Enjoyed the condo and the location. Loved the elevator. Was conveniently located close to SB and OIB. Would stay there again. I would have liked access to the local pool in the neighborhood.

We enjoyed every aspect of this rental!! The condo itself is spacious and tastefully decorated! The screened in porch overlooking the golf course was peaceful, relaxing, and entertaining as we watched the golfers! The elevator is a plus given the location on the third floor...had the option of elevator or stairs for exercise. Great location! Easy access in and out of Sea Trails and felt very safe walking in the community. We were in close proximity to our favorite beaches, shops, and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful! Communication with owner was easy, effective, and timely! Description of amenities was accurate. Only suggestion would be to explicitly state that guests are responsible for daily use items (e.g., napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). Not a big deal given nearby shopping but would have been easy to pack and bring along. Thanks to the owner for providing an all around amazing rental...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!!

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. We came to sunset beach area for our Anniversary stay! This place was perfect, it was quiet like we wanted and far from business of the beach life , but still close enough to the beach when we were ready to go there. Very close to everything, between 8 to 10 min away from restaurants and beach and grocery stores. Places we enjoyed was Sarah's kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Fibber McGees Irish pub restaurant, great fish and chips, crab catchers was great sea food restaurant. Oyster Rock was great. Calabash creamery was our favorite home made icecream place. Drift coffe shop and kitchen has great coffee and yummy breakfast items. This place had a feel of suclusion and conviniense of things and places close by. Would stay again.

This property had a good location overlooking the Byrd 10th golf hole. We needed a 3 month rental while we were relocating to the area. The unit met most of our needs. Plenty of space for the 2 of us. The unit was clean inside and decorated nicely. TV's could have been larger. Kitchen pans & utensils and bathroom towels needed serious upgrading. Outside (common area) maintenance could also have been better/cleaner. Property manager was very responsive to our communications. Overall a nice place to stay. Would stay there again.

A very nice 1 BR lockout and 1 BR condo in a golf community. The owner was immediately responsive to minor questions via text and was very easy to work with. There are 4 double beds and a sleep sofa so you could actually sleep a lot of people in this unit. Not a big living room, though. Fine for us plus 2 more but more people might be a little crowded. I would rent this unit again for sure. Elevator was a plus!

The property was perfect for the 5 of us. Adults had separate room/bathroom from the teenagers. We had all amenities we needed. The screened-in balcony was a favorite for my husband and I. Quiet location! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be close to the beach but have an affordable, nice place to stay.

Great villa. Very quiet and lovely area. The condo was clean, sunny and comfortable. My husband, myself and our 13 year old grandson had a wonderful vacation here. The swimming pool was a great addition where we spent a few hours every day. The screen porch overlooking the golf course was the perfect place for morning tea, reading and watching the lunar eclipse. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner and property manager were wonderful. The place is clean with pleasant decor. Great location for Calabash and the beach. (Note: Summer of 2021 construction started along the main road behind the villas, but even that is neatly accomplished, with very little disruption to villas or golfers.)

This condo has more than enough room for two couples to have a good stay at the beach together with lots of privacy for each couple. t’s close to the beach, has good seafood restaurants nearby in Calabash and of course plenty of golf. My husband and I used the condo as a homebase while searching for a new home in the area. We really took advantage of the full-sized washer and dryer and used the kitchen the entire time to cook our meals which saved lots of money. Since my husband is disabled the elevator was vital and really helped me in getting our things loaded and unloaded.

Stayed here for 2 months while doing an internship on Ocean Isle Beach with Jessie Myers Construction. It was a great place, clean and roomy. Having the extra lock out room was great for privacy. I would recommend this condo! Would be great for golfers as it is right on the golf course!

We SO enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo! Excellent value for our money, convenient to the beach and clean. We appreciate that the property manager met us upon check in and even helped us bring up a load of things from our van! We even had a last minute change in our reservation and it was graciously accommodate! We may have found our beach home away from home... we look forward to booking again in the future!

Can’t use pool right outside your front door. Must drive a mile and pay 110 for a weekly family pass. Had water turned off at condo property manager didn’t let us know. Had to call him and wait that evening for plumber to come check everything and leave water back on there was no leak.

Loved the location and elevator being that we were on the third floor. Only disappointment was that we had to pay to use pool and hot tub.

Convenient location. Very clean and nicely furnished. Everything in working order.

Property clean, quiet, plenty of space. Just as advertised. Just remember bringing your own beach towels. "Value for money"

This was a last minute change for me and my family as the first place we were originally going to stay at turned out to be very dirty. We were very Happy with this condo and the amount of spacious room. It was very close to the Beach and the pool area was very well kept. You have to pay extra for the pool a little expensive for a family for the week, but I guess if you want things kept clean and updated there's a price. I would stay here again.

Sea Turtle is a great location for the Sunset Beach stay. You have quick access to the beach and beautiful landscape to view from the deck. The condo is located on the 3rd floor with a master bedroom on the street side and the lock out suite has a view on the golf course. It was nice waking to the sunshine coming in through the plantation blinds. Decor: The decor is a bit outdated but colors scheme is calming. Linens: The sheets are made of the microfiber polyester and along with the puffy comforter, can get warm at night. Their was a shortage on towels/wash clothes but we were given more upon our request. The extra blankets were rough, old, and beaded up from wear. It would have been nice to have a soft throw blanket. Electronics: TV's are a good size and the high speed internet worked great after a reboot. TV's have local channels, cable, and On Demand. Kitchen: There are plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware; however, if you plan to cook a good bit (like we did), then you need to bring a cookie sheet, roasting pan, and/or anything for a casserole or brownies. There are no other supporting appliances other than a toaster and blender. Heat/AC: Efficient Cleanliness: Most of the condo was very clean. However, the bathtubs needed cleaning (I cleaned mine) before taking a tub bath: bath ring The toilet had a few issues too. Supplies: The kitchen had 2 dishwasher cubes, 2 garbage bags, and 1 coffee filter. There were a few table napkins and a 1/2 roll of paper towels. However, the bathrooms only had one roll per bathroom. Other places usually leave on extra per bathroom. 2 bx tiss Property Management: He was there when we arrived and helped take our things up. That was so nice and thoughtful. When we realized we only had 1 towel each for our stay, we contacted him and he responded within an 1 1/2 hours. However, his help brought the unwashed (new) towels in a bag that had been exposed to cigarette smoke. So, we had to wash them all before we used them due to the smoke smell and the lint. Even after washing the towels, whenever you dried off lint remained on your skin. In addition, the master suite toilet had a problem running constantly. The repair man was sent the next day after reporting. The repair man assessed the situation and said he would return the next day (3 days later) to repair the running toilet. I was surprised at the response...it did get repaired. Make adjustments and become a 5 Star stay!

The place was fabulous. The location was great. It would be nice to offer guests the opportunity to use the onsite Owner's Club, but other than that, things location and accommodations were great.
