My husband and I, along with our 5 young kids (8 months - 7 years old), absolutely loved our time here! The kids lived in the pool and also enjoyed fishing from the dock. It’s a perfect location with tons of restaurant options and other attractions nearby. The house is beautiful, outdoor space was perfect and well used, and the beds were very comfortable! Regina is an excellent communicator and we had everything we could possibly need for our stay! We’d love to come back again!

My husband and I took our children and grandchildren on a Christmas vacation, this is the first time we have done this. We live in Michigan and decided to go somewhere warm for the week and take our family with us. Regina’s home was perfect for our group. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fishing off the pier. We even took the kayaks out on the canal a couple of times. The house had everything we needed for the week. The grandkids loved playing with the PlayStation. The only downfall was all of the construction workers working on the house while we were there. The house had roof damage from the hurricane and it just so happened that the roof was being repaired during our stay. The crew showed up everyday at 6:45 am and worked all day until dark. So much for any sleeping in and privacy during our stay. We were unable to use the Lanai, because it was under construction also. All in all the house and the location would have been perfect, if not for the construction. It is located with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Regina was always available anytime for any questions we had. I understand that the house was in need of repair, it’s just too bad that it had to take place while we were there! All in all, we had a very nice time with our family. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed staying at your home, the outdoor living areas were where we spent most of our time. Comfortable outdoor furniture made spending time by the pool, on the dock, or in the outdoor room watching thanksgiving day football a pleasure. We would gladly stay here again!

The house was beautiful and had several different areas to enjoy both inside and out. There were nearby restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We had a wonderful stay!

Very nice home. We stayed just 4 weeks after Hurricane Ian had come through so there was some minor damage but nothing that impacted our stay. The outdoor living space was great. We were either by the pool, down at the waters edge in the awesome glider chairs, or enjoying the enclosed outdoor living space.

Had a great time in Florida and this home fit all our needs. Loads of fun with fishing off the dock and watching fish at night with underwater lights. Pool and hot tub were always in use. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Host was very friendly and informative even let us use beach chairs.

It started with excellent communication from Regina, with a lot of information for the area. It was a very spacious home with plenty of room for all of us. Pool area, Lanais and dock were amazing. The dock with the rocking chairs at night was excellent, and to top it off there was a fan there too! The lights at night were outstanding in the pool area and in the water by the dock. Many fish loved the lights in the water. Overall, love the Cape Coral area, and this was a great property to stay at. Thank you Regina.

Nice house, fished everyday, hopped right into boat and right over to the beaches. Kids had fun in the pool and great location. Regina was so helpful and responsive. Great fit for my family of 5 with two small kids. Very clean and organized house.

Everything was wonderful. Regina had lots of good information on what to do and where to eat. I appreciated her assistance with that. The house was very comfortable with lots of areas to relax and enjoy. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the lanai, the kayaks, the dock, and so much more. This was a great place to serve as our base during our vacation.

We experienced excellent communication from Regina from the minute we booked it until after we checked out. The house was very clean, welcoming and relaxing. It was a perfect space for our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 teenagers). The actual space was better than what the pictures showed! THE HOUSE: lots of room to hang out as a group, and plenty of areas to spread out when we needed a break from each other. There was a tv in most rooms which was a plus for our group. THE DOCK: we spent hours rocking in the chairs at the dock and watching boats go by, fishing with the poles provided, kayaking and sunbathing. Bonus timing for us-we were there 4th of July and could see the fireworks from the back of the house. THE POOL and LANAI/SCREENED PORCH: AMAZING!!! We swam, hot tubbed, and sat in the comfortable furniture in the screened porch that’s connected to the rest of the pool/patio area. It rained a few of the afternoons we were there and it never once felt like we were stuck in the house. We could still sit in the porch or go down to the dock and fish. GREAT LOCATION: We explored Sanibel, Fort Meyer’s Beach area, Lover’s Key State Park, Venice, Manasota Beach, rented a pontoon boat, mini-golfed, shopped and ate at several different restaurants. Whether you want to hang out at the house your whole trip, or see as much of the area as you have time for, this is a great property!

