The location is wonderful! The property is beautiful! It feels like you're in a tree house on the main deck. We enjoyed the lake - swimming and kayaking! Lots of space...a perfect place for a stress-free vacation! Thank you!

This house was absolutely incredible. The view of the lake from the house deck, boat dock, and private beach were breathtaking. There was plenty of space for all of our guests and the house was extremely clean upon arrival. We also loved the kayaks and paddleboards provided by the owner. This added an extra element of fun on the lake! I would highly recommend this property to anybody thinking of visiting Cayuga Lake, NY.

We have been staying here almost every summer for over 15 years! This is an incredible place to stay and accomodates large groups. We usually have 10-12 people each year and it works great. The views are incredible as well. One of our favorite things is having coffee every morning on the front porch. We can't wait for next year!

We rented this house for our family of 7and dog to stay for my nephews wedding at The Taughannock Inn which was only a mile down the road! Only problem was I wish everyone could have stayed longer! We had so much fun down at the lake! Between the dock, the floating raft, the kayaks and stand up boards everyone truly enjoyed the lake. There are so many spots for larger groups to enjoy and the house is adorable. Everything you need is provided and it was such a comfortable home.

I can’t recommend this place enough; I booked the property for a weekend girls trip, and it was amazing. being right on the water was such a bonus, and I loved the layout. the main Lakehouse had great views from the deck, and being able to start the day there with a coffee and conversation was a major highlight. the location was convenient, specifically for the proximity to Taughanock falls and Ithaca, and many great wineries. I would love to come back in summer to experience the full lake life.

The house comfortably fit 8 people and we really enjoyed the expansive deck space and direct access to the lake! Would love to come back when it’s a bit warmer to experience all the house has to offer!

The house was exactly what we were looking for and would definitely stay again. Close to grocery stores, taughannock falls state park and of course you can’t beat the direct lake access!

We spent our entire three days at house due to the fun for those who wanted to swim/boat and relaxation for those who wanted to sit with a good book with the sounds of lake. There was plenty of deck space and seating at each level, though plenty of stairs so get ready to work your calves. :) The main house had much to offer from the well-stocked kitchen, cozy sitting area, and master suite with bathroom and sun room. We used each bedroom in the main house and everyone slept well and felt at home. We had found the beach house convenient for potty breaks near the beach but felt as though some airing out and additional cleaning of this house could go a long way, so no one stayed in this area during our stay. The boat house looked super fun and offered nice sitting areas overlooking the water, while many of us fished from my dock below. We loved it and would definitely come back, again!

We had an amazing time! Loved the property and location. It was big enough for 6 of us to spread out with our own beds/bedrooms - necessary during Covid! Only problem was the smell of the tap water... must be lake water. Other than that the house was clean, well equipped and charming! We would definitely rent it again!

Had a great experience. So many positives from Location, views, charm, etc. owner was quick to respond when we had questions in advance. Many more kitchen supplies than expected. Some comments (not complaints though)... plenty of leftover food items in fridge and cabinet. Many were expired although unopened. We cleaned some out. During these times, we didn’t feel comfortable using anything left by previous guests. Also, a couple of the stairs are wobbly, but not dangerous... just use the handrails. We had an amazing experience.

Mia’s lake house was perfect for our family. So much deck space, a beautiful dock, and we had a blast on the kayaks and standup paddle board. The house is perfect inside and out.
