L’emplacement est très bien et le petit duplex est très cosy

Des déceptions sur l’habitation qui ne correspondait pas vraiment au descriptif et les photos sur l’annonce Booking au niveau bruit et de la vue. Chambre bruyante car juste au niveau de la route. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la vue car le duplex est doté uniquement de deux petits hublots en plus inaccessibles alors que l’annonce Booking montrait de belles portes fenêtres sur la mer. Dommage car notre choix était exclusivement fait sur ce logement pour profiter de la vue depuis la chambre. Grosse déception donc à ce niveau là car en plus de ne pas voir la vue on a eu l’impression d’être cloîtré dans un studio sans ouverture. Dommage vraiment que la réservation ne précisait pas ce gros désagrément car en plus le prix n’était pas minoré.

Unfassbar toller Blick auf das Meer und toller Balkon. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Parkplätze direkt vor dem Gebäude im September 2023. Zu Fuß haben wir nach Monaco zum Casino etwa 40 Minuten gebraucht.

Reception was very unpleasant with a guy that pretended not to speak good French nor English. Nobody was at the front desk. The phone number published is somewhere in Arabia. Right before we were leaving the guy came to hurry us in a very unpolite manner. Plus, it smelled bad.

We stayed at Les Lilas for 4 nights as part of a trip along the Côte d'Azur. The property is located perfectly to explore nearby towns/cities such as Menton, Monaco, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Eze. In addition it is within walking distance of two very nice beaches (Plage du Golfe Bleu and Plage du Buse) which were not overly busy. Also, having our bikes with us came in really handy for supermarket runs and exploring the coastline beyond Monaco. Parking at the property wasn't too easy so once we eventually secured a spot opposite the building we opted to leave the car there for the duration of the stay which wasn't an issue. We used the communal terrrace most evenings which had an amazing view across the bay below.

Very little not to like. The air con was rather loud at night and the kitchen utencils were limted.

Everything! Les Lilas is an absolute dream! Everything from the crispy bedsheets, the lovely bright furnitire the water pressure in the shower to the fully equipped kitchenette is thoughtfully provided! We especially enjoyed the towel drier in the bathroom!

Parking is hard to come by but that's not Les Lilas' fault!

The view was a winner! The bed was super comfortable and we loved that we had a kitchen to prep some meals and have a cozy breakfast; the closest supermarket was reachable with a 20-min walk. The furniture was chosen with a good aesthetic sense.

We paid extra for the balcony and it was really dirty, so we avoided using it. The couch was very uncomfortable and even if we had a SMART TV, we couldn't connect it to the streaming services.

The apartment and sea view was absolutely breathtaking! Incredibly well styled and furnished, huge space for everything, phenomenal hill top view and cute little balcony to seep in the beautiful morning and afternoon sun. Very very satisfied with this booking! What I got for what I paid was an absolute steal, and well worth revisiting on my next trip :) ...To be honest I have NO idea how a place like this ranks at only 3 stars - I know of way too many ugly designed, tacky and poorly structured American chain hotels and inns with bad staff attitudes and lack of social etiquette (i.e. just 1 example in France - I stayed at a Best Western room which was microscopic in size (barely fit my large and small luggage), far less beautiful and very plain and boring style, limited services and only OK staff, and it was more expensive and ranked 4 stars!). Booking.com and other booking companies need to stop with hotel politics and give local international hotels, villas and apartments an equal chance at high rankings when they far outdo these crappy chain hotel brands - every time. I am going to do my best to book only local places on my travels as my experiences overall with local international names have ALWAYS gone above and beyond - plus supporting the local economy is always a good thing :)

There was very little to dislike about this place to be honest. However, I do recommend good sneakers for the long climb up the stairs - more like a workout lol. I guess that's what we get for wanting a stunning hilltop view :)

The best! The expectations were exceeded. Most beautiful view of the ocean, great property, well-maintained, and so so wonderful. It's absolutely stunning and quiet!

The only drawback with this location is that it us a bit remote with no dining or market nearby. Parking was also a struggle unless you got lucky with a spot on the street in front of the property, otherwise a challenge with a steep walk back to the property.

The views were beautiful from the terrace. The property was exceptionally clean and well styled everywhere. Lots of attention to detail.

The issue with parking...there is NO parking and the few public parking places available are very hard to get. This is a HUGE problem if you are travelling by car! There aren't restaurants nearby and none within walking distance. This is an issue because you need a car, but you can't park, so it's really quite a problem to go out anywhere.

One thing to be mindful of is that the location requires you to have access to a car. There is Uber to take you around also - but be warned that if you’re wanting to go to Monaco you can get an Uber there (around €10) but you can’t get an Uber back as Uber does not operate in Monaco. Because of this you have to get a Monaco taxi who charge around €45!!

Good location to visit Monaco and nearby beaches, well decorated and clean apartment. The view from the common terrace was great but we didn t spend much time there.

Sleeping at the ground apartment was literally a nightmare. Narrow bed, too much noise from the street and the portable air conditioning. Every day I d wake up at sunrise since light would come through the windows as the curtains were ineffective. The gentleman running the facility was not very welcoming. If you have a car parking will be an issue.

It is very difficult to find parking in the area

Wonderful room- spacious, clean and very well decorated. The views are spectacular (uninterrupted since the property is located on a mountain). Although there are quite a bit steps, the staff carried our luggage both up and down hill, so we were at ease.

This property is in a perfect location. Beautiful. Especially if you have a car. Very quite and so clean.

If you late it might be a little hard to get parking but most of the time there is free parking right outside.
