Location is good and from desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

No proper parking facility, no food option in breakfast. Basic amenities missing like tea/ coffee/sugar/milk sachets missing. Bathroom toiletries not adequate, provided only after asking.

The rooms were clean . The washroom was huge and complimentary breakfast was delicious and great portion sizes. The ground floor has a great veg restaurant. And there are couple of non veg restaurants and cafes nearby. Excellent location.

Nothing as advertised. I booked rooms with "view of the road" which literally has just a slice of view of some highway through a neighborhood.See video.Staffs are reluctant to provide any service, we have to remind them couple of times to get another towel as there was only one towel provided.

Neither Booking.com nor the property owner is take the responisibility for providing bill. Both of them are cheating (i dont find appropriate word).

Everytime the propoerty owners are reply we will not provide invoice if book through booking.com

Awesome atmosphere value for money manager of the hotel upgraded us to higher category room and helped us in many ways as we were new to place he guided us well enough for local tourist places it's really appreciated for Mr. ABBAS. Staff is very good and friendly rooms and bathrooms are well cleaned and it's just amazing view you get to see it's just Awesome...

Rush in Restaurant need to wait for longer time

Clean rooms and helpful staff

I had booked for two rooms including breakfast but was told the booking was shown as without breakfast. Not sure if this was an issue with booking.com or with the hotel.

Staff were good. Hotel was neat and clean. Rooms were spacious.

The room did not provide any coffee/tea/milk sachets which is basic now in almost every hotel.
