the room was comfortable, good bed and good bathroom. the building is very well restored and pleasant. good and private parking for our motorcycle

The people around are not very pleasent... and they choose the worst room in the building to give us... probrably because we did the reservation through Booking. Room with roof view. The breakfast its poor and withouth fresh bread in the morning.

Looks nice in general, well maintained. Good shower and good, big beds. The small swimming pool is nice for a warm day.

The contrast with the pictures on Booking.com and expectations one has of a 4star hotel are the main topic. Where you expect for the price you pay quite a luxurious experience the practice is that this was not the case. Breakfast is not a buffet but done through fragmented ordering although quality is ok. There is no bar or restaurant to give some livelihood to the place. Especially because it is situated fairly remotely from good restaurants and bars that would seem like a good improvement. Staff is friendly but they did seem to be still on a learning curve. So, summarizing, not all bad and there could be potential but currently the value for money seems somewhat out of balance.

A beautiful restored house in a small town.

When you go to a destination like this you are expecting rural style. While the village and the house are beautiful and quiet, the decoration of the hotel is nothing like that; it feels like a standard hotel in any city. Also the dinner and the breakfast lacked any local flavor, no local specialties in an area which offers excellent opportunities for this. The staff appeared quite unexperienced. And the wifi did not work in the room.

The hotel is really nice. Private parking, swimming pool.

We booked a room with 2 beds and a sitting area. We had only one bed. It was difficult to communicate (no English).
