I am perplexed why this owner chose to rent out the unit when this entire complex has been under construction for the past 3 years. During my stay I was unable to use the balcony and we had the unfortunate experience of listening to the sound of jackhammers beginning at 8am for half the week. My view of the ocean was obstructed by yellow caution tape and brown paper that was taped across the patio door as well as the patio door from the master bedroom. Several times during the week men were working directly on the balcony. At one point I came out of the bathroom after showering to find a construction worker on the balcony right outside the master bedroom-it was after 5pm! The pool could not be used, although it was a short walk to the next complex to use their pool. In speaking to personnel from the project management company, I was told that all tenants have been aware of the construction timeframe and are updated regularly vial email blasts. I was also told that they have communicated to all of the unit owners advising and recommending to all to not rent out their units during this time of construction. The neighboring complex has ceased rentals for this entire year; it is baffling why the neighboring building didn't. I think it is really selfish of the owner to rent out this unit knowing that the unit could not be used to the full potential. The cost for the week was not cheap. I am asking for a refund. It was a very frustrating week for me. My expectations were not met.

Beautiful view and sunsets, very nice beach and pool. The beds were very comfortable. Would be nice if beach towels were provided. The kitchen was great except needed potholders and washcloths. I got some at Walmart and left them. Also needed more food storage containers so I got them and left them there. Added some sand toys for my grandsons and left them. The beach wagon was very nice to haul things to the beach!!! Faucet in quest bathroom sink is in need of repair, but was usable.

We very much enjoyed the "penthouse" effect of being on the tenth floor. The view from our spacious balcony was fabulous. It was a short ride on the elevator and we were at the pool and the beach. The place was very family-friendly, and the other guests were mainly families. Parking was generous and at no time did we need to find other parking.

We had a great stay in June and would gladly stay again in the future.

Unit was clean, decorated well. Very small space for three adults and two children. 1100 square feet. We spent all our time at the beach . Good trip

We can’t say enough about this condo! It was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our family vacation! We’ve rented many times in the Indian Shores/Madeira Beach area and this by far was the best place! We look forward to renting this unit again!!

Very nice condo that's right on the beach and has a pool if you don't want the beach. Restaurant right across the street is so convenient and there's a really cute ice cream place you can walk to as well. Our only complaint was the sink in the guest bathroom; problem with the faucet and water sprayed out all over when you turned it on. And the kitchen needs more silverware and coffee mugs. Definitely will return! Thank you!!!

This property has awesome views from the 10th floor, loved seeing the pelicans fly right by us that high up! One of the best vacation places yet!

Nice property in a nice location.

We had a great week! The condo is very well equipped. We brought our crock pot (it’s really the only thing not provided), which allowed us to play all day and have dinner ready when we got back! The pool and hot tub were very nice. The sunsets were incredible to watch from the balcony. We hope to stay here in the future!

Everything went smooth. 2 rooms with king size beds was great. Close enough to water to bear waves all night! Restaurant across the street was closed though so had to get in the car to go eat.

We had a wonderful week in Indian Shores staying in PH#3. Views were stunning and building and pool area were clean. King beds were very comfy. Plenty of bath towels. Only issue we had was parking because the assigned space for unit was in garage which was closed due to construction in there. There were many pool and sand toys in balcony closet, a couple camp chairs which were on balcony but would not fold up to put in carrying bags. No umbrella or cooler. We added a few sand toys and float items to closet. There was a hand pump in laundry closet to inflate pool toys which was great! Kitchen was well stocked but lacked anything plastic to feed children on which we were traveling with. Everything was glassware or ceramic. We left items we purchased in cupboards for next guests. Hope they stay there:) One item of note bedroom with bunk beds is smaller than it appeared to me when looking at pictures and because of its location in front of unit right off front door by door and window on walkway it’s louder and it was quite warm in there (maybe provide a fan?) Also, it only has sliding louvered doors right on entry way which means room was the noisiest to anyone coming or going and children did not sleep well in there. One other suggestion would be to add a lamp in living room. It would be great especially as it gets dark at about 7-7:30 now and to read by instead of using VERY bright overhead ceiling fan light. When we needed assistance we received response promptly. Service was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We were looking to relax and spend time with my sister from Clearwater. The condo was clean, well stocked and easy to get to the pool and Gulf. We loved ice cream at Haze and breakfast at Frog Pond. One issue for maintenance was handled fast and efficiently. We would stay again!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The listing is spot on and the location is amazing! The only issue we ran into (really not even an issue) was that some of the parking was not available during our week which made finding a spot challenging at times. I will certainly be looking at this property again.

