Location was superb. close to Stor shopping center train bus. children's activities

The advertisement said they have a hairdryer, but it wasn't there. Had to buy a new one😔 40EURO Otherwise, everything is fine.

The balcony was amazing. Really great place to wind down for adults. The separation of rooms to the living area is great.

The shower head was not but wasn’t suit to fit in the holder. That was a bit of a pain when taking a shower.

The apartment was really clean and well located. Easy to arrive at the parks and near the Gare. The neighborhood was really nice and it has a supermarket one block away.

It was so sad we had a terrible experience even the infrastructure being great. First I don't know why they put the address as 28 C... Since this number doesn't exist. If you lose access to the information or doesn't see the whole check-in page you won't find the building. The little locker for the key was not working properly and it was hard to open. But the worst things were: we had no hot water to take showers. Sometimes 2 could take a shower before the water turned freezing cold. We couldn't bathe during the night after a long day in the parks and it was really cold (10°C). We also had no internet connection and were using our very limited 5G data. The sofa bed is terrible. I wouldn't recommend using it at all and it was lacking a pillow. I tried talking to them but they weren't very helpful or responsive at all times. So after 3 nights we left without having anything solved for us. A pity because the rating was good so it was disappointing.

DO NOT BOOK. The property was borderline disgusting. DANGEROUS HAZARDS also present at the apartment. Appalled to find LIVE WIRES hanging out of the wall at ankle height. We had our 3 year old son with us, and was appalled and concerned that this was what we had booked. Bathroom was awful. scuzz all around the splash glass, and the bathroom was filled with black mould. Shower was secured up with a piece of duct tape. Floors were filthy, and kitchen counters were bubbled and very worn. Broken furniture and the beds were awfully uncomfortable. ceiling missing in the foyer. although the location was good, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. plenty of other options to choose from which is just as close to Disney land, and would be less dirty and hazardous. very disappointed with our accommodation, we would never return.

to find the apartment itself, it was bad experience. the apartment itself inside some thing like compound or resident, we were struggling a lot to find it, and I spent almost 1 hour searching for it as many gates and accesses and all the compound same buildings and wrong directions they gave it to me when I reserved and finally luckily I found one of the neighbors, he was struggling also to find it, but finally we are in. also regarding check out time, only till 10 am and never accepted to extend even 1 hour!! my flight was 6 pm and this was not so good from them.

The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom as weel. We loved the living room, the practice kitchen and the terrace. amazing.

Great location, just one train stop to Disneyland. Close to train station and huge shopping centre. Aldi very close so handy for supplies. Apartment clean, bright and warm, plenty if room for a family.

Getting into the apartment was quite a challenge even with the photographic details from host. More dishes especially bowls for cereal would have been helpful. A little disappointed to arrive late on a Saturday night and no complimentary milk, tea or coffee.

The finish on the property was poor, there were loose sockets, towel rail and taps, wonky lampshades and ripped cushions, and the water tank was in the hall so there was a constant dripping noise at night, there was a code for the lift which took us 3 days to work out that the floor numbers themselves were the code! it was beautifully decorated but we couldn’t for the life of us get the tv to work, getting in to the place was a nightmare and it was even more difficult to work out the parking and we had no idea whether we had an allocated car parking space which was stressful
