We love staying at the Beacon Manor. The Retro Resort was so very clean and quiet! We will definitely be back. I would recommend it to anyone

This condo was very cool! Loved the retro, vintage decor but still had a modern feel! Condo was clean and furnished with extras like coffee pods, ziplocks, foil, toiletries. Covered parking spot was great!

PERFECT property! Had absolutely EVERYTHING! Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and close to everything. Ready to go back.

We had a great stay for our weekend in Hot Springs. Very conveniently located on the corner of the floor close to the side door. Covered parking is very convenient for one vehicle. Looks just like the pictures and it was a good size for our group.

Nicely redone property, enjoyed our stay!

Even though our condo was much smaller than it appeared online, it met our needs well. It had the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in a rental place. A big plus. Loved the lighting in the kitchen and the electric fireplace in the living room. Suggestion: More seating in living room and bedrooms. Tell guests ahead of time what kind of TV is there. All in all, it was a great place for the four of us.

The place was as described. Very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to the places we wanted to see and eat.

This was the perfect place for a girls get away. Conveniently located by an exit for ease when coming and going. Decore gave off modern day Golden Girl vibes. Place was clean and organized and kitchen was stocked with the necessary dishes and cookware.

Great location but wished the front gate had been secure for our weekend!

last minute trip to the Arkansas Derby

We have a nice relaxing family trip to explore Hot Springs. Quiet location not too far from Bathhouse Row. Nicely updated condo with plenty of room!

The property was very well appointed and we love the historical pictures displayed. A great location and we will be returning!

The unit was very clean and was in a great location. The unit was updated but was in an old building. They had limited hot water which was an inconvenience. There were many nice touches that made the unit welcoming and cozy.

This is a great end unit in a quiet building. It’s nicely updated and has all the comforts of home. Will definitely keep it in mind for future stays in Hot Springs.

I was excited to see a place to rent at Beacon Manor last fall when I did a drive by when in I was in town for a wedding because I grew up coming here & wanted to see if it was still there. It was “the” place to live back in the day. So, I decided to rent it for a weekend & bring my boys down to the races & show them where I spent so much time as a child. Well, this unit did not disappoint!! It had everything we needed & was extremely clean & comfortable! No, it’s not close to downtown but a short drive (we ubered) The unit is decorated that fits the time of the the original condominium but modern. Very tastefully done. The complex is older as to be expected being built in the 60’s but very well maintained as are the grounds. Hope to come back in the summer because they provide a boat slip as well. The pool area is great & it overlooks the lake. I give the condo, the check-in, the amenities a 5 star! Can’t wait to come back!!

Beautifully updated condo, comfortable for the 4 of us. Loved how the integrity of the character of the original 1963 building was maintained, even framed pictures dating back to original property. Really enjoyed our stay.

Looks as advertised. Clean, modern, comfortable decor. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. It is located near many area attractions. I would highly recommend this listing.

The condo was very much up to date & clean! Remotes everywhere to control lights, fans, etc. Nest thermostat. Beautiful furnishings & bedding. Nice pillows. However, the master doesn’t sleep that well because of a light outside of the window. It was bright in the room! I would definitely suggest some blackout shades or curtains! Also, the balcony view was a surprise. It should probably be pictured in the description. Not that it mattered much, but it wasn’t the best view!
