The service from the front desk girl was exceptional! She cared for me like I have never had before at any hotel in the world I have been to. El desayuno estupendo y las vista a la acropolis lo hacian muy agradable. Unas vistas preciosas. El personal del hotel fantasticos, siempre dispuestos a hacer la estancia agradable.

Nada. La suite con piscina estupenda, es un plus a la estancia. Y dos baños en la suite de 5 personas tambien importante. Nos ha encantado este alojamiento, que ademas tiene una ubicacion muy centrica a todos los monumentos de interes, asi como restaurantes ambientados.

Great staff ! The manager and the receptionists were eager to attend all our needs . Impeccable view of the Parthenon from the bathroom and the living room, as well as from the roof garden . Really nice breakfast, which we could take in our room or roof garden . Can’t leave out the main reason of choosing this property: jacuzzi at our balcony and great spa facilities !

There is no heating (radiator or similar )in the bathroom , which is necessary for obvious reasons . The air condition units in the bedroom and in the living room are not sufficient to keep the entire property warm , especially since the jacuzzi is at the balcony and the doors cause losses.

Le manager et le personnel de cet hôtel sont tout simplement exceptionnelles. accueil, conseils, réservations restaurants... L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité de l'Acropole et de tous les autres monuments à visiter, tous les déplacements ont été fait à pieds. Le quartier de Psiri est riche en animation, plusieurs restaurants atipiques proposant de nombreux thèmes différents, on y mange très bien grecque.

Tout. Autant l’emplacement de l’hôtel, que le personnel qui est toujours aux petits soin et très à l’écoute, ainsi que les tous les équipements disponibles dans l’hôtel (piscine, sauna, hammam, chambres spacieuses).

Vriendelijk personeel, midden in een gezellige wijk met barretjes en restaurants. Ook dicht bij veel bezienswaardigheden.

Erg kleinschalig. Zwembad was meer een hottub. Die je moest reserveren voor een heel uur, maar was ieder gunstig moment van de dag al bezet. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd, maar helaas geen lopend buffet. Je krijgt een picknickmand met een aantal lekkere dingen, maar ook een hoop overbodige dingen of taaie, tegenvallende broodjes/croissants. Uitzicht vanuit hotelkamer is dramatisch

La posición es ideal, cerca de todo para poder ir andando pero fuera de las calles más ruidosas de Psyri. El personal es súper amable y disponible. La habitación es cómoda y moderna, dispone de cafetera Nespresso y hervidor para el té. El desayuno, muy variado en el Roof top con vistas al Partenón es ideal.Son muy detallistas y la estancia ha sido estupenda. Sin duda cuando regresemos a Atenas volveremos a alojarnos aquí. Gracias!

We really loved our time at this hotel. Firstly, the location is fantastic and it’s easy to walk everywhere. Further, the room was nicely designed and comfortable. It was just enough for 2 people. We loved the welcome touch - with some local sweets, drinks and a note from the hotel. The hotel also had a very nice terrace with view on Acropolis where we ate breakfast everyday. The breakfast itself was amazing - the food was delicious and local, also had a nice balance of sweet and salty. And last but not least, the staff in the hotel is just fantastic. Everyone is super nice and helpful.

Small thing - but what we felt was missing was some additional cupboard, shelf or a stool to keep the stuff in the bathroom (like to put clothes when showering or to put make up box).

The staff is really nice, and breakfast is huge and diverse (especially if you're into savory breakfast). The rooms are spacious and clean, the cleaning crew even organizes your stuff sometimes. The location is amazing.

The gym equipment needs upgrading/maintenance. The bathroom had a tiny bit of mold, but barely.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They take care of you, and they are around all the time if you need anything. The room is so clean and beds are comfortable. On the top floor there is sooo nice terrace where you can eat your breakfast or just sit there any time and enjoy the beautiful view and music. The breakfast can’t be more perfect :)

One of the best hotels I have stayed in! When considering the price- the best hotel I have stayed in! Great room, very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fit for a king! All the staff were a delight - so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect too, very central, I only used the gym once, I did not get to use the spa.

The spa/gym area is quite small and you need to book for a time when it is not in use by another guest which can be a bit limiting but not a problem if you are organised- this is a very minor negative!

I loved evening about this hotel. The hotel itself, the view, the rooms, the staff. I could go on!

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Excellent location, able to walk everywhere. Very cute neighborhood around the corner with restaurants, bars and shops. Room was wonderful with excellent view of Acropolis! Hostess was fantastic and the spa downstairs was superb. The food was so great and they were so accommodating, I highly recommend this a place to anyone!!

Es wird mit gefakten Fotos für den Blick auf die Akropolis geworben, das fanden wir enttäuschend. Vom Bett aus ist die Akropolis nicht zu sehen, wie einem vermittelt wird. Man schaut dagegen auf mehrere Riesengroße Ruinen im Vordergrund, im Hintergrund ist dazwischen dann die Akropolis zu sehen. Der beworbene Balkon, um die Akropolis anzuschauen ist genau 20cm breit. Der eigentliche Balkon zum Sitzen befindet sich auf der anderen Seite und man schaut auf Nachbarhäuser. Auch die übrige Ausstattung entspricht nicht dem verlangten üppigen Mietpreis. Hier wird mit der Akropolis Geschäft gemacht und es werden falsche Erwartungen geweckt.

The staff were so kind and helpful. My family and I enjoyed the freshly made breakfast and the local treats left in our room. The location was within walking distance to a lot of the attractions. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. I couldn't fault them. The location was excellent, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was very good, and although it wasn't a buffet, the food provided changed slightly each day. We were able to book the spa facilities at the times we wanted. Staff gave very good restaurant recommendations.

The reason I haven't given 10 stars is because I booked a taxi transfer through the hotel, but it didn't turn up. I tried phoning twice, but we waited for 15 minutes and then went to the taxi rank instead. I booked a taxi in advance for peace of mind, instead it was a stressful start to our holiday. Also, the hotel taxi was overpriced. We were told it was a fixed fee of 47 euros, when it is actually only 40 euros. It would have been nice if the hotel had found out what the problem was and told me.
