beautiful house - a home from home - huge bedrooms, modern showers and a very helpful host - really loved this place

internet was at times slow in the living room.

A magnificent old building with a stone spiral staircase. The property was extremely well equipped, comfortable and warm even in the cold weather we had when we stayed there. Our host replied very quickly to the couple of queries we had, and was extremely welcoming with a bottle of local white wine in the fridge for our arrival.

Returned home (France) last week from a fantastic stay, with friends, at this property. It will not disappoint you. Everything is of the highest quality and in a quiet position. The property has been beautifully restored and to a very high standard. The gite is very well equipped and very spacious.

The was the nicest holiday home we have ever stayed in. Sancerre is a beautiful little town with nice bars and restaurants. If you are on a cycling holiday, beware, it is a steep climb back up to the logis.

The property was exceptional and the location just great. The rooms were large and well appointed.

Unfortunately, and nothing to do with the property per se but there was an awful smell just outside the door which permeated into the building if you left the door or a window open.

feels like home away from home. It’s exceptionally clean, has everything you want, comfortable beds. I just cannot fault it. this was our second visit. we will definitely be back again

The apartment was very tastefully decorated. It was very well equipped, it had everything you would need in the kitchen. Fabulous China plates. Glasses for every possible drink. It was warm. Gorgeous dining table and sitting area. Bedrooms beautiful with lovely bathroom. Definitely somewhere I look forward to returning too.

The Gite was outstanding. Although the pictures look amazing they still don’t do it justice as to how lovely this property is. The open plan ground floor living, dining and kitchen are lovely and well thought out to have sense of space but also feel homely and comfortable. The bedrooms with their own en-suites are absolutely huge and tastefully decorated. The courtyard to sit out and have a drink was quaint and picturesque. Alice was a delight to deal with and extremely helpful. We were offered a tour of the family Vineyard, which was also fantastic. If you want to explore Sancerre, then this is the place to come. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic, in 1 word. Super complete, spacious, clean... We've enjoyed every minute Few thing to mark - the door between the hall and living is way too low. Of course, it's me but I found myself in the floor the 2nd day - there is no electrical charging in Sancerre or around that's working. With am EV it's not easy to move around - don't forget to book a restaurant on most evenings ;-)

The photos do not do this place justice!! The location is perfect for the beautiful village. The accommodation is exceptional and the facilities incredible.
