The location is great. The apartment had basically everything you would need.

Greeted by a man who didn't even say hello. Just said " oh you are early".. even though we put what time we would check in, which was neither confirmed nor denied. Anyway, I think he thought we were someone else, so he gave us our keys and we were on our way. But not a very nice way to be welcomed. The apartment wasn't very clean. The floors felt dirty and the curtains have mold. Also one of the tide pods was broken on arrival, which made a huge mess. Lastly, having one tea towel to dry everything is abit of pain. Two would be ideal.

I didn’t realise when I booked that it was an older apartment building, with no disability access. Couldn’t invite my elderly mother over to visit as had been planned

I wasn't a fan of the pillows but I'm pretty fussy gotta remember to bring my own pillows.

Amazing location close to every beautiful experience we were hoping to enjoy and all within walking distance, thoroughly loved being so close to the beach and taking everything in a definite place to go again 🤗

NOTHING. This was a dirty old unit ,dirt on the ceiling fans ,old marked refrigerator that had not had a drink bottle taken from the freezer compartment .Toaster full of crumbs .vacuum cleaner left in the wardrobe with old broken pedestal fan Old security doors to the veranda that could not be locked due to salt corrosion. Six old dirty pegs for the washing line.

EVERYTHING.PAYING$255 per night for a third rate first floor unit compared to a luxurious 20th floor room at the RACV Royal Pines resort on the Gold coast only cost $190 per night. Being told that no other units were available for the weekend when the car park was half empty.

Centrally located near restaurants & shops. Well set out apartment with good natural lighting.

The apartment was not air-conditioned. The shower was not accessible for my 90 year old Mum.

Didn’t stay at Kings Way, taken to another apartment across the road - was an effort to even get into the room as you had to force the keys in and out of the locks. The apartment was missing a few things that would be standard in a lot of other places. Beds were uncomfortable

In a very convenient location to the beach and shops. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was situated right next to the pool so was very handy for us as a young family. The complex was very quiet. The breeze was amazing! The facilities were very good and clean. The linen was very clean. The contact person Craig was very helpful even before the stay. As we checked in late he made sure we had all the details we needed for a smooth check in. The grounds were very clean and tidy. Very close to shops, beaches and local markets on the weekend. The locals are very friendly.

If I wanted to pick. The parking was a little confusing. I was unsure if I could park in the carport or not. But in saying that, there was ample parking to choose from. We were able to get a park right next to our apartment. So was more convenient for us.
