Room was spacious, beds very comfortable

Paper plates and plastic cutlery for the breakfast. Had to request a hair dryer. Bathroom toiletries not replaced. Bar not open

Breakfast included. Clean room. Very recently renovated. Quiet place.

Location

We had one request, and that was for feather free pillows. This hotel failed on multiple occasions to provide this.

The space of the room for my family.

For Amenities said the pool was available. But when we got there, there was not even water inside of pool so it was not available. Also I had left behind a pair of Nike boots and a pair of shorts, but when I called front desk they said housekeeping didn't find anything and knowone turned anything into lost and found. So housekeeping stole them?. Did not return?. I think that's very dishonest.. Also We stayed on the 2nd floor room. 226. all of the rooms we're non- smoking. A basketball team had stayed Saturday night. There was a whole stench of Marijuana smoke on the second floor.
