Perfect for what we needed for two adults and one 14 y.o. Right on the water with beautiful views. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need, including paper towels and sandwich bags, etc), although I wish it had a lobster pot. Nice sized bathroom (also tissues and toilet paper included ) It is off of a busy street, so getting in and out of the driveway is a bit tricky during heavy traffic times. Would definitely stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay on the bay. It was sunny and beautiful while we were there so this enhanced the experience. We were able to get a fire going in the fire pt and that was enjoyable for our family. The parking space was nice.

our stay was short, just two days but the house was a perfect spot for myself, my wife and 2 young children. We used the houses location to explore the cape and take in some cape cod baseball games. The cove behind the house was beautiful to sit and relax during our down time at the house. Overall great stay.

We enjoyed a long weekend at this charming and quaint cottage to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. Although the weather was uncooperative, it was still an enjoyable time. Would stay here again!

Outdoor space was nice near the water in a great location close to town. Indoor space is cozy, though can be too musty/mildewy for people with allergies.

Wasn’t clean at all. I informed the property owner who then said she informed her cleaner. I really just wanted an apology but all I got was an “I’m sorry you feel it wasn’t cleaned”. Even though I sent a bunch of pictures… the beds had dirt and sand on top of the mattress pad, the couches had sand and crumbs all in the crevices, there was crumbles all over the shelves where the toaster was and the floors were also dirty. It’s the kind of place though that if it was nice and cleaned I would of definitely stayed there again.

The cottage has everything you need, right down to an ironing board and iron! It was perfect, more than I imagined! Loved everything about the cottage and our vacation! Thank you, we had a wonderful time.

We stayed one night of a four-day break in this place and had to move due to the overwhelming smell of urine. The property is tired and the furniture looks and smells as though it has been reclaimed from the roadside, with a filthy urine-soaked sofa bed and a rusty fridge. We are a family of four intending to use the sofa bed, so we had to sleep with one of our children in the stroller. We advised the owner of this and we were pointed to a second sofa bed on the porch, but I sat on this for five minutes and ended up covered in bites. We made the booking in March and were asked to bring our own linens. We explained this was not a problem as we were being particularly Covid safe due to having two babies and would be staying as part of a road trip. It would have been helpful if the owner had mentioned that this time that the property was not suitable for families and only had one usable bed. This stay was part of my big 40th birthday celebration and the first time since Covid that we were travelling with our children, and we were very much looking forward to it. We stayed at several rental properties on our trip, and having rented my own property out before, I am more than aware of what is acceptable. This property is not habitable. The owner has left me a negative review as a guest, which is inaccurate, as we have paid in full for a property that we have not stayed in, including a cleaning charge which is laughable. We didn’t even unpack as the thought of our clothes picking up the odour is not worth thinking about. I have absolutely nothing to gain from exaggerating the condition of this property, as having to find alternative accommodation in the peak of summer in Cape Cod with two babies is the absolute last thing we would have chosen to do. We moved to the Four Points by Sheraton down the road, which was the same price but is closer to places to eat, shops, et cetera. I recommend this as an alternative instead of wasting any time on this place, as we did wasting a full day of our holiday waiting for the caretaker and searching for alternative accommodation. While this property looks kitsch on photos, it smells and feels as though vagrants have been living there. I am in absolute shock that previous guests have not mentioned this on their reviews. We tried to air the place out with doors and windows open for two hours before even notifying the owner, but it was so bad that it actually took our breath away. We would have left the

This was a super cute beach cottage! We have been to the Cape several times and I can honestly say this was the best stay we had. The cottage is right on the water with amazing views. My son really enjoyed walking to the water and the dock. We were able to cook several meals and save a ton of money on dining. Easy access to beaches and shopping. We will definitely be back. If you ever decide to sell this cottage, we would definitely be interested!

We loved this place!!! Great location, house was perfect for us. Very comfortable and plenty of storage for everything. I love Love the little deck, so peaceful and always seemed to have a nice breeze. Picturesque views of the water. It was a wonderful vacation! Owner always communicates quickly and very friendly!

Me and my boyfriend stayed the week at this cozy and welcoming cottage by the water. We had a great time and made many happy memories together! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, and we have already talked about renting again in the future! ☀️❤️

Loved this property. It’s a very small cottage yet perfectly cozy and romantic. We loved being directly on the water. Great place to kayak. Loved sitting outside by the fire looking up at the beautiful starlit sky.

We are young seniors.Everything was as advertised. Loved being directly on the bay for morning coffee and canoe launch. I slept like a log but my 6 ft husband was not comfy as the bed seemed to be too short for him. Was nicely clean. Being close to orleans was a big plus as we usually stay in wellfleet. Better here. House was in good condition upon arrival, wonderful area, away from the crowds yet close to destinations. Our stay was quiet and peaceful and nice being able to spend time outside on the water from the yard.

The cottage was adorable! But bringing your own sheets and towels ( is horrible) I get its in the listing (which I failed to see until after I got there, my fault) But the biggest issue I have is them charging a cleaning fee when what is there to clean when we provide sheets and towels. They sweep the floor! I mean why can't they wash sheets just like anyone else. I came from Houston and having to bring stuff like that is crazy. but other that is was great!

This place was better than described, great location. Sitting in the Adirondack chars in the evening watching the kayakers and wildlife was fantastic. I can't wait to come back again

Cute little cottage for the weekend! It was a little confusing to find based on the address provided by VRBO. The real address is 728 state highway (not 764- this will take you a few miles down the road to a random location). Besides that the location was great! Close to beaches and some awesome restaurants. Located on a bay with access to the water. The house was kept nice and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend.

Great lil place located right at mid cape. The sunrise us great. Perfectly located to all the state beaches. If you want to spend the night watching the moon don’t forget the bug spray.

This was the perfect vacation for us. We loved the house in Eastham. The house is located on a Cove that you can put a kayak in or fish off their dock. My family had a great time. We did not want to leave!

Tears in the screens in the window were plugged with toilet paper. The Refrigerator was rusty and encrusted with crud inside. The freezer was unusable because of a horrific smell. The bug situation was unbearable. All 3 of us woke up with bites every morning. Spiders galore, ant traps on the kitchen counter. Some sort of sewer situation with a smell coming from the toilet. The photos did not portray what really was going on in this little cottage. It would be a totally great place if the owner sunk a little money into it. Also, whoever is cleaning is doing a very poor job.

This cottage in Eastham was perfect for two people. My only complaint is that the host did not provide linens (although that was specified in the description). Caught me off guard because I did not read it beforehand. Otherwise I would recommend.

We figured out much better directions,. We're not expecting ants through out the the house, across the kitchen counter and so forth. Then there were the carpenter need all over the house, we didn't spend time in the deck as a result. Location was nice and peaceful. House needs TLC
