Wonderful space-this was our second year staying here. Hosts were Very responsive when we had an issue and corrected right away---even a follow up during the stay to make sure everything ok.

Great house - plenty of room for 3 different families - we had 4 kids and 6 adults. House is great and comfortable. Electricity went out due to a faulty breaker a couple of times but the owner responded expeditiously and sent flashlights right over through Walmart delivery. Electricity came back on pretty fast but worried us through our trip. Nice view of lake and the pool kept the kids busy.

Outstanding

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 10 with ages ranging from 72 to 6. The pool was a huge hit with the kids as it allowed them to stay in the water at a depth they could safely swim & enjoy. The house was clean when we arrived & accurately described in the VRBO listing. Rachel was quick to respond to all our questions during the booking & planning process as well as during our stay. Would definitely recommend her place for families looking for a relaxing time on Lake Hamilton!

Great rental!

Entrance to house was dirty outside with lots of leaves and other tree debris. Plates in cabinet were not clean. Bedding was rather old and not updated. Swimming pool was dirty and full of tree debris. WI-FI was excellent. We were a little disappointed.

This is a great place. From beginning to end, it was wonderful and it fit our family to a T. It had everything that we needed and more thank you thank you 1000 thank you’s.

The property was so comfortable from the beds to the incredible family sofa in the living area. Everything you could ever need could be found in the kitchen. The view was absolutely amazing and the peace you feel from sitting outside looking out over the lake is truly priceless.

Our vacay was a great experience with a Lake Hamilton outlook.just amazing .. your day starts so well with positivity in a cooperating weather - what more do you need for a New Year start. Loved the accessibility of the property to Gas stations, Kroger, Walmart ( me and girlfriends ran into different Walmarts - because felt they were like Gucci compared to empty shelves in Dallas , yeah Dallas Vs HotSprings - read it right) , Restaurants ( wrapped up our 2022 with yummy Rod’s pizza- based another review here🙏 ) , Hiking Trails (with my hikers) , Interstate , State Roads , Car washes and much more. Swimming Pool was a good engagement for little kids. The property had enough rooms and space just right for 12 member party from adults to 10 yo. If you’re a party who did like to spent a day in the property , cleanliness has an opportunity for improvement( our party sweeps the floor once in a day to keep off stepping over food crumbs etc. and first sweep found dust and dirt).. There were dead, dried millipedes in bedrooms( implies rooms were not cleaned for a while). Calling this millipedes out in case party with small kids are scared about such or similar living things. For our party importantly , restrooms need to have Bath Ventilation Fans, which was a big miss for us. Expected property to be clean for the cleaning service being charged. Since for longer vacays , most plan to cook and eat, note that the kitchen oven could be maintained a bit more. Dishwasher is low performing to dry plates and cups etc. it’s a Vacation - Didn’t like to roll down trash cans to the road. Didn’t want to Pull down linens esp. for cleaning fee charged with one round of towels to be loaded in washer. no big deal though. Rest assured to be good for a stay. Couldn’t use Patio deck to enjoy the night view of the lake (though tried couple of fixes). We did receive a courtesy a 2-hour extended checkout though we checked out on time being a New Year’s Eve. Missed to do our boating- team focus was on hiking. We do understand this is a vacay property but this could be a super one if some of these feedbacks are addressed thoroughly. Rachel has been awesomely responsive to us. We do plan to come back in Summer, sometime in future to enjoy the Lake View - the Biggest plus of the property.

Went to Hot Springs to celebrate the holidays and November family birthdays as it is a halfway point for my children from Texas, for my son & his family from Illinois and for my husband and myself from Illinois! My husband, two sons and daughter all have birthdays within 11 days of each other in November. Our Texas children will not be coming home for Christmas. We stayed four nights and celebrated Thanksgiving, November birthdays and Christmas! The accommodations exceeded our needs! There were 9 of us. Having the 5 bedrooms and 4 baths was fantastic! Large living area with plenty of comfortable seating for all of us with a beautiful view of the lake! Very comfortable kitchen and dining area that accommodated us perfectly! The walk from the house to the lake was nice and close with a railing to hold on to the whole way which was nice for my husband and myself being senior citizens. We have stayed at other places on Lake Hamilton and the walk from the house to the lake was twice the distance. The decks were wonderful with plenty of seating. Rachel was great to work with and very easy to get ahold of. All of these factors contributed to a very successful and comfortable family weekend! I would highly recommend this house! If we go to Hot Springs again we will definitely stay here!!!

This house was spacious and well-appointed. The view of the lake was incredible. We spent hours sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful scenery. The house was well-maintained, and spotless. The Hosts have thought of everything Guests need.

Property was exactly as advertised. Check-in was easy and plenty of room for us to spread out. Would recommend to anyone. Can't wait for our return trip next year.

Everything was as listed. Grandkids LOVED the "bunk room" and called it their "apartment". Family would go on short outings in Hot Springs and come back to house and hang out at the pool. Plenty of space for all. Hope it is available for next year!

Had a great time- easy trip to Hot springs and a free boat launch- great location on lake. Great lay out in house and AC works great. Screen porches would be nice as the insects at night were bountiful and prevented using patios after dark.

