Lovely room, very clean. Basic bathroom but fine for us. The views over the river were amazing, we didn't close our curtains at night and got to wake upto some amazing sunrises. Friendly family that run the place.

Guest House idéalement située. Très bon accueil et un très bon petit déjeuner proposé à la carte.

Pas d’espace de douche séparé du reste de la salle de bain ce qui provoque une inondation systématique de la salle de bain. Robinetterie un peu rudimentaire.

It would have been nice if they put some tea and/or water in the rooms, and if they could routinely clean and refresh amenities (e.g. handsoap) for guests staying multiple nights.

The bed was large and very comfortable, the WiFi worked well enough and the AirCon was strong - there was also a fan on the roof which helped keep the room pleasant. Large balcony with an incredible view, surely the best view in Nong Khiaw. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great location, close to everything.

Lots of ants and mosquitoes due to gaps in door allowing them to get in.

It was so great at Arthith Guesthouse. The view from the room is amazing, the owner and her family really kind and helpful! Would definitely stay there again:)

Spectacular views from the balcony and patio doors. Short walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly.

Our door did not seal properly and we had a few mosquitos in the night as a result.

The riverview is breathtaking. Book a room with riverview, it's worth it! The room is clean, staff is really nice. AC worked very well. Close to nice restaurants etc.

I had some bugs in the room, but that makes sense, next to a river:) They offered to clean the room when I told them, but they can't help it ofcourse.

Balcony with an amazing view, nicely priced, tall ceiling, the rooms remain fairly cool. Surprisingly good wifi.

The bathroom doesn't have a separate area for the shower, both the shower and the sink just spill water on the floor, and the toilet is in the middle of it instead of being against a wall, so the floor is constantly wet, so everytime you enter the bathroom you get your feet wet. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors, the bed is very hard. No fridge, no tv.

Great location and views, room was very clean, wonderful breakfast and well-priced. Eid the owner was great and always happy to help.

the view was beautiful. I sat out on my deck for a few hours reading one day. Very peaceful. it’s on the side of the bridge with the locals, not the tourist side with all the restaurants. I liked that (quieter) but you might not.

no hot water. I tried everything to get that device on the wall to give hot water. the pressure can be dangerously strong so pay attention to the difference in knobs.

The accomodation looked exactly as in the photos on Booking.com. The view over the river and mountains was stunning and the balcony spacious enough for both of us to sit comfortably and watch the world and life on the river go by. Eid and the other staff were so welcoming and helpful sorting out our laundry and our ticket back to Luang Prabang. Our breakfast choice was good and we loved the fruit, yogurt and muesli to start our day. There were eating places and food stores within a minutes walk, and walk a few minutes further over the bridge to the busier side of the village to many other options. It was also close to the Nong Khiaw viewpoint and the departure point for boat trips down the river. Loved our stay here!
