Gorgeous property and pool

The location was good. The pool and breakfast was good. Valet parking was nice a little pricey

Had to call several times to fix our air conditioner. Room was hot. No block out curtains hard to nap during the day. Room was small for the price

Marriott is not keep the property to its previous standards. Paint is chipped in obvious places in the hallways and more.

The bed was very comfortable and the corner room was quiet. We enjoyed the reusable glass water bottles and coffee machine. The hotel is in a great location. And the attached restaurant, Narrative, is very good.

There was a floor to ceiling window directly next to the toilet. Very odd. There was only a small wall unit for hanging clothing and it was tiny with odd dimensions. Not practical, especially for a business and/or "city" vacation.

great location, restaurant is good, although did not eat there this stay, had the roof top bar and pool are exceptional.

checked into the room and the clean up was only partially completed. every drawer was open, ever trash can was overturned and placed on the counter. perhaps an infrequently used room or just had quality control.

location was excellent. you could easily walk to multiple restaurants and bars in cherry creek. from our sixth floor we had a beautiful view of the mountains after looking beyond the parking decks, the cherry creek mall and other clusters of buildings. LOL

the bathroom was a bit odd. the main door to the bathroom was a heavy glass barn door type , and amazingly heavy. it was awkward to open as the “handle” was just a depressed circle. inside the bathroom was a shower stall and toilet placed side by side and all encased in clear glass, both with saloon style swinging entrance door.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Cherry Creek, surrounded by a hella lot restaurants, shopping, sites. Beautifully appointed, large rooms with separate bathroom (no tub), our room had a view of the skyline and nearby parking lot.

Very loud constructions right outside the building made sleeping impossible. The shower gel dispenser didn’t work in the bathroom. Quite expensive for a sub-par experience.

The rooftop bar was not open! That’s the reason we go to this hotel. The weather was perfect and no rooftop bar for the 3 day stay, so upsetting!

Lovely hotel. Very nice breakfast (not included), but food was very good. Staff is very helpful. Location was perfect for our family gathering- lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a pleasant area to walk around.

Two minor complaints. This may not bother most people, but the pillows are gigantic and I prefer a thin profile pillow. Most hotels provide some options in the closet. They did provide us with some softer pillows but they were still huge. Also there was no convenient place to hang bath towels. They didn’t seem to have the system of reusing towels unless they are left on the floor (I assume this saves water and heating fuel).

It was an amazing staying. The room is big enough, there is a refrigerator and a nespresso machine in each room. The Cherry Creek district is extremely safe so I felt comfortable exploring the city early in the morning or in the late evening. What was the most impressive to me is the personnel. They are so kind and welcoming. Whenever I had an ask or a question - they helped me. These guys really did their best to keep guests happy. Thank you for the staying, I hope to be back one day!
