We loved the upstairs porch/ balcony that overlooked the bay. It was very peaceful and relaxing . While sitting out there we could hear the waves from the ocean and feel the tropical breezes . We also enjoyed the private beach that we had access to and the very comfortable beds !!

If you are looking for a beach getaway but don't want the high rise condo this is your spot. Nesting between the river and the ocean this small old Florida neighborhood is for you. A large deck through a set of French doors faces the river for a relaxing morning coffee. The large spacious living space was not expected and was a plus. The property was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything thing you need. This is on the second floor so there are stairs, we'll lit and with hand rails. We are in our 70's and in good shape so we had no problems. The bath shower has been upgraded from the picture to a modern shower stall. The kitchen area is compact, but well equipped. No stove but has microwave, toaster, Keuirg (coffee supplied) toaster oven etc., even washer & dryer. We visit this area often and are so excited to find a place that feels like home away from home. proximity to beach, general location is great, the deck over looking the intracoastal . comforts of home , privacy from public places , private beach was awesome. Owner JC making sure we were pleased with everything

it’s not on the beach , so view was not as good , but having your private beach made up it! bottom apartment occupied at same time as we were there the 1st night, & guests were loud . there are a lot of stairs with a unique layout. I would redecorate 1 bedroom as to not be as personal to owner and more a vacation get away. over all its hard to say anything bad .

A slice of Paradise is at a perfect location you can walk to the beach. This place is great, very clean and has everything you need. The host (JC) was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend!!!

It was a Great place to stay, my only complaint is there should be more communication with the guest I wasn't sure how we were to get in , but I talked to the gentleman on the phone and there is 0 Complaints about the space

Exceeded expectations, a wonderful place to stay.

Everything was great.

Stayed in upstairs unit for 6 days. Great location close to beach and inlet for kayaking. Safe area, quiet neighborhood. Owner JC is nearby, easily contacted and very responsive. Nice view from balcony, spacious and airy inside. Upper unit has a kitchenette with a hot plate. Not a full kitchen. But plenty for our purposes including a fridge and washer/dryer. Highly recommend for 2 or small family of 3-4. Several good restaurants nearby both walking or short drive away.

Could use a binder book with instructions on where to go to beach, how to use tv, local dining, etc. Bed a little soft but I have a bad back and everything seems soft to me :).

The huge porch, private beach access, view of water, comfy beds, nice quiet location, tons of channels on TV and host was extremely helpful. The downtown area had great restaurants and a small hometown feel that was laid back and relaxing. We will be back!
