The penthouse's beautiful, it has a beautiful view of the city, but it needs maintenance. The property smells like a sewer pipe, and the toilet tank takes 20-30 minutes to fill. When I reported the problem with the toilets the first time, they answered right away, and about twenty minutes later, I got a text message saying that they had taken care of it and that the problem was solved, but it wasn't. During the 3 days we stayed there, the penthouse smelled like a sewer pipe, and we had to fill up the little kitchen trashcan with water every time we used the bathroom.

The photo of the view from the penthouse is misleading. It doesn't overlook the Angel de Independencia. It is further towards the historical center of Mexico City, not a bad location but not what is pictured. The blankets were not fresh and some smelled like dirty feet. Worst of all the odor from one of the restrooms was nearly unbearable. The solution of faboloso only masked the odor. The only thing that worked was keeping the door closed and the fan on. My travel partner ended up staying at the hotel next door. On the plus side. The building is secure with a nice staff. This property needs some attention.

For me and family our maine concern was the locatio and yhis appartment got 5 start on that criteria we move around very easy wich was great now on my point of view this property should be rated for four adults but now if you travel a family of 5 with kids this will work for you in overall we had a great time

I just spent two weeks in this apartment, and can recommend it for short and long-term stays. The apartment house is located in one of the best areas of Mexico City, right on Paseo de la Reforma. If you walk left on the street, you’re in close proximity to the Historic Center; if you go right, you’re headed toward the Ángel de la Independencia, Zona Rosa, and Chapultepec Park. Walmart is easily found walking around behind the building for about 20 minutes. The unit is on the 24th floor, so there is an amazing view which shows not only part of the city, but also the very mutable Mexican sky. The building has doormen for security, although the area is very safe. There is one separate bedroom and a Murphy bed, 2 wall TVs, one full bath with a shower, and two half baths. There’s no dishwasher nor washing machine, but most tourists can easily forego these things. There is very good internet service. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay in a highly popular area. Recommended!
