Mr. Arnett’s house is very clean. The lot is beautiful! I love just sitting on the porch with its view of the lake. Would love to stay again!!

Quiet cove, catch little fish intantly, float undisturbed for hours

Aside from the overall cleanliness and layout of the house, the kids had to go no further than the backyard for all the fun they could want. They stayed occupied without ever having to leave the property. Adults could just sit back & enjoy their happiness. Thanks, Bob! You're an understanding and great host.

Plenty of level ground for parking, Very comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the lake. I could sit on the back porch all day looking at the view. The water was a little too cold to swim right now but we tried it anyways. My hubby caught a few fish. We took our kayaks and I enjoyed just paddling around in the cove. NO boats or wave runners to knock me over. Nice and quiet is what I wanted and it live up to that. I never found the hammock but that would have been great to nap in. We had most of what we needed for the stay. I would just suggest maybe instructions on how to work the thermostat. We had a little unexpected delay getting in but was resolved quickly. The pictures are true to what you get. Everything feels new (not run down or falling apart). Would love to go back when the weather is warmer and get to swim around more or just sit and watch the geese again. Thank you Bob for allowing us to experience your little piece of heaven.

Very clean well kept home. Close to town but yet secluded.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. Our ages ranged from 6-72 and everyone loved the house. We would definitely stay here again and would love to come during the summer. The kids especially loved seeing the deer every day that came into the yard and fishing off the dock.

Our stay at Bob's beautiful lake house was so wonderful! From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the beauty of the lake, yard and home. Our children loved playing by the dock, on the swings and with the fun bunk beds! It is a truly peaceful and calming place to stay, we loved every minute of it! Bob was amazing and kind to us, answering questions and helping us with recommendations of fun things to do. Our trip was not really planned ahead of time, as we headed north to avoid the most recent hurricane. Bob was so thoughtful to work with us and we really appreciate him! We look forward to hopefully getting a chance to stay in this beautiful place again!

Great location on Lake Nottely. The property is deep in a cove off the main body of the lake. Secluded enough to let kids splash around in the cove and play in the paddle-boat, but a short boat ride to the main channel for excellent sunsets. The house was very comfortable for a large family. A shady yard down to the water made it easy to relax on the long porch in late July. Easy to get to, easy to move items to and from the house, and the digital amenities to keep kids satisfied while parents relax.

We had family in from St Louis and they had a great time staying at the lake house for a week in July. Bob's place is nestled in a quiet cove away from the busy main channel with its boat and jet ski traffic. The kids spent much of their time swimming and paddle boating in the relative safety of the cove and the fishing from the boat dock was pretty good also. The beds were very comfortable and the kids had their choice of bunk beds or twins. The fire pit was used a few times for smores and just sitting out and enjoying the lake scenery. A good time was had by all.

The property and home are absolutely beautiful. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We hope to be back again soon!!!

This was our second time staying at this propriety, and it was just as great as the first. We look forward to staying again next year!

This is a great location to do many things. House has plenty of parking for anyone bringing a boat. Wife and I spent the majority of our time fishing and relaxing at the house. The home is even better than the pictures. Feels nice and secluded from neighbors due to the large lot and wood line. Our adult kids spent their time hiking and exploring the local towns. Bob is super quick to respond to any questions. Just an overall great experience! Thank you Bob for letting my family enjoy your beautiful home! Jason

Best rental home in North Georgia Mountains. Bob’s home was very clean and well stocked. Beautiful views all around the property. The fire pit and dock were a great place to hangout. Conveniently located to grocery store and square in Blairsville. Great fishing off the dock. Only con we don’t live there. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoy our stay at the Arnett home, it’s a beautiful quiet hidden gem. It was so peaceful, everything was very clean and well stocked. Bob was very nice and helpful during our stay. Will definitely book again with the family. 😊

We came down for fall break with my family of 4 (boys ages 9 and 12). No swimming because it was a bit chilly but the boys absolutely loved fishing off the dock and paddle boating. We also loved the swings under the deck and the huge fire pit! A beautiful property in a gorgeous area of the country!! We hiked, explored Helen (highly recommend) and enjoyed a lot of down time! Thanks Bob!

We had a fantastic weekend at this beautiful property. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The location on the lake was great for us because the kids were able to paddle board and kayak in the nice quiet cove without worrying about traffic from the busier part of the lake. The lake access and dock were terrific for putting in the kayaks and paddle boards and we also spent hours just hanging out or floating in our inner tubes. We love nearby Meeks Park and were pleasantly surprised to be able to attend the Sorghum Festival while we were in town. Bob is extremely responsive and informative. I would highly recommend this property and hope we will have the chance to stay here again in the future!
