La cama ha sido muy cómoda y no tuvimos nada de frío. Tenía una manta en el armario que supimos sacar provecho. El wc y habitación estaban limpio, y Fátima personal de limpieza muy amable.
El no tener cobertura en la habitación, no tener tv y la zona no es accesible para personal con movilidad reducida. Pasillo estrecho,escalones.. etc

Excelente el hospedaje: buena ubicación, habitación cómoda, excelente atención y el mejor precio que encontré en Ceuta. Si vuelvo, elegiré quedarme otra vez en Hostal Gutierrez.

Decent location just up from the main street. Rooms and bathroom cleaned daily. Friendly stuff. Great value for money.
Room was a bit on the small side but not a problem for the very reasonably priced room. No access to the main reception area (normally there is some kind of common room, settees, fridge etc.) Unstable and sometimes unworkable WIFI.

Good value for money - moderately spacious rooms. Certainly in a very quiet area. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the hosts were friendly!
Quite ok for the price. The bathrooms are a bit small and there are just two available, so, at times, they were both busy. Also, inexplicably, there was always water on the floor in the bathrooms - probably no fault of the hostal maintainers though, as the showers were decently isolated and there was also a mop in each bathroom which one could use to mop up whatever one has spilt over :) The location is a bit far from the centre of Ceuta and it's best to take the coastal street just to be sure. Do not trust Google on the approach from the north - it would take you into an uncharted favela-like maze of local housing which is charming but hard to navigate during the day and downright shady in the evening (I have not had any unpleasant experience there though, so maybe just a feeling). All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the hostal again!

No suficiente communication with the woman who speak Spanish, left at locked 🔒 🚪 waiting on the woman who coul communicate but in hurry and want to leave, never seen anyone after that one minute of getting my keys 🔑.
Need someone who can speak to guests if they want to have guest.🥺😞😟

The fact that the booking was for only one night
Host was very welcoming
1- location
2- no parking nearby
3- no towels or sanity no A/C
4- our room has no WiFi signal
5- price...for what we got it should not have exceeded 25 euro per night

We were with a car so it wasn't a problem that it is up on the hill since we could park there and the old centre was near by walking. Lovely view of the sea when walking along the road. Funny little tight alleyways lead to the rooms with shared bathrooms which were clean
Beds were a bit too firm.

It's located about 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. There is a grocery store 100m away. It has a shared terrace overlooking surrounding area. The owner was nice 👍
It's overpriced, I never got a room with such a small window for €40. However, this is exactly what I was expecting for based on property's photos and reviews. Perhaps the price is dictated by the shortage of cheap hotels in Ceuta.

Comfortable bed and excellent bedding. Privacy. Clean bathroom. The guest house is fairly central, uphill, and next to one of the coastal road. It's an easy walk, but you can take bus # 1 from downtown. One every hour during the day. A grocery shop that works long hours is very close.
Wi-fi almost inexistent in the room. You better sit in the porch. For that, a wi-fi range extender is a must.
An extension cord is also needed to plug the bedside lamp in.

Hallway not lit either late night nor early morning. Three nasty little steps in the dark. Probably a curfew that luckily didn't lock me out.

loved the comfortable beds. so soft!! the price was nice and cheap and I liked their terrace. the staff helped me when another guest was being very loud at 2 in the morning. the staff allowed me to check out late, which was kind and understanding of them.
the WiFi was HORRIBLE and the location is not exactly beachfront. you can’t access the beach from the hotel that easily so it’s a bit deceiving. the location is a bit of a long walking distance from the center and the beach or any sights.
