Overall, very good. Property was clean and as advertised. Location is terrific if you prefer a more quiet location. Several restaurants within walking distance and the beach is close by. Pool is nice as well. Be sure to stop at the store on your way to the condo as very few essentials are provided.

Nice unit, good location, and very clean however the AC did not work when we checked in. Called the property management and finally got someone over to look at the AC a day later. The next day, we came back to the unit and there was a horrible electrical smell. Called the Fire Department and all they could figure out was possibly the AC unit. Called the property management and nothing was done and had to deal with this horrible electrical smell in the unit for the remainder of the trip.

Clean. Affordable. Good location. The disappointing part was was almost zero kitchen and bathroom supplies. A very small bar of soap at each bathroom sink, 1 (maybe) full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No hand soap at all. No dish detergent. We knew there would not be a weeks’ worth of supplies but that was ridiculous. Everything we went out to purchase-,we took with us because there was nothing there to really start with. Otherwise- clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was exactly as described so there were no surprises, all communication was quick and clear, and the location is perfect. We will not hesitate to stay here again and again!

I didn´t know what to expect because this apartment was one of the few we could find with 3 bedrooms and it had a really low rate. The experience was better than what I was expecting. We had a great time with my parents in law and husband. This apartment was perfect for a Family Trip. Well equipped with ample rooms, great spaces and low rate. Convenient location. Close to a Mall with restaurants and shops. Walk to the beach is not easy, we were lucky to find other visitors who explain us which entrance we could use, because most properties by the beach have no public access. It would have been nice to know that visitors at Santa Maria could enter the beach by an specific entrance on the check in information. We walked twice and also found out that the windham hotel allows to park and access the beach. Check in was easy and contactless, Apartment was clean, well equipped and fresh. The building has good services (elevator, parking , pool, bbqs, marina views). Beds were comfortable and it was an overall good place. There ants in the kitchen area, so we have to store all food in the fridge, but I guess that might be normal in the area.

Quiet and relaxing location very close to the beach. Not on the "busy" end of the island, but has plenty of restaurants nearby.

Building and surrunding area attractive and well kept, rental unit pleasant, clean, well equipped, with comfortable beds and other furnishings.

We had a great stay in the unit for the week. Check-in was easy. Unit was very clean and conveniently located next to Santini Marina Plaza with cute shops and restaurants. The trolley stops at entrance of the complex. Publix is a couple miles away. The property manager was wonderful to work with on the only issue that came up. No hot water on the first night, but it was fixed the next morning. It was practically 100 degrees earlier in the day, so one cold shower wasn’t a big deal for us. My one suggestion is to add more beach gear - towels, umbrella, beach cart, and lighter chairs. It’s a bit of a haul without a cart to assist. No big deal, since I traveled with my own beach tent, but for others possibly an issue. Overall, we had a great stay.

Owner was arrogant and rude. After arriving, he Estes to call him if we needed anything. The place and no toilet paper or Kleenex. He lived 2 Doors, we asked him if we could have paper products that would be adequate for our stay. He rudely replied that this wasn't a hotel room. Unbelievable that after paying what we did per night we couldn't get toilet paper or Kleenex. Also the VRBO customer service was horrible. We'll rent from a private owner directly next time And it won't be Mel!

Very clean and secure.

We enjoyed our time....The condo had everything we needed and more. It was quite and the our kids loved the pool. Beach was an easy walk.