We had the best time at this beautiful lake house. The owners are super easy to work with and the house is perfect. Definitely recommend renting this home!

Great setup for large family gatherings. More than enough space for our family of 10. Loved having the pool. Would recommend for a fun lake vacation.

I’d love to give a 5 star review, as we had a great time, but I can’t. Our first impression was not the best. The house could use a thorough deep cleaning, which was immediately apparent walking in the front door. It wasn’t anything that ruined our trip, but it did have me questioning the higher than average cleaning fee. I think it would be well worth the cost given the size of the house, had it felt or looked cleaner. However, we stay in a lot of VRBOs, and I realize they take a lot of wear and tear very quickly, so I’m sure it’s hard for owners to be aware of these things if no one tells them. I am giving the benefit of the doubt that no one else had informed the owners that some of these things were being overlooked. Rachel was very responsive and apologetic when we sent her photographs, and she was planning to address these things with the cleaners. Now on to all of the good the house has to offer! The location was close to grocery stores and not far from things to do. The view is incredible! It was so nice to have the pool. We definitely got a workout walking to and from the pool multiple times a day! Everyone had their own bathrooms, and it felt like we all had our own space while still being together. There was plenty of seating inside and out. We cooked every meal at the house and the kitchen provided plenty of counter space and good working appliances. Overall the house met all of our needs and we had a great trip!

We stayed with three generations of family and it was the perfect setup to have the adult couples upstairs and teens downstairs. Pool was super fun and you can’t beat a rental with available boat dock and slips! Quick response from owners on questions/issues. Would definitely return. Tip: Call ahead earlier in the day and setup delivery for Rod’s pizza cellar in the evening so you don’t have to cook!

We booked this property a year in advance for our annual family vacation. There were nine of us total including us, our three adult daughters, two husbands and two grandchildren. Check-in was quick and easy with very clear directions how to access the property. We had no issues getting there as GPS was accurate. Host Rachel sends a lot of information that is very useful before arrival. On our arrival, there were issues but host Rachel was extremely quick to respond and helpful and the problems were soon corrected. The view is beautiful! We really enjoyed our time by the pool and watching the many boats as they passed us on the lake. Nice patio furniture all around the pool and the decks. We ate a few meals out on the deck and just enjoyed watching the lake. We all found the beds to be very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with most anything you would need. Bring your own bath soap and shampoo, hair dryers, ect. as they are not provided. Also maybe toilet paper and paper towels if you are staying more than a few days. Plenty of room to stretch out and have privacy even with nine people. AWESOME air conditioning as the Arkansas heat and humidity was pretty bad while we were there. On the negative side, a few things could use some attention but it's not anything to ruin your stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice family vacation!

We had a great time in Hot Springs! The setup of the house was great and when the weather cooperated the pool was great.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views of the lake. We had a perfect weekend. The hosts are very nice and write back immediately if contacted. There is plenty of room in the dining room and living room for large families. The beds and bathrooms were plentiful too. Lots of seating on both decks and around the pool. We had a great time!!

Property was excellent. The view was incredible and the accommodations excellent as well. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return in the future when the opportunity presents.

We loved overlooking the lake! The property was spacious and beautiful! There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We would go back!!

Owner is too tight to buy a TV service ie Dish, Direct, YouTube TV So they want you to cast a TV signal from your phone to the TV and we couldn't get it to work. I asked them to send someone over to help us but they didn't

What a wonderful, roomy, clean home with every thing we needed! Perfect for all ages! The out doors were perfect and we would love to come back in warm weather! Each room is well appointed, roomy and comfortable!

We really enjoyed it.Everything was nice and clean.Very beautiful view.

Overall we had a good time for a short 3 days trip. Kids enjoyed fishing from the boat dock. Nice views over the lake with beautiful sunsets. The property could use some fresh painting and fix the doors issues related to foundation settling.

Absolutely Satisfied

Rockwell was perfect for our family Thanksgiving celebration. All the rooms were large with comfortable beds and the house has great views of the lake and sunrise. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. Rachel was quick to respond to all our questions. We would stay here again!!

Well-maintained and very comfortable. It felt like home and the views from the back deck can't be believed. I'd love to rent it in the summer in order to enjoy the beautiful pool and lake but seeing the fall color is hard to beat!

Spent the weekend with friends for some R&R. Gorgeous views from the deck. Really enjoyed having breakfast and tea outdoors - watching the sunrise and sunset. The property manager was very responsive and fixed the few things that we needed to have addressed. The property is partially updated but needs some additional modernization for the price point. Could be location snd weather but we saw lots of dead flies snd mosquitos in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cleanliness is something they should work on as well as updating furniture - beds were squeaky but bedding was fine. The layout is fantastic with ample space if you have a large group or few families. Overall we enjoyed our stay - and would recommend it to others. Feedback to owners to ensure place is spotless when guests arrive - to include replacing dirty dish sponges and ensuring dishes are clean. Would be nice to have ziplock bags aluminum foil etc versus empty boxes of those.

Property was clean and comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with. The stay was very enjoyable.
