This place feels like home. Bed & Breakfast owner cares super well about her hosts. You even gonna find the bar inside the hotel where you can order any drinks. The atmosphere in the hotel is so friendly I wish I would have time to taste home-made breakfast next time:) Xenia has all the services you may need: airport transfer, city tour, taxi services and city tours She's the owner of the hotel you ever wished for My room (double bed one) was small though increadibly cosy Xenia also has lovely dogs and cats in the hotel who gonna make your stay unforgettable nice:)

It was just one thing I didnt enjoy much: I woked up by the people in the room next door at 6 a.m. and they were loud talking till 7.30a.m. so couldn't fall asleep back...

We had a wonderful stay. Xenia and Dionysos are amazing host. Their house is lovely.

One if the best place to stay in Winhoek! Owner was very helpful and welcoming. Great location and facilities for brai and etc.

Dio and Xenia are super cool hosts. They were very friendly and accommodating. The place was calm and quiet, very good for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility over a good conversation.

Xenia bed and breakfast is the place to be, situated in a quiet location,you order breakfast and pay extra charges but in my case I didn't order breakfast. I would mind going back for the second time

The only problem is the mosquitoes but thereally was a solution for that
