Quiet location, great for access to the Arenal and beach. The property remained cool throughout despite the heat outdoors.

We would have preferred a walk-in shower.

Where to start?! We loved the fabulous pool and beautiful garden area. I like the sun my husband likes the shade and there's plenty of both.😊 The apartment is less than ten minutes walk to the beach area where there are lots of lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. We loved the balcony, with the lovely lights and tablecloth. I loved the fact there were two, yes two, full length mirrors! There was plenty of wardrobe space and loads of clothes hangers, often you get the space but only a few hangers. The bathroom, although small actually never streamed up, we had the window slightly open all the time, as we hung a towel over it to keep the heat out.

The only thing we didn't like is that we couldn't stay longer!

1. Size of property was good and felt secure. 2. Gardens and pool appeared well kept although unable and not expected to use as we visited in February. 3. Quiet location and only a few minutes walk to Arsenal beach area. 4. Easy parking.

1. Freezing cold and electric supply insufficient to maintain comfortable heat in winter, without tripping fuses. 2. No insulation and very draughty, especially kitchen. 3. Oven smell terrible and after one use odour permeated the apartment for the whole 2 weeks and we didn’t use again. 4. Covers and cushions on sofa were dirty and needed cleaning. 5. TV fine if you subscribed to one of main providers and use personal logon. 6. No option to change sheets and towels (even if willing to pay). 7. Shower scalding or freezing.

perfect location and the pool and gardens are beautiful. it had everything you need for your stay.

Everything you would need for self-catering or you can eat out at local restaurant's. Aircon works well, heat or cold. Nice and relaxing on balcony or in the garden. The host Baba, a friendly helpful man.

you couldn’t put the heaters on or cook it would trip the electric. it’s not good for winter rents or a family that want to eat in a cook. first night we trips the electric 8 times each time off for 1 min. very annoying
