The house sits at a fantastic location. The Halifax river for sunsets to one side and the ocean for sunrises sits on the other side of the road where the house is located. Walk to a Publix or to Bruno’s pizza at the Publix mall. Other little stores in the mall as well.
Stop lights to cross over A1A is quite helpful and Dunkin’ close by for your caffeine fix.
In my opinion the house is perfect. Lots of parking and a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time. The home was perfect for our getaway. We really loved that it was private yet you could sit in the sunroom and listen to the ocean. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend

The property exceeded our expectations and the owners were an absolute delight to work with. Everything was as stated and then some. The owners truly go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. There were no shortage of linens and blankets and all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We had our three children with us and loved that they had their own t.v. in their room to watch. Actually, there are t.v.'s to satisfy everyone in the home! The lanai and outside seating area was so nice especially in the evenings. The parking was ample and perfect for us since we had towed my husbands 69 Road Runner on a trailer with our truck. My brother also stayed with us and parked his car there as well and there was still plenty of parking and room. The location of the home could not have been more perfect as well. It was easy to access and get to everything and meet up with our other family members staying at a local hotel. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and the Publix was within walking distance as well. We loved this home and will be recommending this property to others and will for sure be booking again! Thank you again!

This place has everything you need….rather you stay in and cook or go to the beach. No need to bring anything just your clothes. Location is just a drive away from Daytona Beach. Very very clean….a home away from home…

The rental was just as described! Short walk to the beach (under 5 minutes). House and property were clean and comfortable. Communication with/from owners was timely and clear. Silly as it sounds, we all enjoyed the natural light in the bathroom. Oh, and we got a hoot out of the second bathroom! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house is in a low end neighborhood, but this house is definitely one of the nicer homes and you can park in back so fairly safe but….. the added half bath is hysterical. The toilet is 3 feet up in the air! You have to climb stairs to sit on it. And, there is no way anyone could sleep on the pull out sofa bed. That mattress is horrible. Therefore we were all crammed in the two back bedrooms sharing the one small bath. The rest of the house was ok, especially the kitchen. It has any appliance you could ever want, but way too much beachy, flip flop, fish clutter items, artificial plants, etc. so many things it was suffocating. The home did have bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas etc for your use and a great screened in porch.

The home was lovely. The outside hangout area was the best. Lots of seating and a beautiful breeze. The house was great. Only thing that was a turn off was I felt there was signs everywhere telling us not to do something. Don’t touch this, don’t turn off that, don’t leave this open, don’t close this. We were there for four days and we had a great time.

Convenient location, comfortable home with every appliance you could need or want, attentive and responsive host, many outside seating areas including a screened Florida room, clean convenient laundry room, every room had a tv including Florida room, we look forward to staying here some time in the future

Our family has been coming to this area for 10 years and this home was perfect. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Host was very responsive to communication both before and during our stay. The kitchen was loaded with EVERYTHING you could need. I loved that I could cook with ease. Highly recommend renting here!

Fantastic location, super clean with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! Every room has a TV, A/C in all rooms (although we didn’t need it but there if yah did). Definitely one of the better properties we have stayed at! All about location and this property is perfect! Thanks so much for a great little trip!

The house was beautiful. However, it was uncomfortable for me because there was cameras all over the place. Felt like I was being watch the entire time. The house inside has some sort of sensors even in the bathrooms and bedrooms that was creepy since I was with my two kids. Other than that it was ok. Will NOT stay here again.

Nice location. Clean house. Only issue we had was thermostat locked at 74 degrees which is too hot at night. The main bedroom was unusable because it was about 80 degrees in that room at night.

We loved our stay at Ormond Beach. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed so we didn't need to go out to eat. We went to the nearby supermarket and stocked up on the food we needed and used appliances to make home made meals. It was perfect. The first day we walked to the beach and we almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves. It was not crowded at all. The sand was perfect and the water was wonderful. Parking at the beach was free and because it wasn't crowded there was plenty of space. So, we drove to the beach the rest of the week. It was much easier to drive so we didn't have to carry the beach chairs, towels, and coolers. It was so nice to have towels, coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards available for our use. Having flown to Florida, it was nice to not have to worry about packing and checking bags full of beach items.
Check-in and check-out were a breeze and Renee was awesome to work with. From the day we booked to the day we checked-out, she was responsive and clear with communication. I never wondered about anything. She made it easy and pleasant. Next time we plan a beach trip to Florida, we want to return to this location. Thank you Renee!

This was my first time staying at a VRBO and it did not disappoint. Great location. Very close to the beach and Mrs. Renee has everything you need to use when you go. Communication with the owners was easy and she was very nice and understanding. My only complaint was it gets kind of hot in the bedrooms. But with Florida heat that's understandable.

This was a great place to stay close to the beach and all the amenities within a minute or two and 30 minutes from Daytona Motor Speedway where we went for a music festival. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice.

This property is the perfect beach get away! Just a short walk to the beach and close to everything. This house comes with everything you could need to cook or go to the beach or just relax. There was more than enough room for our family of 5 and I highly recommend renting this house.
