When looking for a vacation home, we had a wish list. With small children, their parents, and we as grandparents started creating our wants and needs criteria, the home at 62 Cast Net at Seacrest Beach was perfect. The home has the Floridian look and feel. Lots of space. The outdoor decks were amazing. The walk to the pool and beach were only minutes away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family of 11.

The house was beautiful & clean! You couldn’t ask for a nicer, cleaner home. Great location. Close to restaurants Great for kids and adults. The owners were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO property. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Beautiful house in a great location!

The house is just as listed. Close to Peddlers Pavilion, with food, snacks, shopping, entertainment. A quick bike ride or walk to the pool. Tram stops right outside your backdoor to go to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, etc. Only a few things could have made it easier on us. There’s not quite enough cubbies/drawers in a couple of rooms. Easy fix, bring some hangers along. I’m sure they’ll add dressers to the secondary upstairs rooms, soon! A few extra practical pillows/blankets would help too, but we borrowed from the bunk room. All in all, it was an amazing stay!!!

We loved staying in this adorable, spacious home in Seacrest for our first family vacation in over 3 years! Clean, in the PERFECT location in Seacrest! Our family of 5 was more than comfortable. Close to pool, tram service & all the shopping in Seacrest. We loved it & will definitely stay here again in the future!

We have come to 30a for years just not this far down. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was very crowded time of year so that was a bummer. Beach and pool so packed. The beach is very small for people to sit in since some company takes up most of our designated area with chairs and umbrellas they require you to rent for $70 a day. Would recommend the house if the beach and pool are not your only reason for traveling to this area.

This was a perfect house for our two families! The location was perfect for the teens to ride bikes to the Seacrest and Rosemary Squares and the pool was in walking distance. The house had excellent spacing with plenty of rooms. We especially enjoyed the two covered patios for evening gatherings or morning coffee.

This property was fully stocked and clean. We loved the screened porch and all the bathrooms. Only couple of things need attending to, but the owners were very responsive. Thank you!

Our stay was perfect! The house was very clean and spacious! The house matched our expectations from the description. Easy to get to both the beach and pool! We would definitely return!

8 min walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants and shopping, 4 min walk to the pool, 7 min walk to the beach. We loved the spaciousness, master bath, large kitchen and swing on the master porch. Our son loved playing on the bunk beds and his own private bathroom. It was great to have a grill for some nights in. You can hear the live music in the village from the property. The house was clean and had everything we needed - the only thing that would have been nice to have were beach towels so that we didn’t have to pack an extra bag of them. We rented bikes and they were a great way to get around. A couple of things to note - the pool is not heated in March so we weren’t able to use it. The beach was crowded during the Spring Break period - to rent chairs and umbrellas for five people on the second row for the day is about $175. We went to a couple of public beaches too to have some quiet/alone time on the beach. Lots of good restaurants nearby - Pescado was delicious and great view, Crabbys Steves jerk chicken sandwich was yummy. Book this house and you’ll have so much fun on your next Florida trip.

This is a GREAT house. We had 3 moms and 3 teen boys. Each mom had their own spacious bedroom/bath and the boys shared a room each having their own queen bed. Whole house was very clean, simple white/gray decor, spacious kitchen and living area. This house is a very short walk from the Seacrest restaurants and on the side that is next to Rosemary. The house was perfect for us and would definitely rent again.

We stayed here for just under a month this past January! We’ve stayed in Rosemary and Seacrest Beach several times now and really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and new inside and the layout worked out great when our parents joined us for a week with the first floor master. We also loved the short walk to Rosemary. The owners were very accessible in case we needed anything. Thank you for having us!

We had a great stay in Rosemary Beach. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. It was easy to get to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our host Mike was very responsive and quickly assisted us when we needed help. We would certainly return again.

We loved staying at your house for a quick get-away with our son, who was home from college, and our teenage daughter. One of our favorite things to do was renting bikes and riding to the coffee shop each morning. Thank you!

Our family of five absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house if beautiful and in a great location. We could bike to peddlers, rosemary, or aly’s in a matter of minutes. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, but the living room furniture was starting to show some wear and tear. The kitchen was amazing and the three porches were great to hang out on, especially the porch off the master bedroom with a queen sized porch swing and outdoor TV! We would absolutely return for another trip.

We came this past week with my parents, sister and 4 children. The house was the best we have stayed in. Just beautiful! The kitchen had everything we could need and we loved the location of the property. The hot water went out on us and the owner was quick to help us out. We would definitely come back!

We traveled with multiple families and it was a crowd pleaser. Separate king beds were great for adults and kids loved the bunk room!

It's basically like a double bed-sized pillow on a frame that's suspended from the ceiling, like a porch swing--a cool way to sleep outside, if you're into that. The rest of us were upstairs, each with our own bathrooms, and king size beds, except for the bunk room which can accommodate a lot of people (perfect for larger groups renting this house). The memory foam mattresses were so comfortable that my mom and I plan on ordering them for our own beds.The kitchen was well stocked except a few missing items, a liquid measuring cup, the salt and pepper shakers were empty but I had brought my own. Also there was no dish drying mat or rack. Besides that since we eat out only once, I appreciated having a very nice kitchen with high end appliances.Location of the house was wonderful, short walk to the heart of Rosemary Beach and all the other nearby amenities. Looking at past reviews, I can tell you that baking soda was placed in the fridge and freezer and there was no oder. There was hand soap at every sink but one in the master bath. THERE IS NO SOAP, BODY WASH OR SHAMPOO provided so bring your own. A full size mirror, a full size ironing board, and some hooks by the door to hang jackets and/or bags (since there is no coat closet) would be nice additions to the amenities. The two swivel chairs in the living room were badly stained.Owner was very nice, and responded quickly.Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Great house with plenty of room for two families. Great location close to the Square as well as the beach.

I was looking for a last minute place to stay for Labor Day and the owners kindly waived the 7 day minimum stay requirement for us! They were very responsive and nice to deal with. The house was beautiful and it’s a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again!

We stay in Seacrest every year and this is the best house we have rented so far! The house is absolutely beautiful! We hope to rent here again next year - it was perfect for our family. We wish the house had a few bikes or beach chairs so we didn't have to buy chairs and throw them away before leaving, but that still wouldn't deter us from staying here again. The only other thing I would recommend be added is throw blankets! The air vents are right above the couch and we were freezing watching TV! :) Thanks for a great stay!!

House is nice and location is very good. Few things that are not that good. First is the private beach. It is way too crowded even at normal times, with COVID-19 situation it is totally unacceptable, people simply are on top of each other. We had to go to a public beach which is 5 minutes drive from the house and not crowded at all. Pool gets crowded as well but at least you can come early or late and avoid the crowd. Second, there is no soap in the house bathrooms. We are not asking for much but at least provide a soap/shower gel or tell us to bring it along. Third: Fridge had some very weird smell, it was empty and clean when we arrived but smelled very bad, it took 2 or 3 days before that smell disappear or we simply got used to it. Maintenance should take care of things like that and put open box of baking soda in there to get rid of the smell and not leave it to the newcomers who has nothing else to do on their vacation but clean refrigerator. Fourth: Kitchen (near the range) and upstairs kids bedroom have some ants, that is another thing that you don't want to worry about when you are on vacation. Fifth: kitchen utensils are very limited, it was s good that we brought some plastic ones from home; there is no tea pot. When you pay a good chunk of $$$$ per week for the house, you expect to not have all these issues.
