My husband, golden doodle and I had a very nice stay at this Tomball apartment. There was a nice fenced in backyard for our dog complete with a patio set. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owners did a great job communicating throughout our stay and we appreciated the updates they provided. The location is within walking distance to downtown Tomball and we took advantage of weekend festivals, dining, and the weekend farmer’s market. We would definitely recommend this listing to others.

House was very clean and was located very close to downtown for shopping and eating. Enjoyed our two week stay.

My family of four (children 3 and 6) needed a place to call home for several weeks while we were in the process of selling our home in the Houston area and relocating to Austin. This rental stood out as meeting our exact needs, for a great price, and it even was in a perfect location for me to commute to Austin weekly and for my wife to finish out her work in Spring just miles down the road. The house is cozy, has every basic need covered, and the neighborhood was great. We loved visiting 403 Eats just a short walk away that had food trucks, drinks, a play area for the kids, and live entertainment. And Jerry Matheson park is just a few minutes drive away with a great park and pool open during the summer.

Becky and Frank were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was way roomier than we thought it would be at 800 sq ft. The house was adorable and the back yard was perfect for our dogs. I highly recommend Becky and Frank as hosts.
