Upgraded, nice location, no complaints

This place was prefect for our family of three and two dogs. The place was clean and well stocked. The backyard was secure for the dogs. The location was great as well, very close to downtown but on quiet road. The game room in the garage was a bonus. We had fun playing basketball in the evenings.

Suitable floor plan & amenities in quaint hillside neighborhood home. Owner communicative & wants to accommodate his vacationers.

Myself and two sons, ages 10 and 14 in flagstaff for 4 nights. They garage converted to game room was a blast in the evenings, and was a highlight for all of us. We watched Monday night football and Movies, while playing Horse on the indoor hoop, or 80's Video games from my childhood. The upstairs has a great morning coffee deck, the beds were comfortable. They had every basic necessity. The TV's were equipped to log you off at the end of your stay. Their was a path about 100 feet away that takes you a quarter mile thru the woods and drops you off above downtown allowing us to walk to dinner. Super fun stay. Thanks Chris! The Johnsons

We really enjoy the home, the hot tub, the beds were super comfortable, they had a well stocked kitchen, great front balcony. The kids loved the game basement/garage! It has a great location, love the view of the forest from the back patio.

We spent a wonderful week here, exploring Flagstaff and celebrating a wedding. Hosted an open house gathering for wedding guests the day after, since everyone had to travel to Flagstaff for the event. Shout out to Biff’s Bagels! And BIG shout out to Chris, our VRBO host - always quick & helpful & friendly replies to my queries. The home was well laid out and appointed for hosting this gathering. The guests all raved about this home & it’s location. I hope we can return to FLG someday & definitely hope to rent here again. Thanks for all, Chris!

The place was even more beautiful than the pictures! Great place for two families to meet up (had 4 small children, ages 1-7) and they had everything we needed for the kids. Toys, games, game room, baby gate, etc. Beautiful views, quiet, with close access to downtown and much more. Highly recommend!

My husband and I brought our 18 year old daughter, three of her friends and our two dogs. The kids enjoyed the game room and proximity to shopping and hiking trails. My husband was well located for a variety of mountain and road bike routes. I loved that there was a small dog park at the end of the street and easy access to the Flagstaff urban trail system. I also loved being able to spend long afternoons on the shaded front porch. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prep all of our meals and the large kitchen table was perfect for game time. The house was clean and comfortable and the owner was quick to respond when we had questions or couldn’t find something we needed. The only thing we plan to change next time is that we’ll likely rent the house next door (same style and owner), because it has an extra bathroom, which would have been helpful when everyone was trying get ready at the same time. All around great stay!

My family enjoyed spending time in flagstaff with this great property. We loved the location and were able to walk downtown several times. My son took full advantage of the indoor basketball rim and video arcade. My one complaint was the carpet when we walked in smelled like cat pee however that wouldn't prevent us from not staying here again.

My husband and I made a last minute decision to run up to Flagstaff to see our Lumberjack kiddos for the weekend. This place was perfect. Walking distance to grocery store. House was a great setup. We had our kids and their friends over for a nice dinner, plenty of room and everything we needed in the kitchen. Great for our furr babies too. Melting snow made it a little messy after they went outside. just be prepared :-) We will absolutely keep this on our list and be back. The wide open doors and deck in the living room give you perfect open sunny views of mountains must be gorgeous in the summer! Quiet backyard and hot tub and nice little game room in garage for the warmer months. Owners have thought of everything for a great get away.

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean & perfect to have as a home base to explore the Flagstaff area!

This house was wonderful! We stayed here for a ski vacation and had everything we could hope for - short drive to ski area, within minutes from downtown, hot tub and a large open living area for us all to hang out and play games!

We stayed with 2 families with small children and this home was perfect! Well appointed cozy beds and kitchen had all the spices and pots and pans you would need. The garage playroom was key for the kiddos and adults too! Oh and the hot tub!! Super close to downtown and in cute neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a nice time. Their hone was comfortable and clean. Great location. Beautiful backyard. Everything was clean and cozy.

We couldn’t have been happier with this home. It was super clean, had privacy (hot tub was great!), and the communication with Chris the owner was flawless. We can’t wait to return!

We've stayed in many vacation rentals in Flagstaff. This is one of our favorites so far. Well appointed, clean and the views from the upstairs porch are amazing. Owners were easy to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay.

My family and I came to Flagstaff for a wedding and stayed a few extra days to get out of the Phx heat. This property had everything we needed and was so close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

We had the best time! Loved this house and sitting out on the patio looking at the trees! What a wonderful break from the valley heat!

The house is just as descripted in photos. Nice large kitchen. The location is great. Close to downtown and skiing at Snowbowl. The hot tub was nice, good for 2 people not all the jets were working, but nice after a day of skiing. Easy to check in and Chris was very quick to respond to any questions. I would rent again.

Modern spacious home in a great neighborhood of Flagstaff. Plenty of space to hang at home and use as a home base for great local outdoor activities. We had our small dog with us who loved to sit in the morning sun on the huge front deck. Great hot tub to relax at the end of the day. Kitchen and dining space huge with all amenities.

We stayed here for Christmas, the best part is the view. The main floor is the second floor, which has a large window with double sliding glass doors. You can see the mountains, and down into Flagstaff. Close enough to everything with a quick 5-10 minute drive. The amenities were all relatively new. We enjoyed our stay.
