We came for a softball tournament. Our group had Grandma's, Mom's, and kids. This property met everyone's needs. Great location, clean, quiet, and plenty of space. Next year we will be back to stay at this property and win the tournament. :-)

We can’t thank you enough for allowing us to stay in this beautiful place! Our family has vacationed here several times, however, this time was more precious and special as we came together as a family to find peace after losing my niece one year ago at the age of 13 due to a rare bone cancer. She loved this family vacation years ago before getting sick and we returned as a family to celebrate her life and to appreciate what we all have, each other! We hope to continue this family tradition annually and look forward to staying here again if available! Thanks again!

As always the property was amazing. The location was phenomenal and the communication with the owners was perfect as always. This was our 12th year staying here. We keep coming back for a reason!

The place was spacious, clean and met all our expectations. We loved being able to just go out back door to the beach. Going places you don’t have to fight insane traffic everytime. I highly recommend the property and would definitely return.

This was our second time staying at this condo. It's like a little piece of heaven. In a nice location to Florida things and to Alabama things. The bay view is great. hope to be able to rent again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. You can not beat having the beach and water so close. We also loved that the kids can play in the water and not fighting the waves that you get on the gulf side. Accommodations and bedding inside are get for our family.

Enjoyed the private beach right outside the back door! House was roomy enough for all 8 of us. Everything was right there, only thing we had to buy was groceries! Looking forward to booking again next year!

The property was as advertised. We loved the location. IThe property was close to everything and we could relax in the evening in a peaceful setting. The private beach was fantastic.

We had lots of littles under the age of 3 with us. This location cannot be beat. We enjoyed our stay so much, we were already looking at dates for next year! The condo was well stocked in the kitchen and was so great for our families to stay together.

The townhouse was perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The beach was fun for all. So convenient to take our chairs out and the ability to get food and go to the bathroom is priceless. Also If any of us wanted a break from the beach, the townhouse was right there for naps and food. The dolphins were entertaining as well as getting the boats and barges to honk when they passed.

This was our second stay, so take that as a vote of confidence. The place is beautiful. It’s obviously not on the ocean, but the beach directly out the back door is immaculately maintained. We no longer have anyone in the family who feels the need to spend all day in the waves, so sitting out in the breeze and watching the boats go by works well for us. The kitchen was great. Lot of room to work and fully outfitted. The rest of the unit was also great. The upstairs master bathroom might end up costing us big because my wife now wants a shower like that one. The only issue we had was the washing machine broke just before we arrived. However the owners had another delivered and installed by Tuesday, so you can feel confident that issues will be addressed quickly. It did not cause us any inconvenience, and we appreciated the fast resolution. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again in the future.

We all enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly appointed, and the absolutely beautiful view of the water is just steps from the patio.

A perfect place for a family vacation. The layout of the home allowed each of our three adult children and their spouses to have their own space while allowing us to gather as a family for meals and card playing around the large dining room table. Being steps away from the beautiful private beach was great for setting up for the day, especially with a baby. The pool provided a nice option, too! The kitchen was very well equipped for preparing family meals! The only suggestion would be a dishcloth. There were two dish towels but no dishcloths. We had a great time and would love to return again someday!

We had a great time! The property was clean, comfortable, and close to many activities. Sitting on the patio and watching the boats with coffee in the morning was so relaxing. We enjoyed everything.

This house was wonderful, just like the description, and having the beach right outside the backdoor was amazing.

We had 4 generations staying in the house. It seemed perfect for everyone. I loved sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and the kids enjoyed building sand castles in the afternoon. The location was great. The community is gated and very clean.

The townhouse was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast every morning. The bay was beautiful and the beach was fun. The community was very quite and friendly. The owner called to check on us the first day, she was very nice. We thought this place was beautiful and we enjoyed it greatly!

Our multi-generation group of 6 adults and one child thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our first vacation since 2019. It was the perfect spot during this time of Covid as it was quite private and even the pool wasn’t crowded. The townhouse was lovely with a nicely equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the beach and watching the boat traffic on the inter-coastal waterway. We all loved the daily visits by the dolphins, birds and surprise sightings of the beautiful fox family. There were many good restaurants close by when we didn’t feel like cooking. The owner notified us before we got there that the freezer wasn’t working but the ice maker was. Unfortunately the part didn’t come in while we were there, but that was unavoidable and had minimal impact. We also had to replace the battery on one of the smoke detectors. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location, plenty of options for restaurants close by, public beach access, grocery store, etc. The location is as described & it was nice to have the man made beach in the back yard. Ice maker didn’t work upon arrival & during the stay but the owners communicated that & we’re waiting on parts from the mfg to fix. Parts didn’t make it in time so the owners returned money back due to this, very kind gesture. We will stay here again & I recommend this spot to others.

We had a great stay! The house is so well stocked! We will definitely be back. Great experience with the locals and neighbors walking their dogs. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and grilling and drinks in the evening. We saw dolphins in the morning and/or evenings most days! It was truly amazing! We didn't have any issues, but the communication from the property management was super quick and efficient. This home, and Banana Bay neighborhood, is highly recommended!

My family and I enjoyed our trip so much. We loved the townhouse and loved being right on the beach(and the privacy) The only the complaint I have is the patio. It was very slick. A few is slipped and fell. We will definitely rent this townhouse again.

We have stayed here before. The setup is great for a multi-generational family beach vacation. The two sitting areas provide plenty of space for all. The kids love being so close to the "beach" and the pool is a plus. The property is clean and well maintained.

We have stayed in the same condo in Orange Beach on the Old River for 9 years. We were super bummed when the owner took a long term renter due to the hurricane but we’ve now found our new favorite location and townhome! Perfect end unit with main level walk out to your own private beach! We loved having the convenience to walk to the Sunset Grille and Oyster Bar! We will back again next year!

Our family loved this place! It had everything we were looking for and is even nicer in person. Nice, quiet and a beach right out our back door. We will definitely be back!

This condo has everything and more!! More beautiful than the pictures show!! Even the cookware is better than any of the condos we’ve stayed at in the past! Truly felt like home!!

We have stayed at three different places at Banana Bay Resorts and this house was our favorite. We loved the layout and plenty of room for our three different families. We hope to come back again and would recommend this house to anyone visiting Perdido Key!
