Rooms were a bit awkward, the downstairs master is a pass through room and the upstairs queen doesn’t have access to a bathroom without going through another bedroom

We truly enjoyed our time at the rental. The home has an incredible beach view. There were lots of surfers regularly and it was a blast to sit and watch them. We had some issues with internet (I was working from the house so not ideal), but the managers were AMAZING on the issue. They were very responsible and got the issue resolved and internet was great the rest of our trip. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Beautiful oceanfront property with 180° views of the ocean. Couldn’t ask for a better location. House was wonderful and fit our family perfectly. Close to both downtown Cayucos and Morro bay, but just enough away from either town to avoid the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend.

It is next to the beach and immaculate, what else do you need. My family had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend renting this home.

This is a wonderfully appointed home directly on the beach. Very clean and ample dishes, silverware and pots and pans to make cooking meals in the home very easy. We also ate out at a couple of wonderful restaurants near by. 3 nights was just not enough! We will definitely be back.

This is a great place, we will book again in the future. I only have minor issues, need more trash cans, and the upstairs bathroom door hinges squeak. The floor plan is great, this place was super clean, beds are really comfortable, can’t say enough about how beautiful this house is.

This place has the most amazing views!! Definitely worth staying here for a family vacation. My teenagers enjoyed being right on the beach, being able to go out surfing every day. We are from the area, so had family over for dinner while enjoying the breathtaking views. Property was clean, kitchen well equipped for cooking. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in cayucos at this rental. It was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the view was incredible. We loved watching surfers and sea otters in the ocean and relaxing on the patio. Cayucos is such a quaint town and there is so much to do in SLO county. I love it here. My only complaint is that the washing machine didn’t work very well. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This is a perfect place for whomever that wants to get away from the city. The town was small and cute. The beach was not populated at all. the views were as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. The house itself was very clean and they done a great job with the remodel. Just be aware that the lay out is a bit funky. But that is expected with these beach front properties, where you can not do much to the structure and you can just make addition inside of your boundaries. We would definitely stay here again. Perhaps not during the Atmospheric River :)

The location and view are superb. The property needs some warmth and some updated kitchen utensils, etc, but just after our stay, a substantial remodel was planned and the property managers have our more detailed comments. After the remodel, it will certainly be a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Slight problem with check in. The property was not ready at the specified time. It was suppose to be ready at 4:00p.m. and the cleaning crew was there until 5:30p.m. that issue was resolved the following day by the Host crediting a small portion back to my account. I do appreciate that resolution. The views are absolutely amazing from this rental. I will most definitely stay here again.

Excellent home, prime beach access
We have rented a number of homes on Studio Drive. We were impressed with this house's location as well as the rooftop deck and views. One minor detraction is only 1 shower is in the house (which we knew about prior to booking) as well as the kitchen supplies (pots/pans and BBQ utensils) are very minimalistic. Overall, would rent here again in a heartbeat, and now we know to bring BBQ tongs next time!

Great Beach Week!
We’ve been renting in Cayucos for +30 years so we’ve seen just about every beachfront rental available from VRBO and Beach and Bay Getaways. This property was very nice, but I did miss the first floor deck. The second floor deck is beautiful, but it’s too removed from the main living area for us. This would be the only reason for us to look for a different rental next time. The house was very spacious, clean and well equipped.

The beach is the backyard.
Nice, beautiful home with the beach steps away. The beach is literally the backyard. Everything we needed was provided. The home was clean and cutely decorated. Our family enjoyed the sunsets and we could see whales from the balcony. Can’t wait to come back.

AMAZING Stay!
The house was wonderful! The location is fantastic, the private stairs to the beach and the view from the master balcony were phenomenal. The house came with everything we needed and more. The first morning we tried to make a pot of coffee but the coffee maker was broken. One quick call to the management company and they had it replaced within the hour. No complaints here and we will definitely be back!

We had a great experience, mainly because the view of the ocean is wonderful.
The house needs some updating but we overlooked that because of the great view and proximity to town. We had plumbing trouble during our visit and the management company resolved the problem quickly.

We loved this house right on the beach. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Really a prime location for a relaxing beach get-a-way. 2+ mile walks in either direction and a clean and not crowded beach area in front of the property. One area that was an issue was the kitchen. We planned to eat all meals there and it was not well stocked. Not enough mugs, refrigerator door that didn’t close well, lack of function kitchen knives, no range vent, and one roll of paper towels for a 5 day stay. The other issue was the listing needed updating. There was a gas grill but the listing showed a charcoal and no notation of a gas one. Pictures showed a futon, but one was not in the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely book again.

Fabulous ocean location and views
Very roomy and comfortable and had almost anything you could need in the kitchen. Wonderful second floor deck off of main bedroom. There were three bedrooms and an extra twin bed and three bathrooms but only one shower in the main bedroom. The beach is accessible down your own private set of stairs. Great entertainment console in the living room and lots of good vacation books to read. Garage parking with an opener.

I HAVE STAYED HERE SEVERAL YEARS IN A ROW BUT THINGS HAVE NEVER BEEN REPAIRED - OVEN STILL WORKS INTERMITTENTLY, ONLY 2 BURNERS ON STOVE WORK, NEITHER BATH JETS WORK & A 2X4 NAILED TO THE STAIRS DON'T BRING A SAFE FEELING.
