Pros: The views of the ocean from the house are awesome. It is located right next to the Little Blowhole and a short drive to Kiama blowhole. It is a spacious house with lots of bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Good supply of towels. Toiletries like soap and shampoo provided. Kitchen has a pantry with basic items needed. Dishwashing items provided. Has some great beaches located a short drive away, close to Kiama shops and not too far away from Shellharbour and Wollongong for shopping. Cons: Cleanliness of the house could be improved. Was some rubbish leftover from previous people left when we came in- needs to be more attention to detail. Beds are uncomfortable, bed sheets weren’t comfortable either. No air con so on the day that it was humid it was still stuffy in the house despite all windows and doors being open and fans turned on. Was nice on the cooler days though. Is an older house with outdated furniture, has an odour in some rooms. Not enough seating in lounge room to cater for amount of people that the house can accomodate. Overall it was a spacious holiday house that provided the basics- definitely paying for the view.

Beautifully positioned home large enough to accommodate two families comfortably. Owner is very obliging and available to address any issues quickly and easily. Property would be stunning with a little extra care with cleanliness and some maintenance and updating of areas

This property was just what we were after to sit and enjoy the view of the ocean from the huge upstairs lounge room window and the lovely walks along the ocean and having every amenity you need. We will be back with our extended families next time as there is so much room. Gordon was lovely to deal with and easy check in and out.

We were happy with residence & position but the cleaners are not doing a proper job We had a resident rat under kitchen sink who scared the life out of me We were 5 ladies in our 60’s & our mum who is 93. You need to have the pest control people in as we were constantly cleaning up rat poo. Rooms all need a thorough clean Not just a sweep through Beds need to be made correctly with the top sheet tucked in at bottom of bed. I got tangled up as I didn’t notice the sheets weren’t tucked in until it was too late We would not return. We expected cleanliness for the money we spent One more thing, as the house accommodates 12, perhaps another lounge would not go astray in the main living area

We were impressed and if the opportunity arises, we will stay there again. No hesitation.

The house is very spacious with excellent uninterrupted ocean views. Plenty of room for our group of 9 people. The kitchen is good, oven works really well and the beds are comfortable.

Recently had an enjoyable stay in Kiama. House was in a beautiful location & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was very a accommodating for our large group. We were even more excited when we got to watch the dolphins from the living room.

Cleanliness in some areas of the property was very poor. The very first bedroom near the entrance was very unclean. The sheets on the bed had black powder like stuff all over it. Not sure where it was coming from but looking around the bedroom we found that fan above had black dirty stuff on it. Couple who used this bedroom were not comfortable sleeping there,they had very poor sleep due to this reason. Kitchen utensils were not very clean,we had to clean all of them before using them. Bed sheets and blanket covers could be better quality. No mirrors in the downstairs bedrooms makes it hard to dress up. The manager Gong Dao of the property promised us 12 pm check in but just one day before he refused and spoke very rudely and screamed at lady guest which disrupted our plans but he was not apologetic, his attitude was he didn’t care. Lady guest was stunned with his rude behaviour. Over all not pleasant experience compare to the high price we paid for the property.

The property is in a great location a stones throw from the Little Blowhole on the Kiama coastal walk. The views are stunning and the house was well kept.

This home has spectacular views, and is in a great location. Right on the coastal walk, we enjoyed daily walks, and the Little Blowhole was just a few steps away! The property manager was very responsive to the few issues we had. The only negative was that the house was listed as having air conditioning, but only one bedroom actually had a unit. However, for the most part the wonderful breeze off the water kept us cool enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the house!

This property is very spacious and comfortable for a couple of families, with 2 well equipped kitchens and 2 living areas giving everyone plenty of room. The views from the main living area are breathtaking. The only downside was the extremely hard beds and the cleanliness. Within an hour or 2 of arriving our feet were black from the floors. We mopped 3 times and washed down the balconies before we could feel a difference. Other then that this is a lovely family holiday house.

This property was amazing, so much space and perfect for our needs. It even has 2 fully equipped kitchens so perfect for 2 families. The views are exceptional and we were lucky enough to see a whale and some dolphins. The only debit for us was the queen beds are very hard, so take a mattress topper if you don't like a firm bed!

Excellent overall, with only a few issues that were brought to the notice of the manager. Good response from manager when it was unclear how to turn on the heaters (some written instructions would have been good). Please check legality of fencing on balcony as easy for children to climb.

Well maintained property in quiet area but lovely surroundings for walks and going to the beach. Great views and very relaxing.

Lovely house in a nice location. Property wasn't entirely clean when we arrived. Litter scattered around and outdoor area could have used a wash.

The house is magnificant with everything you could ask for. Close to town, and restaurants. Great walking trails around the coastline. Just beautiful. We had a leaking hot water tank around the side of the house that we just happened to see, quick call to the owner with a photo of it, and the plumber was out within half hour and fixed within 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

The size of the house was great for 8 people. I would prefer if linen was supplied. The tables and windows were dirty. Please supply champagne glasses, there were 2. The BBQ would not start, this needs to be looked at. The coffee machine had not been cleaned for some time. The outdoor furniture needed cleaning. Overall a great spot, just some minor matters to report on.

We had seven in our group; all there for the Folk Festival. The house suited us perfectly. It's well-appointed and clean. The view is magnificent and the whales even visited.

This house is fantastic especially for a big group, with two completely separate living areas if needed. I stayed there with ten women for a special birthday. We were all able to have our own comfortable beds which was important for us. We found the house clean, well furnished, amazingly well stocked with tissues, toilet paper, liquid hand soap which we weren't expecting. The kitchen has every cooking implement and appliance you could need. Two very efficient gas heaters for winter and the sun shines into the living area most of the day. The view over the ocean is fabulous - we saw lots of whales!! I would highly recommend this house to any prospective tenants. The owner is very congenial.

Forget to mention in my earlier review - no linen at this property. Do you have sheets for king singles, queens and a king? No? That's right, because nobody has this combination of linen. So think what this means: you either need to beg or borrow this combination, or hire it at $40 per set from a linen service, pick it up and return it. We found this to be a real hassle.

Large house in ideal location. We loved the 4 bathrooms and ample beds, which really suited 2 families. Unfortunately the bed in the main bedroom was so uncomfortable due to the hardness - even with the mattress topper that the owners recently purchased to try and help the issue. Glassware was also limited, and we had to buy our own tumblers and wine glasses to see us through our stay. Other than these small issues, we had a great time at the Kiama Dream.

Great location and view. This house has a lot of protential however it was a big let down due to low maintenance, dusty and house need a major sweep and mop throughout the place. Master bedroom view was perfect however I find that the bed is so uncomfortable, mattress is so firmed and hard like sleeping on the floor. Couch is lifeless and stain all over.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Great views and location. Plenty of space and beds for our group of 11.

Geat location, fantastic views. Plenty of room for our group. Disappointed linen wasn't provided. Lacks a homely feel, more books & games would help. Needs a through clean. Windows need cleaning, window seals & sliding door grooves need cleaning. Floor needs mopping. Couches looking very grubby & tired. Some glass wine glasses would be nice instead of a mismatched bunch of plastic ones.
