stunning views and a well equipped apartment. lots to do and see around Whitley bay, cullercoats and tynemouth .

Andrew made us very welcome and although we didn't need it the information provided about the local area was first class. The parking voucher is a very nice touch as well. The room was very comfortable and we liked the small cooking living area which made it feel much more homely than some other places we have stayed.

Perfect location and apartment with all amenities required. Andrew is a great host. We had a great stay.

There was no breakfast included but a welcome pack was provided. Our accommodation was really comfortable with a massive comfy bed. Although we did not have a sea view this turned out a blessing in disguise as the main road was quite busy. Our room was really quite with the backyard laid out with astroturf, garden chairs and a table. It also had a shelter in case of rain. Our host was very friendly and helpful.Thanks again Andrew for your hospitality.

Great view location great value for money great to get parking permit no noise from the other apartments just great all round

The Location was perfect! The Sea views were wonderful! Andrew provided 2 pairs of High Powered Binoculars to view the Ocean and the full vista. Andrew also provided a parking permit for the road directly outside the property so we did not have to park elsewhere to bring our luggage in and out of the property.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing and if I had known about the apartment below ours I would have chosen that one if it had been available when I originally booked (but not sure if it was?) That apartment had a Window that had the same view as our apartment but a much bigger window and you had the view sat on the Sofas! where as the upstairs you had to sit on high stools to view out of the windows. I chose the upper apartment because I though this was the only apartment with sea view and with a bath (but need to read the information correctly in future) the apartment also had a bath with a shower over the bath.
