We had a really lovely family break. The house was spacious, plenty of bathrooms and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay

The accommodation was brilliant. Just what we needed. Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus when we were all getting ready for our youngest son's wedding. Brilliant.

We couldn't use the leisure facilities. Maybe if we had more time could have enquired about how to use the pool and gym.

Standard of the property is excellent. There was everything we needed and we loved that there were 3 bath/shower rooms. Good central location with good road access to beaches and other attractions.

There could have been more information about the equipment in the house, ie instruction manuals for cooker, dishwasher, etc. and with no allocated parking spaces, I suspect parking might be a bit of a problem in high season.

Great location and great homely services and rooms

There are a few squeaky floorboards on the 1st floor and a slightly broken bath panel (not that we used the bath tub), but aside from these two minor points, everything was excellent! The lounge, kitchen, and bathroom facilities were spot-on and perfect for relaxing in after a long day of exploring.

Lovely area in a holiday village, very clean and great value for money

Very spacious, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all essential appliances provided at property, beds we’re comfortable, food at the pub on site was lovely and so were the staff. Newly set up park & ride into Newquay only approx 5 min drive away, Morrison’s and Lidl supermarkets along with a McDonalds approx 10 min drive away.

Not very clean - cobwebs everywhere even in the shower in the upstairs main bathroom, decor seemed dated and unfixed such as damage to bath panel, floorboards very creepy/loud. Very disappointing to find out once arriving that the owner of this property does not affiliate with the site so unable to use the facilities on site such as the swimming pools, leisure centre (had a very disappointed 4 year old who thought we were using the swimming pools on site) this should be advised/advertised prior to booking.

A lovely house in a great location but a shame about the attitude of the resort staff and poor response from the owners.

Was not made clear that you cannot use the facilties on the Atlantic reach resort, even if you offer to pay! Resort staff wouldn't even let my 6 year old son dressed ready to swim have a short swim. Owners of the house were apologetic but did not even get back to us regarding a partial refund due to the lack of clarity.

Clean and surprisingly spacious - looked small from the outside but four decent bedrooms.

NO WASHING MACHINE! That is no joke for a family on holiday. All that was available was two commercial (and vastly overpriced) launderette machines, which were always being used by someone else. Also no outside space to speak of … we managed to find one picnic table but again, for the price, this seemed poor. All in all because the weather was exceptional we had a good week, but I would not recommend this place really.

Nice comfortable place,

not greatly maintained to be honest, I’m sure the owner would be disappointed in how his agent presents the property. The site itself is a massive let down. I don’t understand why you’d have a holiday site where guests are unable to use the indoor pool or gym, outdoor pool etc. Staff at the gym where rude and unhelpful. If this house wasn’t on this site it would have been an improvement. Multiple bulbs out, fridge shelf taped together, toilet seat hanging off, welcome guest basket although having a note telling us to enjoy the scones cream jam milk and tea, had two tea bags and a pot of jam. Just weird. Not effort in the upkeep of the property

Very spacious, homely and clean. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Shop, cafe, restaurant and pub on site, very easy to walk to. Great location to drive to different areas to beaches and walks.

Beds were a bit noisy

Welcome basket was a nice touch and good value for money. Nice clean house
