Great large home for our family of 11. All bathrooms are gorgeous especially the master bath. Kitchen and dining area accommodated 15 for dinners. Hot tub and pool table enjoyed by all.

Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Tahoe. Close enough to DT and casinos! Everything was perfect inside the house. Loved the pool and the hot tub. Property was large and the snow really brought the backyard to life. Overall 10/10!!

Beautiful house and park-like property. Small creek right through the backyard. 1/2mile walk to end of road through National forest. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. Billy was great in making sure we had everything we needed. Loved this place! We’d like to return again someday.

We enjoyed our stay. The aspens were in full fall colors and just stunning! Very quiet and peaceful. We will likely return in the future. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting.

My adult children and their children all joined us in this home for a week of food and fun. There were 12 of us in total. Eight adults and 4 children under the age of 7. The house was better than we imagined. Plenty of space to gather and play. The bedrooms were more than enough for a group our size. Everyone spent lots of time playing pool, in the jacuzzi. The kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Which is not that large and rather cool. But they didn't mind. There are so many hikes nearby. Including a great place for the kids to splash a nearby stream. Lake Tahoe is about 20 minutes away (South Lake tahoe). We enjoyed several beaches and an afternoon on a boat we chartered out of this area. We would love to come back and enjoy this home. It is recommended without reservation.

Mark was very accommodating, allowing both early checkin and late checkout as we had our adult children and grandchildren with us all arriving at different times. When we arrived, we were in awe of the beauty of the home and property. Suffice it to say the pics do not do it justice. We have rented many homes over the years and this is truly our favorite. Ample space for all, every amenity you could ask for and Billy the caretaker is a true asset. You will not be disappointed in your stay.

Our family of 13 (5 kids including 3 babies under 2), had an amazing vacation! We enjoyed the beautiful, well stocked and furnished home with the breathtaking surroundings. Special thank you to Billy and Mark for making sure pool repairs were taken care of in an extremely efficient manner on a very busy holiday weekend. The Kids loved and very much enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and creek… The Home was very comfortable and peaceful close to Tahoe south shore boating, restaurants and beaches… Thank you!!!

Great property and convenient location to do a lot of day trips. Outdoor area was big and very nice. It was unusually warm when we went and the house got quite hot and no real way to cool it down. They would benefit from having some wall mounted air conditioners. Overall great house and we had a really good time with our family.

This property was absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The back yard was very secluded and private, which made it nice for early morning coffee, and for the kids to run around and play. The rooms, beds, and amenities were all top notch. We stayed for two night & DEFINITELY wish we would have stayed at least one more! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering staying here.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed this spacious and beautiful home. The location is quiet and secluded. There is so much to do on a daily basis in the house and on the property that we rarely left! The kids trudged through the snow in the backyard, we played mini golf, we played pool and swam in the pool, and cooked every meal at home in the well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy both quiet and together time. The parents loved gathering on the deck in the evening to relax under the swaying trees with a glass of wine, and everyone slept soundly on the comfortable beds. We would love to return!

The home is amazing. Just as beautiful, clean, and spacious as the photos listed and it was perfect for our extended family of 14. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, coffee machine, plates/cups, utensils, even had seasoning and extra trash bags. Heated floors throughout the home was nice. Pool and hot tub were heated/on during arrival. Hill in the backyard was perfect for snow sledding.

As we walked in, we were really happy to see that the house was even more beautiful in person. One of my daughters is pregnant, and sensitive to smells. As we walked in to the kitchen, she smelled something rancid. There were chicken wings molding in the warmer drawer that had obviously been there for quite some time. How it was handled was extremely professional and the o Ky reason whey in writing about it. The property manager sent the caretaker the next morning as well as the cleaning crew again to go over the house. They did a great job at making us feel comfortable and Mike the caretaker was fantastic. Really nice guy and even offered my daughter a ride to the rental car company the next morning. Overall the home is located on a street with less expensive homes. It is by far the best home in the neighborhood. But it is at the end of the cul-de-sac and extremely private. Breathtaking views of the mountains and stream in the back. Friendly neighbors. After reading the other comments I agree there was still too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub, but still quite usable and overall just a fantastic property. For those that want to go in town, it’s about a 25 minute drive to Heavenly and the Casinos. Not bad in good weather. I would definitely recommend this home !!

We had a blast in this beautiful home. We celebrated my sons 6th bday, got to play in the snow & they went swimming. The pictures are exactly what it looks like but better. The host always reply’s fast with any questions or concerns. 100% recommend for a family trip.

I LOVE LOVE this house, its pretty much a mistrey you never know what's behind the doors in the kitchen. I saw a bad review saying the pool wasn't warm but it was! very clean and huge house! thanks mark

We had our company's annual planning meeting here. It was absolutely beautiful. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and spacious. The property allowed for a nice flow of spots to congregate and relax. This rental was a gem.

We spent four wonderful days with our children and grandchildren celebrating 50 years of marriage. This beautifully appointed home was perfect all of the spaces were comfortable and afforded everyone opportunities to enjoy the home and the setting

Property was better than expected! We barely wanted to leave the cabin. Only about 20 minutes to the lake and state-line which was no big deal. Check-in/out was super easy. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with family/friends. Thanks again Mark!

The property is beyond beautiful! The house came with absolutely everything you will need. Reason I gave a 4 star was because the pool was very cold. Even after the property manager showed up randomly, I asked him to please raise the temperature, but it continued to be cold. It was a bummer because that was one of our main reasons for staying there. Other than that, it was great!

This place was AMAZING. We spend a lot of time in vacation rentals and this was probably the best one we've visited. We will absolutely go back. There's a river in the backyard that we enjoyed when it was warm. There were plenty of places to hang out, play games, and eat. The kitchen was amazing. So many ovens! So many dishwashers! The kids loved the indoor pool. I wasn't sure what to expect after I booked this home because I got a number of emails from the property manager with all caps and bold font about strict limits on the number of people and the number of cars and the dire consequences if we had more than were permitted. Some of the messages conflicted. In one place it said 8 cards were permitted and in several other places, it said 6 cars were permitted. We had a friend stop in for a few hours and we were all nervous about reaching the max but no one bothered us. We met the caretaker when we left and he was lovely. We highly recommend this home. The property manager should screen applicants and be cool to those of us vacationing with families and tone down the electronic yelling though.