Overall, the condo was great. Everything was updated and really functional for our group. Mattresses were comfy. Nice cookware. Lots of beach chairs and sand toys. The elevators were a bit of a problem. One was out of order the majority of our stay (though no fault of the owner). If I made any recommendations, it would be to add a fan on the balcony and offer a slow cooker. Otherwise, you couldn’t ask for more. Perfect place to stay!!

Perfect condo! Clean and very well equipped with everything you need! Kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils and Tupperware. Beautiful view! Great location. Must walk across the street to Caddy’s restaurant. Will return!

The location is perfect. Centralized on the strip. Beach is beautiful and full of families. The condo has everything you need. You will want to bring your own beach chair. Folding camping chairs are provided, but not reclining. Indian Rocks has food for everyone with lots of options. Grocery stores are also a close drive. We would highly recommend this condo and location for your family vacation.

Brought my family here for a week's vacation at the beach. The sunset views were stunning. The condo was spacious and clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony and using the pool and easy access to the beach. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great time in Florida.

The condo was as described right on the beach. We enjoyed everything about the stay. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby and the beach is beautiful. The only downside is the unit is right across from the elevator which you can hear moving all night and there is a light outside one of the bedroom windows (easily taken care of with ear plugs and a sleep mask).

This property was super easy to rent and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you for sharing your condo.

This condo had everything we were looking for. The view was amazing. Loved that it had beach chairs and sand toys along. Indian Shores is a super cute town and we will be coming back to stay again. Thank you for a great week!

Wonderful property with awe-inspiring direct views of the Gulf. Penthouse level made it feel like we were the only ones around, but we had Caddy’s Pub across the street when we wanted some buzz around us too. Well furnished and cleaner than other beachfront places we’ve experienced. Every bit as good as the photos and I will definitely look to stay here when I come back again!

The condo was very clean and updated. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony and the views were amazing! The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The style of the condo was perfect, open kitchen and big dining room table. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. The view was the star, as it should be. Lots of pool and beach toys, beach chairs and a beverage cooler in the closet on the deck. Only thing missing was beach towels, bring your own or plan on buying them. We will be back! Thanks for the amazing vacation!

The property was perfect. I really liked that 2 bedrooms has king beds, and 3rd bedroom had a Queen. I would only suggest to add mirrors in the bedrooms, other than that. Our stay was perfect. Decorating was beautiful, view was amazing. I really liked that the unit had beach chairs, rafts and a cooler for our use while we stayed . Also everything in the kitchen for eating in. I would stay at this property again. Always loved the area, and like that caddys restaurant is right across the street.

We and two other couples stayed here for a week and it was PERFECT! Plenty of space, amazing balcony sunsets, easy beach access and many, many things to do right outside your front door!

Everything was just as it looked in the pictures. We could not have asked for anything more. Fantastic beach, great restaurant across the street. Quiet neighborhood. We will be back.

We had an amazing time at your newly rennovated Condo at Sandcastle II. It was done so beautifully, and we loved every aspect. The people all along the way that we talked to through Itrip and Pinella vacation rentals were awesome, helpful, and friendly. We truly love Indian Shores like no other place.

We come to this stretch of beach almost every year and stay in the Sandcastle units. This unit was just fully renovated - it’s clean and finishes are great. We enjoyed our time!
