We loved Never Sail! Such a great location to walk to all the fun restaurants downtown and plenty of space for our family of 4 (could easily accommodate more people).

This unit was right across the street from the Marina and next door to a new restaurant. It was a short walk to all of the Southport restaurants, shops and activities. The space was large, well-appointed, and comfortable! Thank you!

Great time
We were very satisfied with our accommodations and the location of this property. The place was very clean and updated. We enjoyed walking around the village of Southport . Sitting on the porch and enjoying the view was very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. The property manager was very accommodating. Great place.

Marina View
Perfect location by the marina makes it an easy walk to water front restaurants and shops. Condo was clean and comfortable for a weekend stay. Property management was also very responsive to any questions or issues.

Quiet relaxing space.
It was great. Only a few minor problems that didn’t affect our stay. Only one bar of soap for three bathrooms. Master bedroom fan needs some work. Was a broken bulb in one bathroom. Had a wasps nest and they took care of that right away. They have a very nice pool area, but we didn’t get to use it. Would definitely use them again. It is close to lots and our view was of the water.

The townhouse was great! Very comfortable, all the amenities we needed, clean and well maintained. Excellent location to the marina, water front restaurants and cute downtown. Hope we can come back and stay again soon.

Perfect Location
While we were in Southport for a family affair and not to play, we had a lovely stay at the Never Sail. The location is very convenient to the downtown shops and walking distance to everything. We had a yummy meal at Mr. P’s Bistro (Carry Out) and cooked in one night. Otherwise, we had plenty of room to enjoy the family and relax. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Never want to leave Never Sail!
Property is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need! This was a quick trip to look at real estate, but we enjoyed walking over to The American Fish Co. and Fishy Fishy for dinner and sunset cocktails. Great location - Southport is a wonderful little town!

Great property and location
This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The view was perfect and we were able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend.

This is perfect for a family stay. Plenty of room with a bathroom for every bedroom and close to restaurants and shops. Check in was easy and the place was very clean!

Beautiful, CLEAN, townhome close to marina!
Enjoyed our time in Southport in this lovely townhome. Quiet area, but short walk to local bars and restaurants. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the stars with a glass of wine. House is very well equipped with everything you might need. Would definitely stay here again - but next time will be longer!

Great location and property!
Everything in this property is new and beautiful. Couldn't ask for a better place for a family trip. Loved being able to walk to the riverfront, downtown and restaurants. Didn't even need the car!

We went out on the boat all weekend and it perfect walking distance to the marina, the restaurants and bars. Will be back again for sure!

Wonderful spot in Southport
What a great townhouse! VERY clean! Nice location near the marina within walking distance of the riverfront, shopping and multiple restaurants. Upper balcony is a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine! Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful home
This home is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay here. I would suggest maybe adding a safety latch higher on the front door so little ones can’t get out as it’s right on the street and pretty close to water.

Weekend Trip
Perfect for fishing, eating, and relaxing out of your area code with friends and family. All amenities are available at this location or a short drive. Across the street from the ramp and marina. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Used VRBO and have dealt with numerous agencies over 20 years, highly recommend Southport Realty and Heather. We will return to Southport and will be more than happy to stay in The Never Sail again.

Beautiful inside and out
Very nice accommodations for our extended family vacation. Convenient to all the local restaurants and downtown shopping. Could not have asked for a better stay on our first trip to Southport! Would recommend 10/10 times!

Great house, great location
Directly across from Southport Marina, this is a great house in a perfect location. Close to the marina, if that's your thing, but also within easy walking distance of waterfront restaurants. The house itself is immaculate and very comfortable. I would definitely rent again.
