). Lots of t.v. stations & good coffee pot.

Great unit, but the view was of a parking lot, no lake. The TVs were either for pay only or had no signal. The lockbox code was challenging at first. If I return, I will ask for the top level to have a view of the lake.

The price was excellent, though.

Was perfect, but would have been nice to be able to contact staff or at least use the pool or hot tub, whole week I didn't see one staff member

Clean. Spacious. Did not like lack of parking. Unless you have a compact vehicle, parking is poor. No cleaning supples; door to patio didn't open; only hal
f a roll of paper towels. Nobody if office to question- no contact number. Other than that - it wss good.

The Chelan Resort ended up being better than expected. The space itself was very nice. The location was perfect. We had garage parking and could walk to the park and enjoy the water. The keycode door lock was very convenient since we didn't have to worry about losing a key. I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

- Vrbo booked wrong property - Insuficent parking as we have a full size truck with trailer, had to park on side road. Underground parking NOT used. - Hidden fees: for cleaning, owner fee, on top off taxes and rental fee per night ( not known until after you book.) - No discount for veterans or seniors (as we are both retired veterans and seniors) - View is of rear building and parking lot and back of another hotel. - Pool and hot tub NOT used. i doors, like being in a cave, dark and uninviting - Patio extremely dirty with plant debris all over deck, and cob webs and dirt on furniture, Dead plants, no privacy. Door so hard to even open, so Never even used. - Upholstery chairs clearly dirty with food on them at counter and table. Did NOT use. - Stove/Oven NOT used and clearly dirty and sticky. - Water all over floor in kitchen from fridge had to clean up at arrival into unit. Really too bad as Over all unit well designed, As for the king bed very comfortable. We were only a party of two so didn't use but one bathroom and bedroom. Over priced due to fees. We wouldn't recommend staying here and sadly will not be utilizing Vrbo again.

Our family stayed here during our spring break. The condo was clean and great size for us. Loved the location being close to town. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with some cooking items, but it was nice to have a full kitchen. The pool at the facility was the biggest disappointment. My kids were looking forward to swimming and we chose an indoor pool due to the time of year. The pool was 75 degrees. We have 3 kids under 5, so that tempature wasn’t ideal. My 16 month old shivering the whole time. We still liked the condo but not sure we’d come back with the pool being that cold.

The condo fit 6 of us comfortably and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio as well. The only things I would recommend would be to have a few more bigger plates and cleaning supplies. We wanted to clean up every day after meals but there weren't any cleaning supplies that we could find. Overall, we had a nice time and would stay again since it was so close to the water!!

The maintenance person came promptly and was very friendly, but he mentioned that this has happened before. The master bedroom/bath had 4 panels missing on the blinds and the hairdryer didn't work. The patio was filthy and not private at all. The condo itself was clean and worked perfect for the vacation we planned with the 6 of us.
