Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience, we choose to go in schoolies season, every night was horrible, the house beside us and behind us choose to party all night. Other than that the accommodation was good.

What a great holiday! The house was ideal for our holiday on K-gari. The location on the island is perfect for day trips and it is an easy stroll to the beach. We had two families and there was plenty of space inside and out. House was lovely and clean and beds comfortable. Firing up the pizza oven was great fun and all the instructions were provided. Jenny was very helpful and responded quickly to questions making it all very low stress! Thanks Jenny, we are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a fantastic stay at Jenny's holiday house. The property is well equipped with everything you could need from kitchen utensils, basic food staples and bathroom and laundry supplies. It has an outdoor woodfire pizza oven and large BBQ. We really loved the open bifold doors at the front and back of the house on the lower level and the balcony's that surrounded both the bottom and middle levels. This property is clean and has such a nice beach holiday feel which allowed us to relax during our stay. Communication with Jenny was easy and response time very quick. The house is in a great location and close to shops, bakery, laundromat and centrally located close to popular attractions. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Excellent communication with owner prior to arrival with a flexible approach. Nice pizza oven and covered area to enjoy while doing pizzas Outdoor shower was great with much nicer pressure than the inside shower. Plenty sleeping space and useful having a outside toilet upstairs. Although floors are swept and there was no sand on the floors, the negative is the floors themselves are very dirty. To avoid having black feet, we had to wear shoes or thongs in the house at all times. Floor needs a wash, not just a sweep. Venue is to find. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance

The house was perfect for our week stay on Fraser. Great location, clean house, plenty of outdoor space for bbq’s and relaxing in the arvo sun. Jenny was fantastic and extremely helpful, providing advice and recommendations for our first time on the island. Thanks Jenny, hopefully be back soon…

Cedar house was the perfect stay for 3 couples on a mini getaway to Fraser on a very rainy week. Jenny was very responsive and answered our questions very quickly. Her son, Derek met us there and showed us around the neighbourhood. He was very friendly and very helpful. The house itself was great and had everything we needed. There is only one toilet, but that's very common in houses of this age and coming from 4 nurses, we had no issues at all. The only thing I can think of for improvement would be maybe some newer brooms & mop to keep the floors clean but that's me being super picky! We made do with the cleaning equipment provided, so really not an issue at all. There was a 6 pack of beers left in the fridge (not sure if it was previous tenants or Jenny) which we appreciated on arrival, we kept the tradition going and left a 6 pack of beer for the next tenants on departure. I would definitely recommend Cedar House for your next trip to Fraser Island.

Unfortunately we have been accused wrongly of smoking inside this property which did NOT OCCUR and having extra people stay which did NOT happen. We did have visitors for my sons birthday but they stayed in roof top tents on the beach. We have been charged for this and it is incorrect. Also there was mold on the pots and pans which i had to clean before use. We have lost $300 for incorrect accusations.

We spent 7 days exploring the island and found Cedar lodge to be a fantastic place to base ourselves.

Had a great time. Really enjoyed the pizza oven even with my amateur start up skills.

House was well located and easy to access. Very enjoyable holiday.

We had enjoyed this property on previous occasions, and it was improved this time, especially popular was the pizza oven and rear entertaining area. Also the addition of a Smart TV which allowed us to watch the NRL G/Final via our phone - hurrah! A very comfortable and well-located house, much recommended.

Lots of fun things to do…wood fire pizza oven …bbq…table tennis…games…kids had plenty of fun playing hide and seek. Thank you

We had a great time on the island, such a breezy house and the pizza oven in the yard was great to use!Luckily Derek was around to help with a small issue with the shower head.All in all the whole family was very happy and we would for sure stay there again!

House is in general need of a tidy up. BBQ was filthy on arrival, and floors covered in sand. House was ok, but in need of some general maintenance. Owner Jenny was always reachable but leaves the property in the care of the local police officer and his wife to look after. We ended up leaving early after an above average couple of hot nights, every window or door with insect screens either had rips or the screens had dislodged from the door, we all got eaten alive by mozzies even though we had citronella candles and bug spray on. Our son looked like he woke up with a rash he had that many bites.House is in a nice location with some great features like the wood fired pizza oven and open plan verandas, could do with at least one power point upstairs to run a small fan or charge a phone. Probably wouldn’t book this house again, could do better for the money.

This property was perfectly located and suited us all very well. Unfortunately my daughter was looking forward to the hammock in the photos but it wasn’t there. Most of the utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses were quite dirty. The place needs a little love (new utensils, new bath mat and tea towels) and a good clean for the asking price. Also bring your own toilet paper- our booking was for 4 adults and 1 child for 4 days and we were only provided 1 roll of toilet paper. Overall I would recommend this house as it was nice to have our own quiet space to enjoy Fraser Island. The owners communicated well from the time of booking to when our booking commenced. Thanks!!

Wonderful place to stay on Fraser. The best holiday my family have had together. The house is well equipped and central to everything. The house is neat and tidy and the owner Jenny was so lovely to deal with. Will defiantly be back!! :)

We cannot speak highly enough of this house. Ideally situated to explore the beautiful inland lakes or cruise the neverending beach. The house is perfection, really well appointed, spacious, light and airy. .We loved sitting on the huge deck with a roast cooking away in the weber, the children playing cricket in the yard whilst having a glass of wine.. It was our best holiday ever and our new home away from home. We had the time of our lives and cannot wait to return. Thank you Jenny, it was superb.

Cedar Lodge was a awesome house for the 7 of us to have an amazing holiday at Eurong. So close to the beach & just short drives to all the great places to see on Fraser Island. Will stay there again one day!!Thanks to the owner Jenny for being so helpful when we were planning our trip We loved holidaying in your house!!
