We stayed here and snowboarded at Loveland. Place was super clean and cozy.

Our group enjoyed our weekend and we went to both Winter Park and A Basin! We cooked the entire weekend and the place was clean and cozy. Can recommend!

Property was very clean and presented well in person. Nicely appointed with outdoor patio and fire pit. Location was central to Breckenridge and Frasier which was perfect for us as our activities were at both.

I stayed at this property with my friends and family for my birthday and we had a wonderful time! Check in process was super easy and the host was available to contact and even allowed us to check in an hour early since we landed in Denver earlier than expected! It was a very clean and spacious house and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful house. Clean, well appointed, and better than the pictures showed. Would stay there again for sure. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

I can’t begin to express how immaculately clean this cute place is! Loved sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds with the beautiful mountains as a backdrop. Owner is extremely friendly and accommodating.

Very beautiful property with multiple floors and great for large families.

Had a great time staying at this house in Empire! There was more than enough room for our group of six and the beds were comfortable. Never felt like we needed more space and the home had everything we needed during our stay. It was a great base camp for us as we were able to drive to multiple ski resorts and hikes in the area. Would definitely recommend staying here again!

Loved loved this house. Most equipped placed we've been to (and we stay at many rentals) - everything we needed was just there. The house is spacious, rooms are big, living room super fun to hang out in, also downstairs, with games, large screen TV, and fun couches. Loved having the small things we needed for cooking which we forgot to bring. Will definitely come back..

Our stay was for 4 days as the “base of operations” for our daughter’s wedding in Idaho Springs. There was plenty of room for my family of 6 grown people to spread out and be comfortable. Being from Texas, the only thing I wasn’t used to, was the multi-level floor. I know that is normal in that area, but we spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining nook. The family room and the game room, although awesome wasn’t used, but again that is because of my family spending a lot of time in the kitchen normally. I cannot say enough about the house. It was clean and organized and everything that we need was supplied. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had plenty of towels and toilet paper. Yes, the house was super clean, yes, the house was big enough, yes, the house provided extracurricular activities, yes, the house has a spectacular view, but what made it over the top were the little details. This owner definitely thought like a mom. There were supplies in the pantry, plenty of hangers in the closet, Kleenex in every room, extra soap, lotion, body wash in super cute gift bags. I know that may not seem important but when someone pays this much attention to little details, to me it says, “I care”. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of the sites.

Three generations of our family escaped to Empire for a long weekend. We were more than comfortable in this charming house. Everyone had space to relax and sleep. Lots of comfortable beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was made for cooking and visiting. Our grandson had much fun running and playing in the backyard. Cocktails and fun around the firepit in the evenings made for laughter and unforgettable conversations. A ride on the Georgetown Loop train was trip none of us will soon forget. Just a great place to stay!

Everything we needed was thought of and provided. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was so nice to have 4 bathrooms along with the very nice bedrooms. Marlene, the hostess, is very friendly, kind and accommodating. Our only complaint was that we wish we could've stayed longer! It was a good location to be home base for the things we wanted to do in the area. On our way to Empire from Denver Airport, we stopped at the Buffalo Bill Museum, which was fun and very interesting! After we got 2 days to acclimate a little to the altitude, 3 of us hiked Mt. Bierstadt, while the other 2 drove to the peak of Mt Evans. We drove through the Rocky Mt. National Forest, walked around Georgetown and Idaho Springs nearby, hiked Silverdale Trail and also drove to Breckenridge where we shopped and ate. Empire is a quaint little town... we ate at the Sweet Shop & Grill our last day and wish we would've gone sooner! Amazing sandwiches and incredible, unique milkshakes! It was nice to eat breakfast out on the deck in the cool mornings as we planned our day. We all highly recommend this house and hope to return!

This house is in a little town that boasts a brewery & a popular ice cream shop that are just a short walk down the hill. All the activities we planned were an easy drive from Empire via I-70. The house was the perfect size for our group of 8 adults. There is a large deck with a dining area & grill, a well-kept yard & fire pit. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, & there were lots of thoughtful amenities in the bathrooms & family rooms. The house was very clean & homey. We all loved watching the hummingbirds from the kitchen/deck.

We came up to spend some time off the grid and were pleased with how quiet and private the place was. Walking distance to a restaurant and brewery. Short drive to take the train ride in Georgetown (which was awesome for the kids!)

Loved the fire pit in the backyard, the downstairs for the teen boys, the living room for movie time, the master is fabulous and the kitchen was perfect for making our meals!! Thank you, we had such a super special family trip with tons of cousin time!

This was a fabulous place for our family to get away to the mountains. It’s multiple levels help a large family spread out without ever feeling crowded. The large beds make for splitting rooms among combined families hassle free. The location is optimal to experience various mountain recreation in short drives.
