This house is in a great location to get to everything downtown Brevard. The house is beautiful and quaint. The owner has everything you need for a top notch vacation. The front porch is so welcoming. We enjoyed hanging out there enjoying a cocktail. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The bath linens were plentiful and good quality. Like I said, perfect!

Very nice; host gave needed info( code to home, Wi-Fi username) in timely fashion; beds comfortable; home well appointed, clean and nicely updated. Close to downtown. Only negative home is located on Main Street so traffic noise throughout day. Noise does not extend thruout night so able to sleep well. People accustomed to city noises( small cities) will probably barely notice. Would stay again.

This is a wonderfully kept bungalow just steps from all that Brevard has to offer. The front porch is a great place for morning coffee, afternoon rest and evening glass of wine. Everything you need is there. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Yes there is road noise but you quickly get used to it. This is our 4th or 5th stay and we'll be back.

Absolutely loved this home! So charming & stocked with everything we needed. We loved walking out the front door right into downtown as well as taking a short drive to the Davidson river & exploring around on the trails with our dogs.
Will definitely return in the future.

This was a beautiful home, just a short walk from restaurants and shops. We loved relaxing in this home after hiking. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent trip to Brevard and really enjoyed the cottage. It had tons of space and everything you could need for a weekend away. Love that we could walk to lots of shops and dining options. We would definitely recommend and return.

My husband and I loved this house! The location was very convenient and we were so happy to find a place to spend the holidays that allowed us to bring our dogs. The owner is great to work with!

We've stayed here before and it's even better than the last time. This really is a gem of a house. Short walk to downtown and pretty quiet considering it's on a main street. All the amenities are there. Will definity stay there again. Thanks for a great stay.

I stayed a week in Brevard at this house. It’s very clean, comfortable and well appointed, within walking distance of downtown and easy driving distance to hiking, biking and fishing at DuPont or Pisgah Forest. Highly recommend.

Great location, super front porch, comfy and convenient. Missed regular cable TV and would have liked a barbecue grill. Home was extreme well equipped. A couple of comfy chairs in living room would be nice. Comfortable beds. We liked it. Would rebook another year. Nice owners/ managers.

The house was super cozy and comfortable! We loved the proximity to downtown Brevard but were a little surprised by how busy the street in front of the house was. We probably would have sat on the porch ( which was very comfortable) if it had been quieter. The traffic did not disturb us at night. All in all we really liked the house and very much enjoyed the stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in Brevard. Home is in great location for walking to town and proximity to hiking. The only disappointment was we didn’t see a white squirrel. Would definitely come back.

We had a great stay! The home was super clean and so convenient to downtown and all the nearby waterfalls. With two kids who get easily tired of walking plus the road being fairly busy, we didn't walk downtown but it's easily doable. Our kids loved the two playgrounds we visited. Only thing we didn't see that we could have used were dog bowls for food and water. Thanks for letting us use your home for our first trip to Brevard.

A very clean, adorable house. Very close to downtown and walking distance to everything. This was our first ever trip to Brevard. Keep in mind that this is on a main road where there’s lots of traffic all night long. We were unaware of this but we did bring our own noise machines which the rental had two as well. We did utilize two in each bedroom at night which gave a bit of help. The home is well equipped with all the items you’ll need!! And super clean too!!

We just completed a stay from 2/16-2/19 and it was wonderful! The home is spacious, comfortable, very clean and close to downtown. We were able to walk to all of the shops/dining etc. The kitchen is well stocked (although we did eat out most of the time) and the front porch is a great sitting porch. We have recommended this to friends of ours and would stay here again. Thank you!!

Perfect location ! Walking distance to town and short drive to DuPont hiking trails .. best of both worlds . Supper clean house and very comfortable beds . We had everything we needed and Susie was very attentive and thoughtful ! Highly recommend.

We were in town for family funeral and needed to bring our fur baby. This cottage was very warm and cozy, convenient to downtown. Very nicely appointed and clean. We hope to stay here again on our next visit

Cozy place, we’ll appointed. Lots of thought put into the decor of the home. Numerous antiques and loved the lamps. We had our plans thwarted by heavy rain, so we appreciated the cozy place!

Loved the place very clean and nice. But should have had two keys. The TV should be on the opposite wall. More channels on the TV. There should be a Cozy lounging chair or extra love seat, there is room for that. We would stay there again.
