Spacious quarters, well appointed kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed. Plenty of room on the porch when sunny, and in the front room otherwise. A great spot!

We had a great time staying at this lovely home. It's in the perfect location and has a lovely view of the water from the patio. It's very homey and comfortable. We were able to walk to a local restaurant to have lunch by the water and there's a great grocery store near by. Communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely property, both inside and out. The beds and furniture were comfy. The kitchenette was nearly a kitchen thanks to all the small appliances and cookware, plus a nice selection of spices, snacks, and hot drinks. The view was city and sunset. Downsides: Cold and Noise. It was kept at a very low temperature. There are good quality space heaters and an electric fireplace. But the electrical circuits are apparently delicate. There are notices that you should turn off/unplug lamps and appliances before using the fireplace, and not run too many appliances in the kitchen at the same time. The result was that we felt we could only warm/light one room at a time. But there were lots of extra blankets and throws everywhere! There was a lot of sound transfer from upstairs to downstairs, so probably the other way too and that felt awkward. There are quiet hours at night, but don't expect quiet during the day or evening. It did still feel visually private if not audibly. Overall a really nice stay, and the only reason I'd not stay again is that I prefer standalone structures for quiet and privacy.

My daughter and I needed a little getaway and this property was AMAZING! Perfect location and the owner is very easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Karen’s home is lovely with all of the comforts we needed for our getaway. The trail, just a few steps from her home, was wonderful and it was fun to walk and look at the beautiful homes near by. We visited a few wineries in The District and recommend Ste Michelle, it was stunning!

This was the perfect place for our trip to the Seattle area. Good central location and Karen was a great host. Beautiful views, quiet, clean and comfortable.

I'm so glad we chose to Vrbo outside the city rather than get a hotel in the middle of it. This was a beautiful neighborhood with a great, well-kept apartment space that truly felt like it was its own private home. The owner communicated clearly so we knew what to do, and we had no issues while we were there with our young kids!

This is our second stay at this Kirkland property and it feels like home now! Clean, well-appointed and close to everything. And the view from the terrace is amazing.

We were only able to stay one of our three nights due to car trouble. This place was a welcome respite after many hours of driving.

We enjoyed everything about this rental. The views are outstanding. The covered outdoor patio is great for watching the sunsets or eating outside. Inside the owner provided everything we needed. Very clean also.

Wonderful large space with all amenities listed in very clean working order. The property and neighborhood are beautiful with walking areas and gardens. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. Recommend this to anyone willing to follow the rules and find a relaxing family welcome space. Loved the games and books!

Lovely, clean property for our family of 4. Easy check in/out and perfect location!

Our stay was better great. Grandparents and two grandboys liked the location, 1 block to the Kirkland corridor trail, 2 blocks to a wooded park. The combined kitchen/ laundry area worked very well for us. Grandboys enjoyed Netflix cartoons and movies. It had various electric appliances for meal cooking. The apartment sized washer and dryer worked well for us. We would stay again.

This property is ideally located and allows easy access to Kirkland, Bellevue, the "520" and "405". It was perfect for our recent visit. It is a beautiful property, well maintained and well managed. It provided everything we needed. Karen is an Excellent host.

This property is amazing. It's a special gem that is reasonably priced. It's in a great neighborhood, plus it's conveniently located between Kirkland and Bellevue. We loved the landscaping on the property and the wonderful views of Lake Washington from the front patio. We also loved the inside layout of this unit. It's roomy, clean, well furnished and quiet. Really, really comfortable. It was perfect for our needs. It was definitely a 5 star stay for us because it felt like being home. Karen is a gracious host and she gives you your privacy.
