Absolutely beautiful house, I think the owners thought of everything to make the stay great. Close to st Augustine restaurants etc.

This home was perfect for my family of two grandparents, two small children under 5, and my husband and I. Had everything you could need in the kitchen and even supplied some beach equipment. Could walk to the beach through the gate in the back and the backyard is also very cozy.

The place was immaculate, but for the first twelve hours there we dealt with an overwhelming and very irritating odor from the cleaning chemicals. It's only a short walk to a beautiful beach, but the house is right on A1A. The busy highway is no more than 50 feet away. Watch your children and pets carefully. Plus, the traffic noise is constant. The house is attractively decorated, but for us the sleeper sofas were very uncomfortable to sit on. If you read or stitch, the lighting is very poor. The sofas were also a long way from the TV. The hosts were very pleasant, friendly, and easy to work with. However, we had to call them because the thermostat was locked and the house was too cold for us. It was chilly and raining outside. The host changed the thermostat for us, but it's the first VRBO we've stayed in where we couldn't adjust the thermostat. The back yard is lovely, with a very nice covered seating area but it is small and almost all pavers. There is a small grassy area for your dog to go potty. One last thing, the corners on one of the area rugs are turning up. This is a real tripping hazard. The worst corner was right in front of the master bedroom door. We rotated the rug to put the worst corner in a different place. All in all, we enjoyed our time there, but these little things detracted from the pleasure of our visit.

4 adults, 3 teens, 2 dogs and the place never felt cramped. Clean and convenient to everything. We have family in the area and will choose this again if available.

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and had all the beach supplies we needed. The beach is a short 4-5 minute walk and we loved being able to bring our dog along! We would definitely stay at this property again!

We enjoyed a very relaxing week at the beach. The location was generally great, except the house is right on A1A and can be a little tricky the first time you go there. It was everything as advertised.

We had a group of 10 and we all slept comfortably. The house was well equipped. And it was a short walk to the beach. One of my favorite things was the beach was never crowded.

This was our fourteenth year coming to St. Augustine for vacation. The house was great and well appointed. It had all we could have needed including beach chairs and towels, bikes, kitchen amenities, great appliances for family meals and even tools to make the stay easier for my mobility- challenged mother. The owner was helpful and even gave us great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend!!

The house was clean and ready for our family stay.
We were a group of 10 people and 3 pets and had all we needed to relax and enjoy our stay.
People and pets had a blast. Everyone had a comfortable bed, which was very important to me.
Enough linens and blankets and beach towels were provided.
Kelly was awesome and very prompt to answer our concerns and requests.
I would highly recommend this place. We were closer then it we had been on a hotel because we were all in the same place.

This is our third time staying at this property and we love it. It has everything a family needs to enjoy a vacation plus it is a walk away to the beach. Highly recommend it.

We had another great stay at Going Coastal. This was our second time staying and we hope to stay again in the future. The hosts are wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The property is great. plenty of room. A quick walk to the beach. Having a garage for parking is a huge plus.
The back courtyard is fantastic for enjoying the cooler nights. My boys had almost as much fun catching the lizards and tree frogs that came out after evening showers as they did on the beach! We had a blast making memories!
We hope to return next year! I already can't wait!!

Absolutely beautiful house! It exceeded our expectations! The house had everything we needed and our family felt very comfortable and welcomed! The location is great, we were just a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to Downtown St Augustine. The hosts were so nice and very responsive and easy to reach. Thank you for letting us stay in your home! We had such a great time!

We enjoyed our third annual vacation at "Goin' Coastal." As always, we had a wonderful time. Kelly is so attentive to any communication and quickly responds to any need. We will be back next year!

The property, the location, the owners are all amazing!!! This house is located just a short walk from the beach, close to historic st augustine and so much more!! Communication with property owners was easy and fast responses from them!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Second time at this property and second time we were thrilled with it!! We were only there for the weekend, and I wish we could have stayed longer.
The house was great! It had eberything we needed to enjoy our short trip. The location was close to the beach and several shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend thia home!

Goin Coastal is a quaint and cozy cottage. The house is well appointed and well stocked with day to day supplies. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is functional with plenty of storage space. Bathrooms are fantastic. The fenced backyard and patio provides access to a path leading to a neighborhood street which takes one straight to the beach boardwalk! It is an easy 7 minute stroll to beautiful Butler Beach! The host was very helpful with recommendations. We look forward to a return visit!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was bright, clean and comfortable and we really liked the private back yard. It was hard to say goodbye. Thank you for sharing your lovely house to us and our dogs, we all had a terrific stay! We have already recommended your house to our neighbors. Happy relaxing!

We were in St Augustine for a wedding and seeing family during the stay we had 2 other couples stay with us for 2 nights and there was plenty of room for everyone. The fenced in backyard was great for our son and having a drink with friends. The home was clean and had everything you could need for cooking and going to the beach. We were concerned about road noise being that the home is on A1A but we didn’t hear a thing while in the home. I’m sure we will stay again

Even with the chill in the air, we filled the room with warmth of memories, reminiscing game time together and spinning old vinyl records of great tunes of our days past! We had a blast and enjoyed the space thoroughly! We wish we could have enjoyed more time on the beach just too chilly!!) but we loved how it was a short walk from your home. Very nice home loved the kid room, my grandkids really enjoyed it. Clean and cute home with beachy vibe. The beach was a short walk until the 2nd day when they started work on replacing the walk over, but honestly w kids it was so much easier to drive and more fun taking our truck on the beach with all the gear! The only negative is it was spring break and the road was noisy and so much traffic, getting in and out of driveway was a little hard. I would suggest extra slide locks on top of front door just for safety and especially if traveling w curious toddlers. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and we truly enjoyed it!

We loved this property. It’s close to everything we wanted/needed, had beach access by way of a 3 minute walk, clean & comfortable beds, and a wonderful host. We will vacation here again.

We had such a great time at Goin Coastal Beach House. The home was spacious with everything we needed. The location was wonderful- short walk to the beach which is beautiful. Our dog loved the beach and the back yard. So much to do and delicious food close by. We recommend this home for a great vacation.

Goin’ Coastal is a lovely beach area home filled with an atmosphere of relaxation and happiness.
Hosts, Brian and Kelly were responsive, available and everything you could hope for .
We rode the bikes, meandered to the beach nearby sometimes three times a day and the children loved the swing on an old oak tree just out the back gate.
Wonderfully relaxing experience.
