Our family had a wonderful experience vacationing in Ludington, and selecting our choice stay at One Ludington Place. It was in a perfect location to enjoy the town, the local marinas, and walk to the lake front. Close by were parks, restaurants, and novelty stores.Our favorite sit-down restaurants were James Port, Ludington Restaurant and Brewery, and House of Flavors. Picking up delicious pizza nearby was from Chuck Wagon’s restaurant a short drive away.Our vacation accommodations were very clean, well maintained, and very pleasant. The only thing needed was light bulbs in one of the bathrooms. Having stay in the unit in the past proved to be a good choice, again.

We spent July 15-22 with extended family split between two condos at One Ludington Place. Our stay in Poolview Paradise was flawless. Unit was very clean, well appointed with everything in working order. This was our 6th year in a row!!

Our rental was perfect! Great location, super clean, and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for our visit. It was absolutely delightful! The pool and hot tub were such a nice way to end our days. The condos are well kept, organized, and welcoming. It was easy to check-in and out.

The master and second bedroom had king sized beds as listed. The third bedroom had a full bed instead of the queen listed. I picked this condo specifically because the third bedroom was supposed to be a queen bed. I even asked about it by phone when booking through the office. Our 6-foot teens canqnot fit in a full bed (which has the same length as a twin/single). Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Spacious!
I recently spent a weekend with three friends to do some snowshoeing and enjoy the outdoors. We wanted a property with three bedrooms and this was perfect! The rooms were spacious, the fireplace helped keep things toasty on a very cold weekend, and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants, coffee in the morning, and the lakefront.

This property was clean and very well decorated. It was quiet and in a great central location so that it was possible to walk to some great restaurants. It was definitely a great place to stay and we plan to stay there again next fall.

This is the second time we've stayed in Pool View Paradise, and we hope it won't be the last. This condo is perfect for our family. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked--including dishwasher tabs, dish soap, wraps and foil, garbage bags, plenty of spices, pots, and pans. We spent time at the pool every day, and everyone was very nice.

Excellent location!
Ludington is a great Michigan get away location. Even in winter! Mermaid Watch was perfect for 2 couples to share on Super Bowl weekend. We could walk to stores and restaurants. Even Lake Michigan! Good thing we had a cozy fireplace to come back to.

Great Condo! We were a group of six with two small children. Plenty of room for everyone! The living room furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked. The pool area was so relaxing after a day at the beach--or sometimes instead of the beach. My only suggestion to the owner to improve upon this property would be to purchase new sheets for the King bed. I highly recommend this condo!

This condo was exceptionally clean with a great view of the pool and easy walking access to downtown Ludington. It was also well stocked with necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, zip lock bags, freezer ice packs, kitchen gear, beach gear and washer & dryer.
We thought when we made our rsvp's the 3rd bedroom had 2 twin beds but when we arrived there was a double bed which was an unplanned inconvenience for two adults.

Great in every way except the towels & coffee maker should be upgraded & the print chair in the living room isn’t comfortable at all. We love the condo & Ludington. Also I really look forward to the hot tub after the trip up & it didn’t work all week. The relaxed monitoring of the pool & grounds was greatly appreciated

We had a really fun 3 night stay in Ludington over New Years! We enjoyed the restaurants and bars and even the very wintery weather! We love Ludington in the summer and this was a whole new way to experience Ludington. Pool View Paradise allowed us to stay a short (thankfully) walk from everything, even the beach! Lake Michigan was awesome during the stormy weather. Best feature was the gas fireplace to warm up by during the football games!

This was a winter getaway for me in an elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo. It provided private underground parking, excellent security, and was within easy walking distance of shopping, dining and entertainment in downtown Ludington. Any minor concerns I had were dealt with promptly, courteously and satisfactorily. I can't give a high enough rating to describe how delighted I was with my stay.

This was a 3-month respite for me from my usual rural winter environment. It was like being in vacation, although I continued working during my stay. I felt as if I were staying in luxury resort lodging. Condo was spacious and beautifully appointed with anything I could need. Maintenance staff, the couple of times I needed them for minor matters, were quick, friendly, capable and professional. Underground parking was purely a gift. Couldn't be more pleased!
