Second visit to this cozy Arnold home. It's so peaceful up here! The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. The squirrels and birds are fun to watch. The hot tub is lovely (new cover! thx!). The vibe overall is just relaxing. WiFi was reliable and solid for my work purposes. Everything very clean upon arrival as per usual. Thanks for sharing this lovely home!

All as described on VRBO. Very well equipped if you want to cook. Clean, spacious and comfy beds in every room. We stayed during the heat wave, but there are plenty of fans throughout the house, and we were comfortable. Would love to return!

Two families with kids aged 2 to 10 stayed comfortably in this house. Very good layout, nice hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, and convenient location. Would stay here again.

lovely home! great layout conducive to both group gathering and private space. lots of room! quiet and peaceful neighborhood. great squirrel and bird watching. kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking needs - over eight nights we enjoyed every meal at home (cooking on electric range is always an adventure if you’re used to gas but we succeeded!). hot tub was lovely and we used it multiple times per day. heather the local contact helped us with a few technical difficulties which we appreciated. home is even better in person vs. photos. take the drive to lake alpine - beautiful scenery. would love to return someday! p.s. the back has a sunken patio that runs the full length of back of house. in addition to the hot tub there is a table and chairs to enjoy dining al fresco. a bit hard to see this feature in the photos. [hot tub could benefit from a new cover - it has a lot of holes on top, coming apart at middle seam, the inside lining is sagging into the tub, and the whole thing absorbs water from inside tub and outside if there are rains making removing cover quite a challenge. when we arrived it was laden with water and extremely heavy to remove. minor inconvenience to us but definitely needs attention] thx for a great eight nights in arnold!

My family and I had a great time in Arnold. We all agree it was one of our top favorite family vacations. The house was clean and nice. It was in a perfect location, close to store and bike and hiking trails. We had the best outdoor adventures. My 8, 5, and 3 year old loved the kids room with bunk beds. We can't wait to go back.

The property was nice, it was clean, neighborhood was quite. Truly enjoyed the peacefulness. We got to see a family of turkeys cruise through everyday. I love all the windows and the breeze that rolled through. If i had any complaints it would be I would have like to have access to the garage also the lack of privacy of the hot tub and the warmth of the hot tub. It was hot the first night then slowly lost heat over the next 4 days.. Other than that it was Awesome i would stay there again if the hot tub issues were addressed... Wonderful stay in Arnold. This cabin is fantastic, super clean, peaceful and perfect location. One of the best cabins we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be staying here again. We had a great vacation!

Very twisty turny roads getting up the hill to the property. The House was very clean and very welcoming. We enjoyed making family dinners in the kitchen and laughing in the hot tub. We hope to return again soon

Great vacation spot. Deer in the backyard every morning, wild turkeys roaming around and lots of squirrels playing in the trees. The house is well stocked with all you'll need to cook your favorite dishes. The jacuzzi was delightful. It would have been nice to have some beach towels for the jacuzzi, but we happened to bring our own for the lake. Not a big deal. I would stay here again and again. My son was looking forward to playing the piano, but a few of the keys stuck, but that was the only bummer. Thanks so much for making it a great vacation home.

We loved our stay and want to return. It was great for our family! The downstairs master was perfect for my parents and the kids room was fun for my boys! Unfortunately the contact person didn't respond when I texted/emailed before we left, Also we weren't told there was no AT&T service available. When we arrived we couldn't get the lockbox code and had to drive to the Sheriffs office to use a landline. There is also no landline at cabin which was disconcerting since none of our cells worked.

We loved our stay with our kids. The kiddos enjoyed having their own room with bunk beds and “the hide out” haha.

overall place was fine. I think VRBO and other sites take their fees to the outer limits. Owner fees added up to just about 300 dollars making this 2 night stay overpriced. It was clean, they were kind to let us check in early but once you factor in the extra fees- the place is not truly worth over 600 dollars for 2 nights. What is a damage fee for when we don't have a pet? also 200 for a cleaning fee is steep for having to strip beds, take out garbage, and tidy up?

We enjoyed our five night stay at this cozy cabin. Great neighborhood and close to amenities and just 30 minutes to bear valley for skiing and snowmobiling. Property was as advertised and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. It was a nice surprise that the couch folded out into another bed. Hot tub was great after our ski days. Perfect for two families. My only criticism would be that while the beds themselves were comfortable, the bedding was sparse. Thin, flat pillows and old comforters. Next time I would bring my own pillows and extra blankets. We would definitely rent again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location! House was well stocked with all supplies needed for cooking the beds were clean and comfortable. Great place to get away and relax. Would definitely stay here again.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at such a well stocked rental. They thought of everything. This is a lovely, comfortable home. It was just myself and a friend this time, but I can see our extended family enjoying this place in the future. The jacuzzi is amazing! Call ahead to see if the local guest contact can set the temperature up for you though. We had to delay our enjoyment until it could heat up to a usable temperature. And there is a special key to unlatch the cover which I didn’t know and struggled with it unnecessarily.

Enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Very nice cabin in a great location. Could use a couple small things (beach towels - or extra towels at all - for the hot tub, colander for pasta, a “house book” with info about the various operations), but these really are small things. The bedroom setup is great for a family and the backyard is great for post ski/sled playtime. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our time and have no complaints about the accommodations. Comfortable and cozy.

The house was laid out well for the group. Quiet. Very tidy. We had fun cooking and hanging out. One thing of note the lockbox was incredibly hard to open we broke a few finger nails in the process. There were plenty of pots and pans but not so much on the essentials (Oil, vinegar, sugar etc.) as was stated. The store was just down the street so not that big of a deal but had we known we would have brought more with us. Might want to stock more paper products as one roll of paper towels, two dishwashing towels, 6 napkins, one towel per person. Would have been nice to park in the garage, we had rain and snow. Would definitely rent again. Thank you !

Everything was great with the cabin. It was clean, spacious, nicely furnished. It was well located near the Arnold rim trail.

The house was overall very lovely. Nice size rooms comfortable to be in. A few inconveniences with 2 burners on range top not working, upstair's shower impossible to turn on, and downstairs shower head lacking in pressure.

Pros: nice 3 bedroom cabin centrally located in Arnold. Nicely maintained. Well equipped kitchen. Hot tub. Cons: It was 90 degrees outside the house when we arrived. It was 87 inside. There are fans in the house if you like sleeping like that. Just too hot in mid summer for me without AC. I must have missed that when I booked it!

Very nice house, very well equipped (bedding, household items, kitchen, kids stuff, etc...). Very nice owner and property manager brought extra fans to the house for us because it was an extra hot weekend. Very good for families with kids!

Perfect place for family and friends to get away. Immaculately clean, and spacious. The high chair was really helpful to feed my 7 month old. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day @ Bear Valley. We look forward to renting again next year! Thank you!
