My friends and I enjoyed staying at David's peacful waterfront condo. Checking in and out was easy as instructions were clearly given. David was spot
on with his suggestions on places to visit and eat. We would revisit and stay at his condo.

My husband and I stayed for our 20th Anniversary. Great space, loved the patio overlooking the water, so many fun details in the decorations, something I look for when choosing a Vrbo. Owner was easy to contact and even left us a bottle of Proseco for our anniversary. We enjoyed staying in to watch movies and going out to swim off the dock. Great getaway! Highly recommend!

There a few very important things when I go on vacation that pictures cannot tell you. Is the AC able to keep the place comfortable with our 100 degree + temps? Are the beds really comfy? Is it quiet at night? I am happy to report that the answer to all 3 of these is YES!
The only thing I didn’t realize (totally my fault for not paying attention to the description) was that it was on the third floor with no elevator. But by the end of our trip, it wasn’t that difficult and I left with my cardio in better shape!
Host was outstanding! Very communicative and sincere in his quest to make this a welcoming place.

Overall great
Property was enjoyable and very clean and just the right size. Only downside was no access to “resort/member amenities”. The upstairs elevated bed did seem to slant downward once my daughter was on it. Slant can be seen at eye level and felt while on the bed.

Such a wonderful time with the family. Great living room for family games and relaxing, and we really enjoyed all the stages of the sunset from the balcony. All five of us were comfortable in the beds, and the walk-through bathroom (with two toilet rooms) was more than adequate for the five of us. Fully equipped kitchen for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. Special touches by the owner such as bedside reading glasses and magazines as well as games and dvds. Easy swimming opportunity off the dock, and LBJ is the best lake in Texas. Great time!!

Such a wonderful time with the family. Great living room for family games and relaxing, and we really enjoyed all the stages of the sunset from the balcony. What a surprise to find so many games, toys and amenities offered in the condo! We had a great time swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding just down the stairs. Even though it was hot outside, the condo stayed cool. The balcony had a great sunset view. Highly recommend!

Great Horseshoe Bay property! Provided everything we needed. Had one small hiccup with WiFi and property owner responded immediately to help. Comfortable space for 4 adults, and includes a loft that would be great for older kids or teens.

Great little getaway! We hung out on the deck most of the time and really enjoyed the views! Property had everything we needed and had a great weekend!

This property is in a fantastic location and is perfect for a getaway with lottles! Our 3 boys loved the loft area and all of the games, toys to play with when we weren't on the water! We will definitely stay here again!

The owner has thought through every little detail to make this place great for several age groups. The neighbors were nice on both ends and it is a really nice community. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay (more than any other VRBO owner) and we were so appreciative. The location is prime and exactly where you want to be on LBJ! Will be staying here again!

The condo was great for our family. Our boys loved the upstairs loft. The beds were all comfortable and the view on the balcony was beautiful. We appreciated all the games as well.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Home was clean and exactly as advertised. Great location ! Enjoyed the balcony in morning and evening! Would stay here again. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Everything was great!
The location was great as it was right on the water. My husband and boys loved having easy access to the lake for fishing. Our 10 year old loved sleeping in the hanging bed. We enjoyed playing the family games that were available every night. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Loved our stay at this condo it was perfect for our family. David and his wife were very responsive and great to work with. Lake view from balcony was beautiful. The condo is about a mile walk to HSB resort and less than that to the marina and spa. It had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again.

AMAZING!! FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!
I cannot say enough about this property. The pictures do not do this property justice. It is beautiful, incredibly clean and the owner provides everything you needed. We brought our boat and docked it right outside the condo. Our family had a tremendous weekend and were already making plans to rent this property again! David was incredible to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Great fun and beautiful view of the lake.
Not on a canal but a big cove near the marina. We did not realize it was on the third floor with no elevator. Just FYI.
