Obiekt zapewnia ręczniki i przybory kosmetyczne szampon i żel pod prysznic, na plus więcej miejsca w bagażu 😄

Wielkim rozczarowaniem okazała się "kuchnia" zapewniająca kawę i herbatę, jednak bez herbaty. Na miejscu zastaliśmy tylko kapsułkowy ekspres i możliwość zrobienia espresso. Nie jesteśmy kawoszami, więc podczas pobytu nie mogliśmy napić się herbatki

Habitación amplia con cama grande y cómoda. Tiene cafetera y nevera, que es de agradecer. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que estás en pleno centro y a pocos minutos andando del barrio viejo. Persona que nos atendió educada y agradable.

Por poner algo, la mampara del baño estaba rota y pusieron una cortina para evitar que saldría el agua fuera. Aunque esto supongo que será temporal hasta que renueven la mampara.

Host was very friendly. Place was quiet. Location was great, pretty close to restaurants, shore and train station.

Once we arrived, we had to wait outside half an hour with our luggage until host arrived, even after advising beforehand.

Easy check in process. Room was generously sized and looked clean. Also enjoyed our balcony. This also meant there was a good natural light source. The coffee machine was a nice plus. Bed was okay. The room was quite spacious as well. High pressure in the showers.

The shared bathroom had the constant smell of poo. Not a pleasant place to shower. There was also a hole in the wall with tissues stuck in. My towel also had a mysterious brown mark on it... The key to the building itself also gave us some trouble and we couldn't get in until someone came out a couple of times.

The room was very bright and spacious, it was clean, the location was good and the staff was very polite.

AC and location, but not worth the flaws.

As someone who has done budget travels for 10 years, this was one of my most diaappointing stays. Check-in was a nightmare, shared bathroom had several areas of black mold, and no luggage storage is available. More details below, but I would never recommend this place. Check-in: the property messaged me to ask what time I would be arriving. I responded to give a time frame (which was within the check-in hours of 16:00-22:00). Once at the property, the main door was locked (property is within a building of other apartments, something I did not know). I rang the doorbell for 10 minutes without any response. I decided to call the property but cell service in the area is limited so I had to walk 2 blocks away to find a signal where I then called the host. Owner told me he would unlock the door for me. Call drops as I head back to the property to find the door remotely unlocked. Now, standing in the building entrance, there is no indication of where to go. I manage to get cell phone signal, call the property AGAIN, where he then instructs me to take the elevator to the 6th floor with no further Instructions. Call drops in the elevator, of course. At the 6th floor there is a locked door with the name of the property and no one around. I call FOR THE THIRD TIME where the host instructs me to a small lock box with a set of keys to do a remote checkin. This was an absolute 30 minute nightmare that made for an incredibly upsetting experience, thinking I would need to book a hotel elsewhere. I cannot understand why the host would not provide full details before arrival, this was super frustrating and my worst check-in experience to date. Other than this disaster, the shared bathroom is literally one toilet, one sink, one shower to share between several rooms meaning you're racing with other guests to use the restroom. There was black mold in the shower and behind the sink, as well as a hole in the wall that was merely stuffed with toilet paper.

I stayed in this property for a second booking even though i HATED it the first time, but the booking was already paid for. I had a terrible time checking in last time so this time I messaged to ask the host for full details to the lock box before arrival. He said it would not be a problem and to just "ring the bell and my colleague will arrive." I was overly optimistic, rang the bell for 10 minutes, and no one arrived. Around the block I went until I could find cell signal, call the property until a woman answers saying she's coming. I head back to the property where a woman is opening the door and does not introduce herself so I wasn't sure if she was the colleague on the phone. She hands me a set of keys and points me to my room and leaves. No checkin process otherwise, no info on leaving the property. Like I said in my other review, bathroom is full of black mold and hole in the wall was patched with toilet paper. This room was equally in need of a refresh with new paint and junky mismatched art. During this stay I realised the property is likely family run and while I want to support a small business, the lack of care and attention is appalling. This is a place in desperate need of new management and an overhaul in terms of service, cleaning, and decor. Shameful place.

This room is amazing the space is clean and comfy and it is in an amazing location. The staff was helpful in allowing us to check-in early and giving us recommendations. Our only regret was not staying for longer.

The location was great, a lot of restaurants and the train station is nearby. The host was very very friendly and cheerful.

The state of the room was good but the noise from the street was too loud. It might not be like that in all of the rooms but this one was.

Great location, close to center and train station. Host was very helpful with late check in due to long flight delay. Good for a short stay and reasonably priced compared to other accomodations.

Noises from some small critter coming from the street.

Location is great, good value for the money, it’s nice and clean. The man was always very nice and very helpful. There was always free coffee, tea and water, also coffee machine and fridge to use in the common area.

The lady didn’t let us change our beach clothes inside after checking out, our luggage was still inside.

Everything super clean. Comfy bed and the location is the best.

The room was very nice, there was a big bed, a table and a wardrobe. We also had a nice balcony with a really good view of the street. It was a busy street but when the door was closed it wasnt super loud. There was also heating and AC. We had a shared bathroom with a huge shower which is only shared with one room. The staff was nice, we got the keys very quickly and there was a cleaning lady every day. There was a fridge and utensils. The location was great, there were a lot of shops and a great bakery on our street and the train station was only about 7 minutes away.

There were no cups for tea (only tiny ones for coffee), so I recommend bringing them from home. The curtains were really light so it was pretty bright in the room in the morning.

Very convenient location close to the nice groceries and cafés. A few minutes walk to the bus and train station makes it possible to visit nearby interesting cities like Matera. The contact with the owner is a breeze and there is also a water for you in the fridge, which is really nice.

Very loud street and windows that do not isolate the noise at all.

The location was superb and the staff was very helpful. Moreover, we were provided with coffee, tea, milk, fresh water, shampoo and towels.

The bed was not very comfy and even though we used the AC to warm up the room, it was still quite cold in there. The hairdryer is very slow and old.
