Excellent location, nice room, great view

Bed was hard as a rock; otherwise it was great.

everything was great! very clean and the owners were so welcoming! one of the nicest beaches on the island is right in front of the place! the breakfast was delicious (we even told them we were vegan- no problem). All in all, we loved our stay there! 100% would recommend!

We took the apt with the balcony and we didn’t regret it. It was amazing we even added one more night to stay at Christina and Walcott’s place. They are such a nice and kind couple and the extra thing is that the room with balcony has AC in it!

The guesthouse was in a very good location, just up from the peer. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The bathroom was right next to our room and so was very convenient. Our mosquito net had a hole in it and they did replace it straight away! I would stay here again but in a different room.

I have never stayed somewhere with so many mosquitoes!! The door to the outside is left open all day and our room was right next to that door and so there was just a constant stream coming in all day. There was no power (through no fault of their own) for 3 days which meant no fan and the heat was unbearable in that room as there is no breeze.

Such a welcoming guesthouse on the most beautiful little island. The cheapest private I have found in the whole of Nicaragua, such good value for money, being on a paradise island. The owners and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are great, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean, sheets and towels changed every couple of days. The kitchen is great and easy to cook in. The guesthouse is close to the panga and main amenities (shops, restaurants, bars and dive shops). The island itself is so peaceful and a wonderful place to visit. I extended my stay at the island and at Christina's because I was so content and felt so well looked after, thank you so much! I hope to return.

Very nice room with balcony and sea view. We enjoyed the location.

The location is great, you can see it from the dock where the boats come in so it is easy to find. we found the beach outside the guesthouse (next to the dock) to be our favourite on the island for swimming as it's sheltered from the wind, clean and not rocky. It is also close to all the eating places without being amongst them. The room was massive, clean and comfortable. The Aircon was fantastic to escape from the heat (after 1pm when the power returns to the island). Walcott was very friendly and helpful with our questions.

We chose a room with a balcony but our "balcony" was at the top of the stairs and led to the room next door as well so we couldn't actually use it to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen was a bit lacking in crockery, with only 2 bowls meaning if someone else was eating breakfast we had to wait for them to finish befor eating! No filtered water provided.

the bed was like a stone, could not stay there, rented for a cheaper place close, and ended up paying for 2 hotel rooms unfortunately.

The Stuff were so nice and lovely and the rooms were very clean.

There is no comfortable space to hang/chill out. Just chairs made out of wood and a table. Wifi was ok for the phone but definitely not for notebook/laptop if you need to work or so.

Very close to the port and small strip of restaurants. Clean yet basic. The gentleman running it was very nice.

Slightly misleading description, we booked a private deluxe room that had a kitchen etc. However this was in fact a shared kitchen with two private bedrooms off it. It didn't really matter but I think the description should be clear and honest.

Super clean, the friendliest staff, great tables and rocking chairs, great location. 30 second walk from beach!

Water pressure on shower was pretty sad and rooms get hot in mornings when electricity goes out at 6 AM (not well ventilated).

Great location. Cristina and her partner were amazing and were very helpful for any help we needed. Rooms were good sized and comfortable.

What a lovely guesthouse it is! Christina is incredibly welcoming and helpful. I like that she has different rooms at different rates so everyone can stay here. The cheap rooms are amazing value for money, the other rooms look wonderful with views of the sea. The shared bath was cleaned every day and isn’t shared by too many people. Our room was cleaned during our 4-day stay, which we never expected at this price but very much appreciated. The location is perfect in walking distance of all the restaurants and bars. It is a 25 min easy walk to Otto Beach which is great to walk of the meals. I especially appreciated that Christina found my beloved bracelet and even sent it to Big Corn for me to get it back. That’s great hospitality! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we return some day and I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

nothing negative, just a heads-up: It does get hot in the small rooms as there is no AC (I don’t think there are any on the island because the power goes off from 6am to 1pm anyway) but it is manageable with the fan, the open window and a cold shower in the morning.

Amazing stay at Christina’s! stayed in two different rooms and both were excellent. Very clean, spacious, lots of natural lighting, and beautiful view.

Highly recommend Christina's to absolutely everyone. She is a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful. The kitchen facilities are great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The apartment at the back is great for extra space. Location is excellent. We'll definitely be back!

Christina keeps her place super clean and changes the towels and bedsheets regularly. The toilet roll and soap is replenished regularly also. though we didn’t use the kitchen, other than the fridge, it was well equipped and spacious to cook in. the house was quiet and peaceful and Christina’s brother took us on two EPIC snorkel trips. we saw a hammer head shark and turtles and Angel ray! and much more. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

it was hot with just a fan in January but we knew there wasn’t air con in our room and so this was down to our own decisions. The positives of this warm and happy family place outweigh the lack of air con.

I loved staying at Christina’s. Christina and her son are extremely friendly and made me feel very welcomed. The location is perfect, just a quick walk from the pier, bars, restaurant and the dive center. The kitchen comes with all the essentials you need, I used it daily. Christina’s Guesthouse is very, very clean. My room got cleaned every second day, fresh towel and new sheets included. Can’t recommend it enough!

Christina is very nice and helpful and her place is simple, clean and ideally located. Christina organised for me to go with her brother Elvis on a snorkeling trip next day.

Nothing we didn't like, for a couple of nights it is ideal to be central to the boat and bars and restaurants. Only extra that would have been good would be some filtered water.

Great place to stay. Well equipped kitchen, it is spotlessly clean with bedding and towels changed every three days. Christina and her family are the best, polite, friendly and nothing is to much trouble, the best place to stay on Little Corn Island. With many guests asking to extend their stay.

Christina is very welcoming and very friendly! The rooms are basic but very good for a reasonable price. It's nice that there are mosquito nets above the beds! I'd highly recommend Christina's Guesthouse. It's also just a very short walk from the boat dock and a short walk to many of the popular bars and restaurants.

My only constructive criticism would be to add soap to the bathroom to be able to wash your hands. Seemed like a very basic thing to be missing.

Christina and her family are amazing. I had a wonderful time there. Christina is really taking care of her guests. She organized snorkeling tours with her brother for me, also organized a gallon drinking water for me and answered every single question. I couldn't have a better place to stay on Little Corn Island. Nothing to complain about

Christina is the best host ever and the person to speak to if you want to arrange a snorkelling trip. The accommodation was spotless and nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect as its better to be close to the restaurants for the evening and walk to the beaches in the day.

Nothing not to like, my favourite place to stay in the entire trip.
