It was surprisingly good location with perfect view from cozy balcony. Clean. All seems to be new and nice.

Rather steep stairs - difficult to reach room with luggage.

The building was beautiful, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean and nice.

The breakfast was very poor. I was also in Salerno and Torre Lapilo and the breakfast were poor also. Only sweets, no fruits, no vegetable, no milk, ham or chees, nothing. I think the breakfast are like that in south of Italy.

The host was very friendly, he even helped us with a taxi to the Airport. The room was pretty good and with a very reasonable price point.

The thing I didn't like was the location. Pretty hard to get there if you didn't have a car and the taxi was a little expensive. Everybody we asked said there was no bus or train to take you there

The stay was amazing! The room was humble, cosy, very clean, with air conditioning, 3 towels, a small shampoo set and so on, with even two balconies and a nice view of the old city. The location is also great because it is a quiet and safe place and you can nicely commute to Bari (20 mins walk to train station and then max. 10 mins by train to Bari Centrale for 1,10 euros). There was breakfast included which was in a nearby small cafe (croissants or any other type of sweets and coffee, very nice owner). The owner was so kind and caring (asking several times if it is everything okay, he gave us tips on what to see, and so on). I 100% recommend it!

On the main door could be a sticker or something that here is the accommodation because we were a bit confused according to Google maps but locals told us where to go, however, the owner was very communicative and kind and he was immediately there at the time we said that we will arrive. So this is just a tiny tip for the owner :)

The host was very kind and helpful even with the language barrier. Dinner at his restaurant was excellent and within easy walking distance from the B&B.

The host is open minded and responsive. We did really enjoyed the stay as well as the dine is the advised restaurant. The room has all necessary facilities and quite comfortable to stay in. The view from the window is on the acient church and beautiful street. It's a nice place to get know italian culture and enjoy the stay. The appartments are located in the small and marvelous city. The city is not that big; however, it's quite beautiful and interesting to stay in and enjoy the culture.

The property was very clean and fair value for money. The owners are very friendly and it seems like a great family business. Although there was a lot of problems they always did their best to make up for it.

The offerings were very disorganised. The hotel was hard to find, I walked around trying to find it as there was no sign. I called and no one picked up. I had to ask random strangers and not many people spoke English. This was even more frustrating as it was around 11pm at night. I later found out that the check in was in a different location a few minutes walk away. No one had told me this no prior to arriving. After checking in i went to have dinner at their restaurant. Really good food. I later went back to the hotel and realise I couldn't get in. I was given the wrong keys. Anyway long story short, there was many problems but the owners had a great mind set to always find a solution to issues. Once again the owners are very nice and always rectified every issue. I do believe if you stay here you will enjoy it very much.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Non c'era niente che non mi piacesse.

They were very friendly , took us for breakfast as power outage. Met us for a late check in. Spoke little English but were very friendly and welcoming. Was a nice experience. :)

Bit tricky to find the place but a very cute area. Well worth the find. Was easy stop for our over night stop. Only had one night was close to airport.

Clean and spacious. Within walking distance to stoes, coffee shops and churches. Air conditioned rooms. Owner very helpful and accomodating. Will definitely stay again if visiting Modugno.

The hosts were simply amazing, and treated us instantly as family. If you want a genuine Italian experience, stay in this place :)

Stairs might be a challenge for those with health issues.