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The house and location were absolutely perfect. The pool, hot tub and dock/channel provide plenty of activity for us and our kids. The location was private and quite, with plenty of options for shopping and dining. Other inclusions of kayaks, fishing poles and beach items (chairs, umbrellas, colors) was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend!

We found this home, Bluewater, on VRBO and were immediately drawn to it from the listing. The booking process was simple and straightforward. As we got closer to the date of our booking, the owner was very communicative, she sent emails with a lot of information about the home, and even took the time to have a phone call to answer questions and give more details you would need about the home prior to arrival. I have to say, this home was even better in-person than the listing online! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained, there were plenty of amenities such as towels, kitchenware, etc. The house is on a quiet street off of a main thoroughfare, it is centrally located near many restaurants, and about a half hour drive to Fort Myers beach, where we went for a day trip. (Highly recommend Pierside Grille on the beach if you go.) There are beach bags, chairs and toys, a boogie board other essentials in the garage for you to use. Also in the garage are bikes and bike pumps, which were really useful to blow up the pool floats in the storage container off of the lanai. Our family spent most of our waking time out in the lanai and on the dock, which overlooks a large canal. My wife saw two dolphins swim by, which was a highlight! There are kayaks available for use, and the owner gives great instructions on how to safely use them and where to head on the canal with them. There are plenty of seating options out there, gliding chairs under the tiki hut on the dock (a favorite spot for morning coffee), a table to have meals and lounge chairs as well. The one thing I will say is there is some noise from the local busy street when you’re on the dock, but the beauty of the surroundings is in no way affected. And once inside, the house is sound proof, you do not hear anything outside. Back in the lanai, the pool was very clean and the waterfall feature was especially pretty. We arrived at the home during an unexpected cold spell, so the owner turned the pool heater on for us remotely. The hot tub was great, we loved the color features, especially at night. Off of the lanai, but still covered, there is this awesome outdoor living space. There is a lot of seating, both inside and out, it was so easy to be comfortable and relaxed here. Our family had the best time at Bluewater and look forward to returning again.

Owner replied quickly with all questions. Pool was fantastic and hot tub was great. The lanai was awesome. Every night we would wind down out there. It’s not close to beaches but that was ok for us since we had a 2 year old and we just wanted to be by the pool. We did visit a local beach on the last day that was about 15 minutes away. But the other bigger beaches were 45 minutes away. The dock was great for fishing and sun bathing and you could even eat down there as the grill is down on the dock. Great set up. Yummy restaurants were very close by!!

Everything about our stay was perfect. All of the details were as described and Regina made sure everything was going well throughout our stay. The house is in a great location to hit up the beach on Sanibel or Fort Myers. Food options are amazing! We did not want the week to end. It went by way too fast with all of the things to do. (Go to Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery for a tour and tasty rum! The Munchie Machine food truck. House of Omelets. The Boat House and Tiki Bar in Cape Coral. Ford’s Garage. Love Boat Ice Cream. And definitely The Salty Crab in Fort Myers Beach - breakfast, dinner and drinks are awesome. And the view!!) We ran around all day and swam in the evening. The pool and hot tub were spotless and so inviting. We are hoping to stay again in the near future and the kids never ask to stay anywhere twice! Book it already. You will be amazed!

Great property to stay at and look forward to booking again

First let me say the owners of this property make every effort to make your stay wonderful. The house is clean and as described. The outdoor areas are amazing. Great boat dock, pool and spa! The pool and spa are both salt water. Regina was great with communication and even sent a text the night we were to arrive just to make sure we were okay since our flight got in late. We rented a boat to use for a few days while we were there. I highly recommend doing so! The house is right off the main inter-coastal and very easy to get in and out. We spent the days on the boat and evenings by the pool. It was amazing. Use George with Blue Coral Boat rental. He is great as well and even the marina said they hadn't seen a rental boat as nice as ours before. By the way the marina is a short 15 min boat ride from the house so easy to fill up. This property had everything we needed and our entire family from my parents to my teenage girls loved every moment in this lovely home! Thank you again Regina for an amazing stay, we will be back!
